Post appointments have also been equally as horrible. I was yelled at by Dr. Stein himself after asking for help. I actually feel unsafe going to any of these offices. They are not providing safe and quality care. Please be careful. I did allow the office to try to fix their mistakes over the past month and it has only gotten worse. They also over charge immensely in comparison to the technology and care they provide. They will happily take your money and traumatize you along the way. Please read the reviews. Don't be like me.

He recently merged with another small group to be able to provide quality opthalmological services to existing and new patients. I was seen by Dr. Lynch for the first time. She seemed a concerned, patient-centered physician, who was thorough in her examination of my eyes and vision. The office has renovated since my last visit almost two years ago, with new diagnostic equipment to aid in seeing into the eye and measuring pressure and other important data. Turned out that my vision is pretty good and there was only a small change in my prescription. She possesses good patient/doctor skills and explained everything she was doing in a running commentary. I appreciated that. The only unexpected issue that arose was being advised that the practice did not accept my health insurance and I would have to pay for treatment up front and seek reimbursement from my carrier. Not a big deal, but a small inconvenience. It doesn't change my favorable opinion about the office, but is something I probably should have paid attention to if I wanted to avoid the issue.

After seeing multiple people be called before me I went to see what was going on. I was told I never gave my name. I was never asked for my name. A different person was at the welcome desk and she said she couldn't explain why because she wasn't there when I came in. It's a small business so I asked her to go get the other person which she did not do at this point. There were more people waiting and I was not going to leave my name and be on the bottom of the list so I left and went to another provider. I don't know if this was a one time experience, but it was my experience and I won't be returning to this location to buy glasses.

Literally the sweetest human being, we chatted like we were long lost BFFs catching up. She was kind enough to tell me about each machine and what they did because I am a curious girl. I then met with Dr. Harris who was equally as nice and was thoughtful to explain a few things going on with my eyes. He then gave me contacts to try and even answered all my questions about different eye drops I had. I was in a rush so did not pick my glasses out this visit, but the front door ladies were also just sweet as can be and so helpful. I wish I had one bad thing to say about this place but sadly I do not. Ohhh, and if you don't need glasses I would simply go there to see all the random celebrity pictures in their waiting room wall. Dr. Minzter put us at ease immediately. He coached us on how to create a calm environment for our daughter and then he developed an amazing rapport with her. He was able to perform an exam on her without her even knowing! It was like watching a magician. And he explained everything to us as he was performing the exam. She ultimately needed to get some eye drops, so there were some tears, but I never doubted Dr. Minzter's care for her. Terry, his assistant was a big help too! After the appointment, our daughter gave him a big hug - it was unbelievable. I am still in awe and I want to rent Dr. Minzter for bath time. You never forget how people treat your children, especially when you are concerned for their health. I am so grateful for Dr. Minzter's kindness and expertise.

It's not a walk in the park and the second time was more harsh than the second and yes there is aftercare -- lots of eye drops! The procedures were about a half hour each. The actual cutting was just a minute or two. It's far more strange than painful. Then it's over. It's only a day or so before you're able to do things again which really isn't bad considering the benefits. However, it's been 3 years now and it still is one of the best things I've ever done for myself. Dr. Wasserman is INCREDIBLY kind, steady, patient, and knowledgeable. His staff is quick to remedy any issues that come up. I've been going back for eye checkups there ever since. Office is clean. Wait times are reasonable. Location is perfect. I've sent my friends there for checkups and Lasik consultations and they've had good experiences as well. HIGHLY, highly, highly recommend!

Then proceeded to wait for over an hour in the room for this arrogant dismissive know it all to show up and not even acknowledge how late he was. I went through my 2 biggest concerns one by one and without me even finishing my explanation he told me it was nothing and just wanted to examine my daughter. When she wasn't cooperating (because she's just over a year old and had been waiting for over an hour) he was getting more and more frustrated, stopped the exam, told me nothing was wrong and to try again in 3-4 months the when my daughter was a bit more cooperative.
