The styles were all very similar and the colors were very random (blue, red, purple, orange, pink). I saw many styles I liked, but they unfortunately didn't have the colors I wanted. I visited the Gucci outlet on Tuesday. Upon entering the store I was carrying several shopping bags and a cup of water with a lid. I was told my store security that I was not allowed to bring water into the store. I proceeded to securely put my water away in my bag. I was told that I still could not enter the store. It was 114° and I'm wearing a leg brace from a knee sprain. I traveled from Los Angeles to visit the outlets as Gucci being a main stop. I was in search for a black handbag. Once I was told I could not enter, I discarded of my water and re-entered. I was assisted by Manual Comparan who was very helpful and the only reason I'm giving 2 stars. Though Manual was helpful, I did not find full relief of the uneasiness felt from having to discard of my water in 114° weather. I thanked Manuel and proceeded to other stores. I stumbled upon another high end store and found a handbag and as I was inquiring on the bag the saleswoman offered me water! She said I looked hot. We laughed as it was an understatement. She proceeded to give me a bottled water. I left the store, and felt great about the customer service that I decided though I loved the bag at Gucci, the first impression was terrible. I went back to the store and purchased the bag and told her that her kindness is what sold me. Advice of the day, treat customers with kindness. If its 114° don't make customers discard of their water if they are able to place it securely out of the way! In fact, you should take note and offer customers water. I came here today (08/03/2019) and I wasn't impressed at all. I waited in line to go in and I regret it so much. No one greeted me when I walked in (which I didn't mind - since it's an outlet). I looked around for about 10 minutes and decided to leave. Don't come here looking for new items. You're not going to find Gucci sneakers nor anything new from the Marmont collection. Please come with low expectations. The only thing I liked about the store were the clothes, besides that, there was nothing. I want to say that about 90% of the store consisted of items made for the outlet. Bags, belts, and the shoes. If you're not familiar with Gucci, then you'd think you're getting a fabulous deal- but if you're a veteran like me, you're going to be disappointed. The other 10% consisted of items that are from the flagship stores - I did find about 3 three marmont bags and two pairs of shoes, however the style and colors were questionable. I made a visit to this shop today after playing at Morongo and I was pleasantly surprised. I read the Yelp reviews and I was expecting a terrible customer service experience but that's not what I got. I was looking at wallets with one salesperson who was not rude at all but not friendly either. He pulled a wallet out of the showcase for me to look at then walked away to help other customers. After looking at the wallet, I decided I wasn't interested but the salesperson was nowhere to be found. I didn't want to leave it on the counter for somebody to steal so I had to let security know the wallet was on the counter. Not the end of the world by any means but kind of annoying. I ended up purchasing a belt with a different salesperson (Manuel) and he was amazing. He was really helpful and he took the time to run to the back and find my correct belt size instead of the typical "what we have on display is all we have." In closing, the store does have issues. It's extremely understaffed. I think there should be more salespeople on the floor to deal with the foot traffic. There was at least double the amount of customers as there were salespeople. Having sales associates running from customer to customer constantly is extremely frustrating especially when you're a serious buyer. read more

A group of us ladies visited the children's store & I was totally surprised at how 1 particular staff member(David Dennick) treated customers. A group of us (5 women) were in the store shopping for children's shoes/clothes. As we were preparing to make our finial purchases Mr. Dennick approach two of the women that were sitting on a couch and accused them of stealing a pair of shoes. After repeatedly harassing the two women & being told by another woman that the shoes in question are in the box, Mr. Dennick proceed to go behind the counter and review the security cameras. The clerk next to him informed him that she (the sales clerk) boxed the shoes up and placed them in the box next to the two women who he continually harassed. She then went on to explain that she had secured the other pair and everything was fine because the customer is still shopping. (Let me remind you that one of the women was purchasing these shoes and continually (at least 4 times) told him the shoes are in the box.) In 2017, I am very aware that stereotypes and racism still exist. We were racial profiled because we are African American. We felt offended and humiliated. I don't know why he assumed that the two women had stole the shoes. There was a security guard in the store who watched the store and us the entire time. That didn't really bother me, because he was doing his job. Our sales clerk Cherice was outstanding. She simply helped us and tried to ease the tension with a warm smile and apology. She deserves 5 stars. She got the sale. Mr. Dennick you sir deserve an lesson on how to treat people and customer service. Just because a person doesn't conform to your ideal customer doesn't mean they should be treated with less respect. You are a negative star and a constant reminder of the type of charter and human I would NEVER want to be. I have made several purchases from this outlet! They always get a great selection of Gucci Boutique items to be discounted. My SA is LaLa and she is amazing. She always sends me pictures of new items I may be interested in and she has them shipped directly to my home if necessary. She is one of the Cabazon Gucci Outlet's best SAs and many of my friends and business associates also purchase through her with no issues. I must admit that I was quite surprised to read another reviewer refer to her as a liar and unprofessional. There is only one LaLa at that location but I have never found her to be anything but professional, helpful, engaging and efficient. I highly doubt that she needs to be retrained and I won't even entertain the thought of her being fired. I also find it tactless and unprofessional for the other reviewer to describe her appearance and nationality in the negative review, as if that has any bearing on his misery! read more

I agree with the other reviews that the wait is definitely not worth it. You will most likely wait for at least an hour and you may feel you have wasted your time at the outlets in line. Unless you get there before it opens I wouldn't bother waiting in line later in the day. They do have some items from the boutiques but those are not discounted. A lot of the items were still regular price so I do recommend just ordering them online or going to the boutique to save yourself time from waiting in the long lines. Christopher Reed was amazing at explaining things and was very helpful. It's far from me (1 hr and 45 mins w/o traffic) but if you like to get about 30% off retail price, it's worth the drive. A purse that would cost close to $3.5-4K was 30% off...Marmont GG. So Gucci fans...go go go! You will not leave without a Gucci goody. I came to this location on Black Friday to exchange a recent purchase from the Livermore Premium Outlets location. I had an associate from the Livermore location contact another associate down in Cabazon to hold the shoes I wanted to exchange in my size. My normal SA was helped by "Lala" and I was told that they have it and will hold it for me until I was able to fly down. When I got there, it was Black Friday already. The lines were about an hour long but it was fine since I was already told that I was for sure able to do an exchange. However, when I got in, Lala wasn't working yet but was coming in for a midnight shift. 4 different associates weren't able to reach Lala since they weren't able to find the shoes. I was told to wait until midnight for her to come and was handed a business card to show security that I could skip the lines and go in without waiting. I shopped around outside until it was midnight. But when I got there, the security out said that they were no longer taking appointments and that I had to wait in the 5 hour line. By then it wouldn't have been worth it but I decided to do it anyways. By hour #2, it was really cold and I had gotten Lala's number from my normal associate and asked if she could get security to let us in. No response but I saw her check her phone and ignore it. By the time we got in, I found Lala and I told her I was the client that she was holding the shoes for. She claimed, " Yes, I said we might have your shoes but I told your associate that we don't know for sure." Completely lying to my face but finally she said she'd look for my shoes. Another 30 mins passed and she finally said, "Oh, we don't have it. Sorryyy..." Wow. Seriously? An unsympathetic apology but no apology for the inconvenience of my time, waiting 5 hours in the cold until 5 AM in the morning and my flights down. I really wanted to chew her out and complain to her manager but by then I was too tired. Mind you that you work for a luxury company, meaning you're supposed to REPRESENT it. It's because of associates like you that leave a lasting impression on a client. Overall, my impression of Lala in the end is that she is completely untrustworthy and it is definitely and not the last time, she will insult a client. See the attached screenshots as a reference. No, just no. I bought espadrilles from here yesterday and was so excited. I asked the sales associate to bring me out two sizes to try on when I was there (38.5 and 39), and I tried on the 38.5. They fit perfectly, so the sales associate left them up front at me while I looked around. I bought them, come home, and turns out I can't even get my foot into them. So either he swapped out the 38.5 for a smaller size (I assume to keep the more popular size in stock) or I was trying on the 39 and he didn't tell me. They don't answer their phones (of course), so I couldn't even get the right size pair if I wanted. The purses here are all made for the outlet, and I'm stuck with a beautiful pair of espadrilles I've wanted for years that I can't wear. Lesson learned. read more

Still a great place to find some deals on Gucci scarves and purses. The sales associates are really nice the multiple times I've come in here and I always see some good deals on the scarves and leather goods. Just make sure you look at the past season items; there are a ton of bags that are Made for Outlet and are much cheaper but not as high quality. And maybe this has already been mentioned before, but someone needs to retrain the guard/doorman at Gucci, or at least tell him to get an attitude adjustment. He's 20-something and Hispanic. I get service jobs are a pain (I used to work in customer service myself), but he is downright rude. I came here early and asked a very polite question and he was totally dismissive. He didn't even respond to me and just nodded his head as if I were bothering him. What the heck? I would understand if I approached him later in the day but this was early in the morning with no one around to heckle him. His other coworker (whom he was talking with and making jokes with) was a lot nicer to me and informative and I thank her for that. I bought 5 things from them in the last week on my way to and from Sedona (2 bags, a wallet, scarf, shoes) so apparently they have a better than expected inventory. I rarely go because I don't like the drive which would be one hour and forty five minutes from where I live without traffic. But, they sold me a defective bag with an incorrect part (detachable strap). I have called more than a dozen times the last two days, and no one picks up the phone. I have left multiple messages and no one has the decency to call me back to fix the issue. Bad sales experience and bad customer service. After a few hours they finally called me and sent a label for me to ship the item back. They won't allow me to return the defective item and give me a refund for the $1800 I spent, even though they don't have a replacement in stock and can't have it expedited to me. Instead they keep stringing me long. Even worse, they won't ship me the replacement until they get the damaged one back. Shady, shady! You don't expedite the replacement and want me to return the bag right away? Shady! Also they won't answer their calls again, so I can clarify the exchange and get more details. I'm obsessed with the overall aesthetic of the store (displays, decor, etc). Be mindful, this particular location is extremely busy. There was a wait the day I went but it moved fairly quickly. It only let literally less than 5 people in the store at once for no reason because the store footprint is HUGE! It really doesn't make sense. There are barely any shade to wait in line. Make sure you packed the same stuff as you would go on a hike or go to Disneyland. Otherwise you may suffer from dehydration, sunburn or heatstroke. The Gucci Outlet Store is my all-time favorite shop in Cabazon!!! The prices are amazing compared to the retail stores. The selection is up-to-date. My only wish is for them to carry a better selection of messenger bags. I love the big bags that I can stuff my whole "life" into but having two toddlers, I am beginning to appreciate my messenger bag more and more. I have mix feelings about the employees at this store. I have met a couple helpful and sincerely nice ones. On the other hand, there are the not so nice ones. The rude ones that base their sale on appearance. So, the Gucci shop at Cabazon has two sides to it. It has the weekday look where everything is organized and the staff is standing around waiting to help you at a moments notice. Then there is the weekend look where there's hundreds of people and staff attempting to help everyone possible though it can appear to be a sea of people. I've been here during both occasions and the staff has been willing to help in both cases regardless of the craziness of the crowd. This location has plenty of items on display and hopefully, the avid Gucci lover will be able to find something though for my taste, everything that I usually like is generally found in the regular store, but that's my own problem. Anyway, this place can get crazy, but the staff will help you when possible. Just have some patience because this place can be like sardines in a can at times. read more
