You can always tell because they cut their round pies into squares. I had this happen to me after going into the restaurant and specifically ordering a pie cut in pie shape. It came out cut in squares. Then another time I ordered a chicken grinder and what I got was a chicken sandwich with lettuce, tomato and slathered in mayonnaise. Disgusting. Not parmesan. There marinara sauce was watered down on my friend's bowl of pasta. The crowd at Georges is elderly and local, obviously not the most discriminating crowd. If you want good pizza, stear clear of this place and find good restaurants with an Italian or two working there (Naples, Luna) and skip Geoge's.

The pizzas I called ahead for, and was promised two post lunch pies in 20 minutes, very reasonable. Good amount of plaza parking, and there were two tables outside. There was pizza by the slice available, and a few tables of indoor dining. The back had some coolers for drinks (it looked like Pepsi...) and was done otherwise in dark wood. Everything was very clean. The pizzas were pretty good. I love a thin crust, and this was the thick end of that. The sauce ratio was a little high on a plain cheese, and maybe a little more potato cooking on the baked potato pie. But these are minor issues, and they both traveled really well for an hour! Definitely a good dinner when you don't want to cook!

The food is certainly edible but now tastes no different from other options.
