This week is the three-year anniversary of my worst ever and only eye care experience at Domiano Eye Care. This eye care specialist attempted to incorrectly charge me a co-pay for a specialty provider diabetic exam eye care visit which was later confirmed "fully covered" by my health care insurance provider with no co-pay. Eventually, Domiano Eye Care submitted this incorrect co-pay charge to a collection agency because I correctly refused to pay this incorrect charge. In the three years since this horrible visit, I have seen other eye care specialists and have never been charged a co-pay for the exact same diabetic eye care exam with the exact same health insurance. read more

Domiano Eye Care performed a Visual Field Test on me that included an unknown to me, insurance co-pay, despite my insistence that no vision tests including a co-pay be performed on me. Domiano then billed me for the co-pay several weeks later. Then when I refused to pay Domiano the co-pay, Domiano turned me into a collection agency! Furthermore, Domiano tried to bill me additional money for my fully covered by my insurance, diabetic eye exam. I disputed this additional charge, and my insurance supported my dispute against Domiano stating my diabetic eye exam was indeed fully covered my insurance. It is now time for my two-year eye exam, and I will NOT be visiting Domiano Eye care. read more

The doctor is very friendly but that aside. I ordered glasses over 3 weeks ago was told glasses would be here within 7 to 10 business days. Called last Friday business day 10 they said there was something wrong with one of the lenses that they would be ready by this Friday it is now business day 15 and my glasses are still not here or ready. This is totally unacceptable I spent my hard earned money for glasses I expected to get what I payed for. I will NOT be using this eye doctor again and I plan to contact a lawyer and the BBB if this is no resolved soon because I need my glasses because I am a truck driver. read more

Went to get some new glasses and thought "What could go wrong? They are just glasses." BIG MISTAKE. I was not given the correct thinness of glasses that I requested and was promised (and paid for). In addition, the frames which the clerk picked out for me turned out to be children's frames which did not fit my lenses properly (the handles bent right on the corner and allowed no room for thicker lenses). After they admitted the problem, they sent the lenses back to the lab to have them sanded down - this was obvious just by looking at them. When I said I was not happy and actually RETURNED the glasses, they offered me no replacement or refund. Only an option to buy another pair of glasses at a discounted price! I'm planning on taking them to court to get my $500+ back. I'm going to stay away from this place like the plague!! read more

I stopped in last year to look at frames. It was my first time there. I absolutely loved the selection as well as the staff. A few weeks ago, I made an appointment to have my eye exam done and purchase another pair of glasses. I can't say enough nice things about the staff. Amazing service and selection. I would give this business 0 stars if I was allowed. I will NEVER recommend Domiano Eye Care to anyone! They have been extremely difficult to deal with and are always looking for ways to up-sell or force you into spending more money with them. To date, we have spent nearly $1,000 on exams, contacts and glasses for my son and myself (and that's WITH insurance!). Everything we have needed has been a struggle and required multiple phone calls and office visits. I've felt like they were always trying to swindle us for more money with every single dealing I've had with them. The doctor is friendly, however, the customer service is awful. They don't care about their patients only the money that they hope to suck out of them. They will NOT be getting another dime from me. And, I would strongly DISCOURAGE anyone from ever going there. read more
