I went here because my community page spoke very highly of the service. I did not have the same experience. When I arrived I was told to take a seat and wait my turn. I was fine with this. After seeing multiple people be called before me I went to see what was going on. I was told I never gave my name. I was never asked for my name. A different person was at the welcome desk and she said she couldn't explain why because she wasn't there when I came in. It's a small business so I asked her to go get the other person which she did not do at this point. There were more people waiting and I was not going to leave my name and be on the bottom of the list so I left and went to another provider. I don't know if this was a one time experience, but it was my experience and I won't be returning to this location to buy glasses. read more

Switch your eye care to Yardley! I have spent years going to our local eye doctor and nearly forgot that there are newer technologies that could be used in my eye care. 3 Things I : 1. Customer Service 2. Eye ball pictures 3. Easy to follow explanation I wish I knew the name of the person who did my eye imaging and eye pressure before Dr. Harris because she was a doll! Literally the sweetest human being, we chatted like we were long lost BFFs catching up. She was kind enough to tell me about each machine and what they did because I am a curious girl. I then met with Dr. Harris who was equally as nice and was thoughtful to explain a few things going on with my eyes. He then gave me contacts to try and even answered all my questions about different eye drops I had. I was in a rush so did not pick my glasses out this visit, but the front door ladies were also just sweet as can be and so helpful. I wish I had one bad thing to say about this place but sadly I do not. Ohhh, and if you don't need glasses I would simply go there to see all the random celebrity pictures in their waiting room wall. No idea why Shaquille O'neal comes all the way to Yardley for his eye care, but there he was! read more

AVOID AVOID AVOID!! I called to make an appointment for my daughter in the front desk. Staff was incredibly rude, like she couldn't be bothered doing her job. This place has gone downhill. Stay away. There's plenty of other eye doctors in Yardley. read more

Yesterday was my first visit and I am sold! Dr. Cohen and his staff are very friendly, welcoming and efficient. There was no waiting. I had tests done for my reading vision that I never had at my previous doctor. My exam was the most thorough I've experienced. Dr. Cohen did an extensive exam and actually asked me twice if I had any questions. I definitely did not encounter that level of interest and caring at my former eye care practice. In addition, Yardley Eye Care is taking multiple precautions for Covid. Masks are required, temperature is taken, staff wears masks and all exam rooms sanitized before and after you enter. Terrible customer service. Dawn is the most nasty and rude, person I have ever come across. I've been going here for years. Never had an issue with any one in the office til this last appointment. The way she over talks you and tries to belittle you because she thinks she is right is down right terrible. Turns out she was WRONG! But won't admit it. Blames the insurance company but it was all her. Instead of helping and trying to figure it out she insisted she was correct and she wasn't. She's on a power trip. Instead of adding filler to your lips Dawn add some knowledge on medical billing to your brain. Not surprised when I went to another office and they knew exactly who I was talking about. She was a former employee there and they had the same issues with her. Sadly I will not be returning to this office. Everyone else was wonderful. Dawn ruined it. read more

As a doctor, Dr. Cohen is great, his staff are courteous, his office is spotless. The glasses selection is nice but very expensive.

The offices and showroom was exceptional clean and well appointed. It is a very warm relaxing atmosphere. The staff I encountered was very nice and very professional. Let me start by saying that I have congenital nystagmus, a rare eye disorder that very few eye doctors I've encountered knew anything about. That was not the case with Dr. Cohen, he had an encyclopedic knowledge of the disorder and how to properly fit me for glasses. I know that should be an easy task but my condition makes it very difficult and time consuming. I never felt rushed in the 75 minute exam and fitting. Once he felt he had the right prescription for me, he was able to make a mock-up of the actual glasses and let me take them for a spin around the office. When I walked out into the showroom and looked out the front windows int the parking lot I almost cried (seriously). I could see better that I ever could in the past. We also discovered that the transition lenses I was sold at a Bucks County competitor should have never been prescribed for me and have never worked properly. He then figured out what the correct prescription would be for reading and computer use and once again I was encouraged to use his computer and some pamphlets to test them out. I cannot wait until I get my new glasses, it is certainly going to be life changing. Follow-up I have been living with my new glasses for a week now and can honestly say I've never seen better. I am amazed how different Dr's can be and Dr. Cohen is amazing. read more

Came here for an exam during the COVID-19 pandemic and everything was perfect. The staff was attentive. The visit was fast and the doctor was great. Very very clean and exceptional care taken for sanitizing. Absolutely awesome experience. Only minor criticism is frame selection could be better. Still definitely 5 stars. read more

When I go in for my yearly visit they understand and explain what my insurance covers and work with me to provide the most affordable eye care possible. If I am ever in the neighborhood I can stop in and have my glasses tightened and adjusted so they are always providing me with the best fit. Dr Cohen is very knowledgable and has a way to explain your issues in a manner that you can understand. He taught me how Type II diabetes affects my vision as my blood sugar fluctuates. The staff is always willing to offer adjustments to my glasses as I tend to bump them while I work. His staff keeps the local road clean with Adopt-a-highway as well. read more

They explained all of the benefits I got with my insurance in such good detail and helped me get the best deal on my glasses and contacts. New to the area, and per YELP reviews, made an appointment to have my plugs changed. First, he struggled to get the plugs in and really hurt me in the process. For the next couple of weeks, I struggled with uncomfortable dryness. Went to an opthamologist and, guess what, there are NO PLUGS in my eyes. I was also told that I don't need to change plugs every three months as my last optometrist told me. Meanwhile, Dr. Cohen, I'm sure, submitted my visit to Medicare so I will probably be billed for the new set of plugs. I'll be calling today, but I will never go back there. BTW, small, expensive selection of frames. read more
