I knew getting her an immediate replacement was going to be nearly impossible, especially without her being there. I desperately called YVC since we are patients there and they told me to come right down to assess the damage of the frame. Lucky for me, the gentlman that helped me said her lenses were good but the frame was beyind repair. He patiently looked and found a similar size and color frame and was able to put the lenses in the new frame!!!!! I am beyond grateful and cannot thank Yardley Vision Care for going the extra mile (and with a smile). If there were a 10 star rating option I would give it! Thankyou again

Compare this store to a real upscale optical store and you will see the difference. Most of the frames they do carry are close-outs. In other words they specialize in older style frames that they acquire at huge discount. However, it does NOT reflect their prices. Their prices are even higher than at most other stores. I made a huge mistake by filing my RX prescriptions at this store. They were supposed to get done in 3 days. When I stopped by in 3 days they told me that they were overwhelmed with orders and simply didnt have a chance to work on my order yet. Another week passed... they never called. When I confronted them again, they actually told me that they lost my frame!!! VERY dishonest people. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Take your business somewhere else.

I was told that they're in network with my insurance and they told me to come for two different visits to make sure my insurance covers the procedures they did. There was no need for any advanced procedures as I went for a regular visit. Before every procedure I confirmed with them if my insurance will cover it and they said yes but after 6 months I started getting bills for hundreds of dollars and now they are threatening me with debt collection calls. Disgusting and shameful.
