I was so disappointed went there November 23 2018 stood in line 21/2 hours finally got in I drove 1 hour & 40 minutes to get there, finally got in purchased my items got home & they gave me the wrong pair of boots. Now I'm so mad my feet are swollen & I have to make that drive again gas is so freaking high. My sister said they suppose to check each item you purchase in your presence before you pay. I have now driven back to the Gucci store went to the front of the line was given a little of a hard time as if I was a liar, but after showing my receipt from the day before which was a good sum & I had to pay over 300 more I have to say I got the right boots & they didn't have any more on the floor & they gifted me a nice bottle of Gucci perfume. If I can give no star I would! I saw this necklace I like and the sales polished it with silver clothes. Then I saw two other bracelets for gift that was made part silver as well. At the time I'm paying, I ask for polishing my bracelets, the cashier and the other manager said we don't have anything to polish it. I was so mad and said"yes you do, the other sales just helped me to do that, so I don't know what you talking about" And it took them forever to FIND someone to clean the dam bracelet. Gucci is my choice for a designer brand. I'm always excited to come to this store but I always leave a little disappointed, mainly because they don't have a great selection. I remain hopeful for that rare must have find so I'll keep returning. You can buy a handbag here for the same price as a full priced Coach bag. However, the full priced Coach bag might look a whole lot better than the Gucci deal, so just keep that in mind if the name isn't all that matters to you. Don't expect to find the same items at this store that you find on the Gucci.com sale section (when they have a sale on the web). So always check the web before making the 1.5 hour trek - factoring gas, valuable time, etc..you might happily pay a little extra online. read more

When I went in over the Presidents Day weekend, the handbag selection was awful. The inventory they had was so out of date - it was very disappointing. Strike one. They had a lot better shoe selection but of the two shoes that I wanted to try on, they didn't have my size. Strike two. Sales Associates were not very friendly and I had to search for someone to look at a watch in the glass case. I eventually gave up. Strike three. There was a line waiting to get into the store and fortunately the line moved quickly. Once inside we browsed around and looked at the bags, wallets, shoes, and clothing. Sale staff was friendly and it looked like they were well staffed as we never had to wait long to find someone to help us. Price wasn't too bad either, for examples, there was medium size shoulder bag for a little over $500 and some cool flats for about $350.00. There were a lot of styles to choose from as well. I went here today and was surprised to find so many small accessories on sale plus an additional 50% off. I bought 2 key rings and a coin purse totally $251. Not bad considering one key ring retails for $250. Good selection of handbags if you are willing to spend close to $1000. Great discount compared to retail store prices. I say, if you don't mind wearing last season's merchandise then this is the place for you. You might get slightly discounted prices but if you're in for the hunt I would rather pay the full amount of an in season item. I like the service, the guy helped me right off the bat with what I needed. Five minutes later. Boom! I'm outta there. No need to tell them how many shoes I have, how much I had for lunch and what diet fad I'm currently into. I don't have time for that. This is our second time visiting the outlet the first time they had a great selection. My mom almost bought a Gucci hobo. We came back a year later I wanted a card case but this time my mom and I noticed the handbag selection wasn't as big as it was the year before. My suggestion go to the store early, during the day a line starts to form in front of the store. I find Gucci very reasonable price compared to Louis Vuitton. My case was $150 after tax. I love this store, and don't love it at the same time. i love it because the markdown is pretty significant, yet it is last season's stuff. They don't necessarily have the more traditional items, but rather the trendy, that they need to get rid of. There's one dude who works at Gucci, who does not appear to be Chinese, but speaks Mandarin. It was trippin' me out when I saw it happen. My guess was that he was of some sort of African-American mixed decent. However, he was speaking Mandarin to this couple, as they were paying. Pretty impressive, Gucci associates! Okay, why do I hate it? Because of the people who shop here! OMG, so many people who come into Gucci are so hungry for a deal, that they're willing to be rude. It's horrible. read more

I'm from Torrance, ca I made the drive her on 9/13 to purchase a belt for my daughter as one of her 21st birthday gifts, as I selected the belt and went to the cashier to pay but I wasn't set on the belt due to sizing.. I asked the cashier if by chance they had a size up in the back.. she was very friendly and went to check she came back with the correct size and mentioned that there was a slight difference but was close.. finished the transaction, she put the receipt in the bag and handed the bag to me... fast forward to today, day of my daughters birthday, she tried on the belt and it seemed off wasn't settling correct once on... I look at the receipt to see if we had time to take the belt back and noticed that cashier gave me a men's belt instead! I've been trying to call and no one is answering and I can not leave a message because the mailbox is full-- so this is my last resort in hopes of management reading this review so that this can be fixed ASAP. read more

Never coming to this store again. Came to shop for my family and Laurence was not co-operating and made me wait for a good 40 minutes to an hour. Please rewind the cameras to check how long I waited. (Today's date, 8:02pm). I appreciate Sky's assistance since Laurence was being quick when I had simple questions and could've saved me the time to go to another Gucci location. But I felt Sky didn't want to deal with it either, you can tell when someone loves or hates their job. Because of this experience, my money doesn't deserve to be spent here. Sucks to say, this store lost a customer when I was planing to spend a lot and was looking forward to it. Disappointed, thank you for wasting my time before you guys closed, making line for no reason. Please teach Laurence how to manage his attitude. I had the best experience here thanks to Lala! I first called about a week ago regarding a couple of products and was told by someone I would receive some pictures within 20-40 hours and a week went by and I got nothing. I called back and got in touch with Lala, as soon as she answered the phone I got a good vibe from her. She was instantly so sweet and caring and sent me the things I asked for within 20 minutes! Not only did she send me what I originally asked for but I asked her a million questions about every possible product and she had such patience and was soo sweet and helpful and sent me everything I asked for! Went today and waited for about 20 min to get inside, well, they should have some types of fan for people outside because it gets really hot. I bought a pair of shoes that i couldn't find anywhere for half price btw. The Latino guy was super nice and cool. Thanks. Not the nicest store. It's pretty small but, the always tend to rearrange their decor every three months upgrading their look. Sometimes you will find real cool items and other times you will not find anything that catches your eyes. I suggest you take a business card and call to ask for an item that you're looking for before traveling to this location. They have valet parking on the west wing entrance that is very helpful especially on a 3 day weekend. Not the friendliest of staff, they stay at a good 15 feet distance from you. I understand their behavior because of the constant window shoppers. Purchase something and they suddenly turned into the friendliest sales person in the world. Our sales assistant forgot about us and helped someone else instead. I was standing there for a good 20-30 minutres waiting for him to come back with a bag from the back and this was the second time waiting for him already. As my bf walked out of the store to take a call he indicated that he had come back and was right behind me, I turn around to see that he had a stack of merchandise in his had and started ringing some people up. I stood there patiently trying to catch his eye. When he finally looked up 5 minutes in I had to ask if he got my bag when he suddenly realizes that he forgot. Not only did he not drop everything he was doing(since he was helping me before those people and I would expect that), he kept on ringing them up and only mentiond to the other cashier to grab me a bag from the back when he was going in. I guess purchasing 2 bags wasn't enough comission for this guy and opted for the couple with more instead. Pretty bad selection but I'm glad mum and I found something we really liked. I have been trying to call this store for A FULL TWO WEEKS and no one has ever picked up the phone. Also, their voicemail is full. I went to the Childrens store, Thiere was a man name David he was very prejudice when walking into the store the young lady that was assisting us was so nice while he had a very bad attitude from the start, while the nice young lady was assisting my friend at the checkout, David accused us of stealing the shoes that i was purchasing, he started yelling at us saying where are the shoes and then he ran to the register looking for the shoes that were sitting on the couch in the box, we all looked at him in shock, the lady clerk that was assisting us then came from behind the register to show him that the shoes were in the box and the one on display was on the shelf. Never once did he apologize for his mistake, and for yelling at us. He only did this to us because we were black. I always shop there when im out that way but I don't think i will be going back again. read more

The selection was not bad, but they did not have the purse I was looking for. Despite that, the prices were pretty good. The store was mostly empty when we were there, which meant the staff were helpful and attentive. We didn't have to deal to the rude customers that others reported.
