First, I want to say a resounding "Thank You!" for opening this restaurant. Many people in my family are on the autoimmune protocol diet (similar to Paleo) and it is so hard to find a restaurant that suits everyone as well as provides grass-fed, gluten free and organic options. I have been three times in the past month and I'll share a little about each visit. First, I love the atmosphere inside. I went on a weekday and this place was hopping with a line and almost all seats taken. The decor is very lovely. Nicely designed and very clean. I love the touch of the fruit-infused water dispensers! No need to pay for a drink here! My first visit was a little confusing and I wasn't sure what to order. I'd looked at the website menu and decided to get a sandwich and soup. Well, the price of a veggie sandwich and soup is $11 and quite reasonable in my opinion. I was able to get gluten free bread for my caprese sandwich. Adding protein would have cost more but was unnecessary with the shrimp and zucchini soup. The soup was scrumptious! I have returned on two occasions to use the drive-thru for family dinner with my in-laws. My father-in-law can only drink liquids and the #34 smoothie with almond butter, cinnamon and coconut milk is great for someone who needs an easy, healthy, protein infusion. We have ordered individual and family dinners of beef, salmon and shrimp. The grass-fed beef brisket was A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! Thinly-sliced and very tender in BBQ sauce -- everyone eats it at our house. As was the salmon equally delicious. The wild salmon is high quality and simple - you get your sauce on the side at your choosing. I like it with the BBQ and yogurt dill. The shrimp seemed of too little quantity but tender and tasty with the cilantro sauce. The amount of shrimp in the family portion wasn't enough for four people to share depending on how hungry each person is. I will order individual portions of that in the future for the one or two people who want it. When you order family meals you receive two large container of sides with each. Be sure to get a side of tomato sauce for protein (chicken maybe) in order to put it on top of the corn with queso fresco and peppers. Delicious! The roasted red potatoes and mashed sweet potatoes were perfect. The green beans were prepared in a special way - I can't even tell what they were roasted with - mushrooms, shallots or garlic maybe - but they were really special and tasty. We have family visiting from England and they asked if we could order from Grown before they leave so they can find out what you do to the chicken! Lol. I'm anxious to try the different sides so we will be back again in a few days! Whether you are coming for health, diet or taste, you won't be disappointed. Price? Well, you get what you pay for and high-quality ingredients cost a little more. This place is a miracle resource for the many who NEED and desire healthful food. We stopped by on Wednesday evening. There was parking a few rows over and there was a line in the drive thru. The order/cashier is right at the entrance. Although the complete menu is listed above the servings areas there are menus for viewing at the cashier. You wouldn't know this first time in. The seating has a counter, tables and booths with seating outside. There is a bit of congestion at the entrance, menu viewing, ordering and water dispensers. There is free water, lemon water and melon water at the entrance. The lemon water had a hint of lemon while the water melon water was delicious. The ordering is very quick and they opened another register when it got backed up. The service was very friendly and helpful from ordering through pick up. We ordered the brisket and wild salmon with the 2 sides and sauce and was incredibly quick, fresh and delicious. Fresh, portioned and perfectly cooked that had tons of natural flavor with the minimal seasonings. There are a few beverages to purchase in addition to the free infused water but I would like to have had a selection of sparkling probiotics. Also, there are not any desserts which would be nice. This is gourmet food with natural, organic flavors that is served in literally a few minutes. What a surprise to have a healthy gourmet meal in an urban chic environment that serves this quality of food fast. Our food bill for 2 was about $34 and worth it. Given it is new, I'll expect these minor issues to work out and will be going back. read more

I had a Mediterranean turkey wrap and it was very good. Turkey was delicious and not dry, it came with soup which was also very good. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They seem to have nice breakfast menu too so I may stop by to try that next. The one thing I think they can do to improve this place is close that garage door they have and turn up the AC as Miami is just way too hot to have the open air concept they are trying to have. People do not enjoy being hot while eating. Overall, we really enjoyed our lunch here and will certainly visit again for lunch on a regular basis.
