Good selection at this store. Cheaper prices, obviously. Since it's the outlet store, most of the styles are last season's. Don't expect to find current stuff here. However, people do get lucky and find some good stuff. My sister in law found one of those leather key holders for $80, which is a steal, and she bought a black leather men's wallet for approximately $160 or so. Best of all, the staff is unpretentious. I found a great belt, wallet and 2 pairs of loafers for my husband. As well as a handbag from last season, but it was a hard to find bag and a really good discount. Mitzi was our sales person and she was excellent. Actually I have to say we probably had at least 5 people ask if we needed help. I was shocked by how great the service was. The consequence of standing in line for 1hr 35 minutes was little and to be expected on Black Friday. We finally got into the Gucci store and as my friends looked at the items. I sat down at the bench to take a rest. Unfortunately the push staffer, Christopher claimed I was texting on my phone for 15 minutes and to me I had to go. I only sat for 5 minutes and I also witness he said the same exact phrase to another girl who was standing in the store. That must be his go to phrase. Way to go Christopher! Excellent customer service! If he had checked the cameras then he would have seen he was wrong. But whatever! This store sucks, and I speak for the service. They NEVER, I repeat, NEVER answer the phone. I literally called 15 times straight, not one answer. I wonder if the store manager knows or even cares or maybe he advises his team to not answer the phone. On top of that, their security is so childish. I wish I would have gotten the young mans name, but I didn't. I came with a return, and there was a line outside to get into the store. I asked if I had to wait in line for a return and he said yes. He then stated, let me ask the other guard (who I presume is his boss). Anyways, the boss came out and said yes, I would have to wait in line. This place has horrible customer service. I came here yesterday (Sunday) and there was a long line consistently throughout the entire day. Gucci has a sales rep standing outside to check in with clients or what not. I stood in line at 515pm. 30 mins in the sales rep (this sweet spoken Asian lady with beautiful grey hair) walked up and down the line and I asked her.. what time do you guys open tomorrow? She said 10am. I asked again to confirm.. 10am you said? She said yes! So I said oh man. I rather come back tomorrow right when you reopen. She agreed with me and said yeah, everything will still be here and restocked nicely. I'm back today.. Monday! At 10:10am. THE STORE IS NOT OPEN!!!!! the staffs are all inside cleaning. On their site says 11am. On some yelp reviews, yelpers also says 10am. Tried calling their automated number.. there is NO update on business hrs which is sooooo bad for a reputable designer store. Wtf! Get your shit together Gucci! Your staff is giving false information, wasting my time. And your business automated line has NO info for customers. HORRIBLE!!!! read more

Fell in love the minute I walked in! Came here in search for one item: a Gucci messenger in monogram canvas that can fit my 13" MacBook. Found it! Also at a real great price. And they include the dust bag and certificates as well. What I absolutely adore is the atmosphere. The store space is not of a retail Gucci boutique; it is not so intimidating. I really felt as if I was browsing in Macy's or something. The selection is not amazing, it's an outlet. But I found what I was looking for and I am pleased. The salespeople are accommodating and willing to help. I actually called in two weeks earlier to see how stock/foot traffic is, considering this is my first time at this outlet. The lady who answered my call was really helpful and energetic. Overall, the stock is good, the prices are well worth it, and the staff is helpful. I was going to probably purchase more, but I still wanted to look around and see what else is out there, considering this is a big outlet mall. My only worry is if the items here are "made for the outlet". I'm not the biggest fan of that. I checked the inner tags and they say "made in Italy". A green light in my book. FUCK YOU cashier lady, fucking rude SOAB! I got a big traveling bag in which she took out of the box the proceeded to FOLD it in half and stick it into a small shopping bag, wtf is that? Regardless the status of your store I think you still need to treat all your customers merchandise with respect and you don't just FOLD a brand new FUCKING bag in half you dimwit! Do not buy from the outlet. I recently purchased a leather bag thinking i was getting something from the retail store but it was not. It's a bag made specifically for the outlet. It wasn't very good quality and the zipper sticks. I didn't realize this until i arrived home. I looked at the receipt and it states that they do not give refunds, only exchanges within 2 weeks. I was not aware of their return policy and no one at the store told me this otherwise I would not have purchased it. Customer service is not very good and they do not answer their phone. I twice had to ask for help from a heavyset guy who was rude. I returned a few days later hoping to get a refund but to no avail. A female employee told me everything is made for the outlet except for the Mickey Mouse items. They exchanged my purse for another with a better zipper. It's a cute bag but not worth the money. Avoid gucci outlet at all costs!!! It isn't worth it to go to this place. This outlet store has the worst customer service. People are driving out from 50 miles away just to go to this store and they choose to close 30 min prior to the closing time. The lines are almost 2 hours long just to get in, and when you finally get in, they close the doors 30 min early. They post everywhere that they close at 8pm and false advertise their hours. They decided to close at 730 without a word to anyone. There were several people outside trying to get in....even a hispanic and African American couple that drove all the way from los angeles. They told the Caucasian lady that they knew what they wanted and could just give their credit card to purchase and they can bring the item out. The sales representative at the front door said no they were closed, even when there were several Asian and Caucasian people inside the store continuing to shop and not even in line to pay. It is apparent that this Caucasian blonde lady wearing an inappropriate sweater with "faster pussycat" on it was not letting any minorities in the store. I hope gucci realizes what their outlet store is doing. I will no longer be shopping at this store. There are other high end brands like Louis vuitton who treat all their customers respectfully and EQUALLY. Worst gucci outlet store. These people think they are on rodeo drive. First off we waited 15 mins outside before being let in. The security guard at the door let 15-20 people out without letting any other people in to the store that was empty to begin with. Once inside I'm literally followed and have sales people stand behind me as if Im some criminal. Then as my wife looks around I park our stroller and sit in the shoes area until another security guard comes up and says I cant have my starbucks drink thats in our stroller cup holder inside the store and asked to leave or he can "kindly" set my drink outside while I shop. I'm a big critic of customer service, and all I have to say is don't judge a book by its cover. It seems that when I went here last week I wasn't acknowledged or greeted, while others were as they entered the store. I went to the men's section where an employee just looked at me and went directly to the back. Maybe it was because I was wearing basketball shorts and bright sneakers and a baseball cap that gave me an image that gave you an impression of me that I was just here to window shop. It wasn't like the store was overwhelmed with customers, this was at 8pm. The vibe sucked that I didn't feel i should purchase the glasses and belt i was interested in. You have to pick and choose among newer AND outdated items, however there are good deals to be scored here. Don't walk in with too high expectations, however. But you can definitely score a decent bag for under $1k. I'd say around 40-50% of their items are under that range. And it won't look like the price you paid for it. read more

When I visit Southern Cali, I make it a point to visit Cabazon, especially the Gucci Outlet. They don't always have the greatest selection and no, the prices aren't always the best deals out there, but I've had really great service. Sometimes they'll even cut you an additional discount, like 10% off. I keep in touch with Mari and she's been great with sending me emails on upcoming sales and even attaches pictures of their new merchandise. read more

Nice store, i scored a pair of sunglasses and a black shirt for 1/4 of the retail price in Beverly Hills. I noticed the glasses had a scratch on the bridge and they let me exchange them for another pair and I think their store policy was no exchanges or returns so that was pretty cool. Had a great experience at the Gucci Outlet today! We had to wait about 20 minutes to get into the store, but once we got inside, customer service was spot on. They limit the number of customers inside so they can provide excellent service. My husband got a wallet, my mom got a shawl/scarf and I got a pair of sneakers. Everything was about half off retail price! We spent about $850 (including tax) for 3 Gucci items. We all left really happy with our purchases! Highly recommend! read more

Don't ever go to this store if your skin tone isn't white!! The sales clerks stare at you like they are patiently waiting for you to grab something. My friends spent over $600 in the store and David still accused us of stealing. He told us to give him the shoes that he had taken out because they were there and now they weren't. Clearly the shoes were in the box sotting right on the sofa but David thought fit to yell across the store that they were gone. I told him to search me. The sales rep that was helping us explained that the shoes were right there. His response was simply I didn't know that you put them in the box. He never once apologized. We entered the children's Gucci store to purchase some items. The young lady that was assisting us was very kind and helpful. (Sorry I don't remember her name). One friend just bought a couple of items. My other friend ask to see some shoes, this guy name David took the shoes out of the glass case and sat them on the couch. So I picked up the shoes made a comment we all smiled. My other friends came from the other side of store picked up the shoes and put them inside of the shoe box. Not on top where they were. David the sales clerk starting yelling "where are the shoes" my friend took them out of the shoe box and said " they are right here" David said " No those are not the shoes". Then runs over to the security camera and starts reviewing it. The lady sales clerk came over and said "these are the ones you took out of the case". Yes me and my friends are African American, about $800.00 dollars was just spent in that store and he accused us of STEALING. Even after the young lady told David these were the same ones, we never got an apology. He went in the back and waited for us to leave. Racial profiling at its finest and I say that because other customers came in of different races he never looked twice. read more
