Plus, I appreciate that every class starts on time. I personally can't get enough of the Hot Yoga with Sandi! * The amenities are plentiful with towels, hairdryers, lockers and plenty of spaces throughout with everything we need. * The service is great. The Club Manager, Ricky, excels at taking care of the members. * And, there's plenty of free parking so you're never stressed looking for a place for your car or bike. This is a fantastic facility. (I would give them a 5 for this.) I also thought the cost would be a huge motivator to get my butt into the gym more often! The reason for a 2 score: I'm an experienced yogi, 10 plus years. My yoga practice was developed in small owned yoga studios where care for asanas were taken seriously and instructors adjusted your movement, hands on, to make sure you were doing everything safely and accurately. I can't seem to adapt to the dark dance club vibe of corporate yoga studios that are, unfortunately, popping up in every mini mall corner nowadays. Club Studio yoga classes are just that: lyrics so loud that you can't hear the instructor within a dark night club vibe. For the love of God, why would you blast a depressing song about heart break while you're trying to get your students to follow your instructions and focus on their mindful asanas? I can't hear the instructor clearly because it's literally like two people talking at once: the instructor and the singer belting out his/her song! Lol! There are hundreds of amazing, energizing tribal techno instrumental beats ( no lyrics) to choose from that would elevate the classes and enhance the yoga experience. I promise most people ( the younger generation) aren't complaining because they think loud, dark yoga is the norm. Also, the support blocks are soft like kitchen sponges, giving no secure stability. In addition, I'd rather not bring my own yoga mat, but I have to because the thin spongy yoga mats they offer are so oily and slippery. The reason I'm so upset is because I stopped putting money in yoga classes outside this gym so I could then focus on the yoga classes offered with my over $200.00 monthly membership. I'm really disappointed in what they offer in their yoga classes. Not the quality I would expect for this type of pricing. I am now going to spend additional money to go back to the yoga studios that don't use dance club lighting or blast loud lyrics that take over the instructor's guidance. I get it, some people thrive on this environment, but PLEASE offer more yoga classes with a variety of teachers and styles. I'm not asking for slower and easier ( I prefer advanced classes). I'm just asking for an options that don't have a night club feel.

It was explained that a rotation workout will take place, starting from the treadmill to the floor workout, vise versa. Fair enough, I was excited to get it on! All game in! Entered the workout area and the ambiance gave a lets get it workout energy vibe. Lighting was Red! It was dark as well. The music was pumping with high intensity rave music. Well organized setting. Treadmill was top of the line. Workout weights were clean and organized Long story short. Place is Clean and hi tech. The people that work here are professionals. They are nice and courteous. This place will give you a workout! I really enjoyed it. Very motivating. Kudos to the instructor as well as the instructor that helped us perform meditation through breathing. Love this place! The…read morecoaches are incredibly knowledgeable--they explain everything clearly, help with form, and really know how to motivate without pushing you past your limits. The class structure is amazing: balanced, efficient, and never boring. The technology is amazing. It really keeps me on track. After years of CrossFit, I needed something a little easier on my body but still challenging enough to keep me engaged. Orangetheory has been the perfect fit. It's an incredible mix of aerobic conditioning and weight training, and the variety keeps me coming back. I never thought I would enjoy running on a treadmill, but somehow I actually love it here. Absolutely recommend it to anyone looking to switch things up while still getting a fantastic workout.

Anyways, from my undergrad experience, the rock climbing wall was one of the best to get people into rock climbing. Secondly, the indoor running track provides space to the overall gym giving it a less crowded environment, and the equipment provided was well utilized. You often had people hogging the weight section so there was never really a good time to use that. The yoga and pilates classes or individual courses were offered but it never seemed to be around when a majority of students were available to use it. I really liked the Robeks that was on the first floor. I'm not sure if it's there anymore, but it's nice to had a large indoor seating area to eat before you actually went into the gym to study.
