Dana, the office manager, is incredibly enthusiastic and truly enjoys helping people pick out glasses that fit not only their face, but their personality as well. The office itself is comfortable, classy and 'trendy' (but not pretentious). In an area where there are a lot of chains that look and feel the same, Optik stands out as it could have been picked up out of downtown Brooklyn and dropped into a strip mall in Kingston. My husband, my mom, and myself all got our glasses here and were so impressed with prices and selection. Many known name brands, but also brands from all over the world. Additionally, Dr. Frank will go the extra mile to find frames even if he doesn't carry them. He was able to find a pair that I bought in Finland and couldn't purchase anywhere else in the US- including online. Bottom line...if you want not only a great experience as far as exam and environment, but to walk out making a statement, Optik is by far the best choice in NEPA.

You wait forever to be seen and then you're rushed through the exam with very little Dr/patient interaction other than "better 1, better 2?" I have absolutely NO confidence the prescription I was given is accurate. They don't address any concerns or possible solutions I have with the scarring issues I have on my right eye. I've made another eye exam appointment with another provider which I hope will have a more positive outcome.
