We had a few renovation quotes for our walk-in shower. Most of them wanted to completely demo it and replace the plumbing that we did not need. $$$$ We had dark grout, and it was hard to clean, with mold and a leak under the seat. We had to find a contractor for shower wall grout issue, and came to Yelp to find some options. Alex was one of the first people to respond back via Yelp, despite it being over the weekend. He offers a quote over pictures via text. His rate was one of the most competitive with availability in the near term. There was another company that I was considering, but decided to go with Northern Tile Works because Alex was very professional in communication. On the day of the appointment, Alex texted me an ETA. He came to inspect the issue and started working right away. You could tell that he is extremely detail oriented and takes pride in his hard work! He was very respectful of our property, which is always an added bonus when working with contractors. He even went beyond what we asked and helped fix a bathroom counter mold issue. We are very pleased with his work! I was a little hesitant with the booking initially because not many Yelp reviews here, but he has many Google reviews.
