This eye care specialist attempted to incorrectly charge me a co-pay for a specialty provider diabetic exam eye care visit which was later confirmed "fully covered" by my health care insurance provider with no co-pay. Eventually, Domiano Eye Care submitted this incorrect co-pay charge to a collection agency because I correctly refused to pay this incorrect charge. In the three years since this horrible visit, I have seen other eye care specialists and have never been charged a co-pay for the exact same diabetic eye care exam with the exact same health insurance.

Domiano then billed me for the co-pay several weeks later. Then when I refused to pay Domiano the co-pay, Domiano turned me into a collection agency! Furthermore, Domiano tried to bill me additional money for my fully covered by my insurance, diabetic eye exam. I disputed this additional charge, and my insurance supported my dispute against Domiano stating my diabetic eye exam was indeed fully covered my insurance. It is now time for my two-year eye exam, and I will NOT be visiting Domiano Eye care.

I was then told that that pair is also available but they did not currently have one. Then when it was time to pay for my glasses. They told me that I had to pay for them out of pocket and take my receipt to work to be reimbursed by my employer. I took the receipt to my employer and they told me I should not have paid out of pocket and I was not reimbursed. I called Ohora and they told me, that I should not have paid out of pocket but now that I had that there was nothing that they could do. So in the end I had to pay out of pocket for a pair of glasses that were a style I didn't really like.

Additionally his medical coordinator Michelle is extremely rude and giving false information for surgery. She goes to an extend where she actually so belittles you and raising her voice when you, the patient is asking questions. I heard even from staff members how she is just a bad person they do have to work with. Talked to a neighbor months ago who lost his eyesight due to them.
