When I arrived Lisa took such special care of me even to the point of finding me such stylish frames that I was looking for. I was then told that that pair is also available but they did not currently have one. Then when it was time to pay for my glasses. They told me that I had to pay for them out of pocket and take my receipt to work to be reimbursed by my employer. I took the receipt to my employer and they told me I should not have paid out of pocket and I was not reimbursed. I called Ohora and they told me, that I should not have paid out of pocket but now that I had that there was nothing that they could do. So in the end I had to pay out of pocket for a pair of glasses that were a style I didn't really like.
