Lisa, the general manager, was so knowledgable and answered all of my questions that I decided to make the trip to Scranton even though Visionworks has a location in Wilkes-Barre, which is closer. When I arrived Lisa took such special care of me even to the point of finding me such stylish frames that I was looking for. I must also compliment her staff since we asked them their opinion on what frames would look best. All in all, I had a wonderful experience with Lisa and her team. The recording tells me to go to the website; the website doesn't have the answer I need and LiveChat also does not work. A physical number to the store and not the automated line "experiencing a high volume of calls" would have solved this 15 minutes ago for me, and probably a lot of other callers too.

They were listed as a participating provider for my companies prescription safteyglass program. I…read morewas given a box to choose lenses from, and was told that they were the frames available in the program. I had told them that one of my coworkers got a different pair and showed them a picture of that pair I found on my phone. I was then told that that pair is also available but they did not currently have one. Then when it was time to pay for my glasses. They told me that I had to pay for them out of pocket and take my receipt to work to be reimbursed by my employer. I took the receipt to my employer and they told me I should not have paid out of pocket and I was not reimbursed. I called Ohora and they told me, that I should not have paid out of pocket but now that I had that there was nothing that they could do. So in the end I had to pay out of pocket for a pair of glasses that were a style I didn't really like.
