The quote was great and inside the budget we'd allowed and we got a ton more than we expected - broken boards replaced, boards that had been replaced with the wrong wood were removed and redone with the correct, matching wood, a couple of boards that didn't lay completely flat were repaired, and so on. But the finished floors were the star of the show! The floors look new. Not repaired, not improved - NEW. He assessed the damage areas and within three hours I had a quote for two different options. No need to feel like I needed to negotiate as his pricing was excellent. Ken was able to get a couple guys to my house within 2 days. We were walking on the areas within 48 hours. That included the repair, stain and polyurethane process. In addition to the excellent service, Ken was a great communicator....including some good humor. I will NOT have any floor work done by anyone else as long I am in his company service area.
