This is the case with Alan the manager at Walmart Vision in Dickson City. He could really use some anger management classes and is ruining the doctors business by not doing his job properly and alienating and hustling the patients. After he became confrontational with me, I went to Americas Best Contacts just across the way and actually enjoyed getting my eye exam. The people at ABC were friendly, the exam was thorough and cost less than Walmart Vision with the manager Alan, whose bad attitude and lack of knowledge is ruining the doctors business. I suggest you do the same.
