When my parents passed away, the lamp was shipped from Texas to Michigan to one of my brothers. When my brother in Michigan passed, my sister in law said she was sending it back to me in Texas. That was four years ago. She finally got around to sending it to me. It was packed and shipped by UPS. When it arrived I was very excited to have it, but very heartbroken when I saw that it had been damaged. I contacted my Ray Staebel via Yelp, and we made an appointment for me to come to his shop.
