I submitted my Dad.'s middle name and my pet's name and allowed to create a new password. I made up a password. It was rejected due to the Dictionary Rule. This nonsense word was supposedly in the dictionary! I have a degree in English. It is not a word. I contacted the Help Desk. A pleasant man said he did not know about the Dictionary Rule, but someone else could help. He called . He was unaware of the Dictionary Rule, but suggested I go to the office and show him and he might be able to help. That is not how I want to spend the day!
