I was killing time due to other things and thought I would stop in here. It is my first time so... Pluses: Huge selection separated by booths. The main walkways are lettered and big.There are signs with front desk phone number if you get lost 2. The staff up front was friendly. 3. The booth vary and have something for just about everyone. 4. Fans around to keep things cool. 5. Some good prices, they range for lower to pretty pricey. Negatives 1. The size does mean you will be there hours to see everything. I was there an hour and didn't see half. 2. Not really organized well. Kind of random and sone booths are hard to manage. 3. So many shoplifting signs. I get it but seeing them over and over and over is annoying. Makes it seem they think everyone is a thief. Holy cow, this might be the best antique mall I've ever been to. It's huge and packed to the gills with amazing stuff. So much interesting art here. Huge variety -- art, decor, clothing, records, toys, and much more. Saw a few of the vendors stocking/organizing their spaces so it seems carefully curated and regularly updated. I spent about 45 minutes here and feel like I missed so much. Had my toddler with me (ample space for a small stroller by the way) and my baby in a carrier. I told my husband we need to get a babysitter and spend at least two hours here. Long lines that move slow though. Even with three cashiers. Might just be their check out process especially if you're buying from multiple vendors. The shop is also pretty popular and gets a lot of visitors. I'm afraid to visit another antique mall after this -- the bar has been set high. read more

Huge space with lots of booths and variety. We did the outside only in an hour. Leave yourself plenty of time to browse.

Upon entry there was no greeting but the shop is very grand and has many booths with a variety of items. It did seem like there was an increase in modern items such as funko pops and some walking dead merchandise. I was accompanied by my three sisters and they let me know that while they were browsing that an employee kept walking by them. She didn't seem to be working on anything or handling any items but kept bumping into them. This made them a little uncomfortable but it would've been brushed off if not for our encounter at the register. We were rung up by this nice ginger woman (unfortunately didn't get her name) and she asked us if we were okay with our items that had a slight crack and a perfume I had bought was leaking. She handled us with grace and rung us up separately when we had asked. On the other hand, her coworker who had dark black hair with some greys was unwelcoming and had a weird tone when speaking to us. When I thought she had asked me, "Do you need anything?" I had replied that we were already getting helped she curtly replied that she wasn't talking to me but the man behind me. While it's partly my fault cause I thought she was addressing me it seemed so unsettling that she immediately caught an attitude plus she had made eye contact with me when she asked that question so of course I would misinterpret the situation. She ended up ringing this lady with a toddler and was engaged with her and even put on a baby voice to try to win the favor of the kid. She was engaged with the lady and made small talk with her and even gave her advice to find other items. After finishing up with her she helped her coworker wrap up our containers and when my sister had said thank you she replied back that she had one more left to wrap. I don't usually dissect interactions this bad but it seemed like she wanted us gone and didn't want to attend to us. The nice cashier ended up telling us to have a good day and she had such a warm aura but it seems her coworker could use a day off instead. read more

I came in today looking for a birthday present for my 86 year old grandmother who loves turquoise and Bakelite jewelry. I first went to Linda Frost's booth who specializes in jewelry but wanted to look at all the cases first just to be sure I was making the right choice. So I walked over to the front cases by check out and asked to see a bracelet. The girl behind the counter was helpful and showed me the bracelet but unfortunately it was too small and would not have worked. This is weird it got awkward. An older man walked up behind the girl and started staring. I assumed he was an employee, but as he stood there awkwardly staring at me and making no attempt to speak, I wasn't quite sure. The girl suggested I look at the booth specializing In jewelry so I walked back to Linda's booth. She helped me with three Bakelite bracelets for my grandmother while the older man followed me over there. WHY make it awkward?!? At least speak. Ask your customer if they need any help? I was maybe in the store 30 min but it felt like 3 hours with this man "working"/ pretending to organize objects in booths while following me from the check out area over to the jewelry booth. This man made me feel like I didn't belong here without ever speaking a word to me. And if it wasn't for Linda being kind and me loving her jewelry booth, I would probably never be back. Large antique mall, lots of isles, lots of booths. Prices are a little high. There is lots of stuff like you would typically expect in an antique mall. I have been here before. I have found a few things in the past but alas not this time. This antique mall is fairly organized, plenty of walking room. You don't feel crowded and scared you're gonna knock something over every time you turn around. I would come back and and do recommend you stopping in. read more

I came here a few years ago and it certainly has changed. They still have antiques here but there are a lot more things that I'd consider modern. There were Funko pops, an entire booth of just yarn...ok. There were many things pop culture related. Still, though there was little for me here this time. It's clean and easy to navigate. I was really hoping that this was a solid antique mall, however, it wasn't. Most booths either didn't have anything in them or they had things that weren't antique. I managed to find two vintage afghan blankets, but that's it. I didn't see any Libby glasses, LE Smith moon, and stars collection, definitely not a wide selection of MCM inventory. There were mostly 80s, 90s, and early 2000's things that were located at this antique mall. There was a guy that I felt was following my sister around, but when you looked in his direction, he made himself scarce and pretended to not be stalking us. There appears to be a cooling problem here because aside from the extreme lighting in most booths, it was very hot as well to the point that I was sweating. My sister mentioned that the ladies' restroom had a rather "antique" smell of poop in there. She complained to the point it was unbearable to breathe. I was hoping to find some vintage MCM wall decor but didn't find that. read more

So many booths!! It's almost overwhelming at first. This isn't an antique mall you can expect to be in and out of in 20 minutes. I found lots of treasures on my visit and loved that they had employees walking around that could help "start a pile" or "add to the pile". So many different vendors with different tastes and prices. Most of the vendors were very reasonable in prices. Checking out the employees continued to be super pleasant and they wrapped my items perfectly as we were traveling through i really appreciated it! read more

This is an awesomely, cool, groovy, far out, vintage and nostalgic place. Lots of super cool stuff for sale. Many of the items in this store will bring back memories of your childhood, of course depending on your age. I'm 58 and it was a walk back in time and back in my past. Some items are priced reasonable, and some are priced too high. This is a consignment store. They have been in business for well over twenty years. If you got an hour or two, take a stroll through this place and let the memories flow. This is a pretty large facility. The staff was super nice and they helped us load up the china cabinet. Worthy of a bookmark and worthy to be checked out, as I'm sure you'll find something that'll grab your interest. read more

I love this place ! A few years ago they had a really bad selection of just clothes, dishes and knickknacks. Their selection has gotten a lot better not as crowded with objects as it was before. I was able to find timeless pieces that were affordable and their staff have been nothing but helpful and very friendly. Will definitely be stopping by more often! read more

I really like the some of the stalls in this Antique Mall...but the older male worker who smells extremely strongly cigarettes, and follows you around, nonstop, for your entire visit... glaring at you... make me never wish you return. It makes people unbelievably uncomfortable and makes us leave much faster! I would highly encourage you to end this practice, or teach better customer service amongst staff on the floor. read more

VENDORS BEWARE. Until the owners deal with the current management, this place will continue to lose its best vendors and customers. We are seasoned vendors that spent two years in the Antique Gallery Round Rock. We had five booths in the mall at one time. It became painfully obvious that the manager was detrimental to our business. She creates a very toxic work environment for employees and vendors. From the beginning, we experienced problems with the manager, Melody. She runs the establishment on a serious power trip. She is unprofessional, rude, dismissive. My husband still made a point to try to be friendly and say hello to her, but she would completely ignore him every time the entire two years we were in the mall. We know she also behaved this way towards another long-term male vendor. Employees of the mall told us they "walk on pins and needles." We witnessed her treat staff terribly and even fire them for simply being honest and doing their job instead of bowing their head down and remaining silent about known wrongs. We personally experienced several miserable and bizarre incidents with this manager. She was even hostile towards our 4 year old daughter. Customer reviews have echoed this sentiment as well. The day following our move-out, we went to pay our prorated rent for 4 days and collect our check. Instead of issuing us our check, and keeping it with all the other checks at the front counter, Melody held ours in her office. She then proceeded to charge us an increased rent and claimed it was the new price per sq ft. We'd received no notice of this and rent there is not raised for current vendors, even when they've been there 10 years or more. Only newcomers pay the current increased rate. Anyhow, we paid the overcharge amount because she refused to give us our check otherwise. Unfortunately, there is no upper management in the mall above Melody. The owners live out of state and are unreachable. Other vendors I've spoken to have reached out to them in the past, but I'm told they do not care and will not do anything to improve the situation. Beyond that, the mall will rent booths to anyone with little discernment regarding what will be sold. We believe an antique mall should be filled with interesting and unique vintage goods as well as valuable antiques. The core mall audience now mostly shop for average garage sale type stuff because it's plentiful at this mall and they are accustomed to finding it there. Shoppers looking for that special antique or design piece will shop other stores first because they don't expect to find it at the Antique Gallery Round Rock. It makes it tough for the handful of knowledgeable remaining vendors that do hold the bar up. Lastly, the price per sf has gone up considerably for brand new vendors and it's 13% commission on sales for everyone. The mall doesn't have the clientele to support those rates, and they spend the bare minimum(if anything) on improvements and advertising. They aren't doing well and they expect the hardworking vendors to pick up the slack. Owners, please do something about this manager! read more

This was so fun! I'd recommend really taking the time or making a couple trips if you're looking for great deals. I absolutely adore this place and I'm glad I finally peeked inside! It is warm in there, so wear something cool and comfy shoes if you plan to look around a lot. My one con for this place was it's hard to find employees walking around and also checkout took such a long time, which isn't very fun when they don't make ANY small talk. I am an antique collector and junker. I have been in this mall a few times and every time i have felt awkwardly uncomfortable with the manager behind the counter. She is rude and loud and very passive aggressive towards her customers. I litterally just walked out and left 400 dollars worth of items on the counter because i just cant spend money with her. She got upset because I aeked one of the employees to call a vendor and ask about an item for a lower price. I witnessed her bite his head off for it and passively aggressively talked about me loud enough for me to hear her. I felt embarrassed and said i would never shop there again. They need new management or they will loose their best customers and vendors. read more

Leaving this review because I have purchased several items here over the years. And after redecorating a room and noticing a few of these pieces just kind of falling apart, I wanted to review. One desk, after looking closer, had been previously broken and screwed back together in a way that would get it out the store, but fall apart a month later. Another dresser I bought had the same issue. Was temporarily repaired and only 6 months later fell apart. I feel that yes, you can get things a lot cheaper here, but be careful of the vendors you buy from. Look at the items closely. There is a lot of fakes and a lot of "repairs" done that won't hold up over the long haul. Also, the customer service, in particular the manager, is seriously lacking. Very rude lady who said she was the manager was really hard to deal with. And that has been pretty consistent every time we have gone in. I think over all, there are far better places to check out in the city. read more

There was so much Knick knacks to pick through! I'd say there's something for everyone because of the variety of antiques, to pop culture memorabilia, and more. The entire store has a grid layout with each section having its own booth with its own theme. Overall had a bunch of neat things and I shopped at my leisure so it was great! read more

After reading other reviews I can only imagine that today I was checked out by the manager that everyone has had problems with. Very cold. Never looked at me once during the whole checkout. I felt judged the whole time. Decided it was best to have multiple conversations with her employees rather than the customer. When she gave me my paper to sign she never once looked at me, she looked away and slammed and slid the paper down to me to sign. Never any kind of acknowledgement. Super ridiculously slow to box up my stuff and a tag fell off one of the items (she was too lazy to pick it up even though she saw where it fell and I witnessed this). So I now to get to explain to some one I bought a Christmas gift for how to use said item. After speaking with some of the vendors here, they all hate working for the owner here. Apparently she is hard to work for and has microphones and cameras everywhere and everything is super micro managed. That's why the majority of the vendors don't stay here long. It's a toxic environment. It's a shame cause there is cool stuff here but man getting treated like that after standing next to another customer who is checking out and their employee is all smiles and giggles and is genuinely having a good time really sucks to see when my employee is clearly miserable at her work and apparently her life. read more

Interesting little place to pass some time. I agree some of the prices on the "antiques" are overpriced. Many of the items seem either garage sale items refurbished to pass off as antiques or many I'm sure come from estate sales from people who have passed. I visited this particular antique shop in hopes of finding very specific items without having to drive all the way downtown to locate other antique shops. Not only did I find my items, the staff is very willing to help and have EVERYTHING inventoried in a book so they can tell you which isle and which booth things are located in! I love that they rent out spaces to collectors to sell their antiques and the excellent quality of items they have! It's MUCH easier than having to parade through dozens of shops blindly searching for that one item. I definatley plan on going back sometime soon! read more

I had just visited the Lonestar Antique Mall in Fort Worth, so visiting this place for the first time, I had high expectations. This mall is only 30,000 sq ft and is a bit pricey, but not as pricey as some of the other antique galleries in Austin. I would come here again, but the galleries in North Texas are far better, in my experience. I also felt like the employees were following my every move. The same few employees kept walking past me the entire time I was in there. A little strange but I know they are just looking out for stealers. read more

Not only is it my favorite place to go when I'm bored, but it's also my favorite place to go when I'm looking for random awesome old stuff to decorate the homestead, or gifts, etc. it's many different sellers with personal booths, which makes it a hell of a lot easier to find an awesome deal on what you're looking for! read more
