Recently ordered a Carrara marble vanity top and matching threshold. Frangioso was extremely helpful in sizing the sink to the top, which needed to fit on a fairly small vanity. This shop fabricated the top and threshold to our specifications very quickly. We were able to see the slab beforehand at the warehouse in Avon, which was very convenient to Braintree. In addition, I was able to consult directly with one of the fabricators, Hugo, and pick up the finished materials. Hugo provided outstanding customer service. I'll be going back for materials on future jobs. read more

AMAZING! Love this company! If I could give them more stars I would. Like an idiot I dropped my heavy cuisinart crockpot down on my gorgeous granite. It took out a huge piece of granite off the edge of my kitchen sink! In a panic I called Frangioso Granite right away. The man I encountered on the other side knew I was frantic and calmed me down right away and even threw some humor to me. They sent out some service men right away the next day. They were going to be a few minutes late and EVEN CALLED to let me know. This place is beyond professional LOVE THEM! They arrived and went right to work! Two young men who were very nice, professional and very quick! My granite looks brand new again! They couldn't have been nicer - after a couple of phone calls and discussion on granite choice, they agreed to come out later that afternoon to template and come back in two days with the new countertop and stainless steel kitchen sink. Everything was perfect and as promised. Installers were great - fast, professional, and kept a neat work area, taking care with the newly installed hardwood floors. The team at Frangioso Granite is professional yet personable. It is a very rare combination for any business these days. We were in the process of remodeling 2 bathrooms, one in my house and one at my mom's and we originally went to Frangioso looking for a fabricator. It turns out they carry a variety of stone slabs and we ended up saving money buying our Carrara Marble directly from them. We had them create our vanity top, tub deck and shower curb for both projects. On our initial visit to the showroom we were greeted by Carol who was professional, patient and extremely kind to us. She spent time to understand our two projects and she was very knowledgeable about all the different types of stone. On our install days, the installers arrived when they said they would for both projects. (another rarity these days) They went over the details of the install very carefully with us and provided us with a strong sense of confidence. After getting the runaround for 3 weeks from another granite fabricator in Weymouth, we drove to Frangioso Granite to start the process all over again. We are so glad we did. In less than 30 minutes we we got a quote for our kitchen countertop, selected a stainless steel sink, and scheduled the template and installation appointments!! We drove right to their granite warehouse in Norwood, picked out the exact slab of granite we wanted - and left the rest to Carol and the experts at Frangioso. We had Frangioso Granite design, fabricate and install a breakfast bar in our kitchen. They were great from start to finish. Everybody involved were totally professional and very personable. We love the breakfast bar and would recommend them to everybody! We have floating brackets supporting the granite, to install them they had to cut into the existing wall. We were having a hard time matching the paint they went to the paint store with a small pice of the painted sheetrock and had the paint match perfectly and they painted the wall for us!!!! Love the attitude and customer service Called them when I was desperate for help, The Granite wasn't fixed right in my kitchen by the original supplier, Figured that out when I was trying to change the cooking range. while the old one was gone, the new one wouldn't go in. Called Frangioso on a Friday afternoon to cut granite on the same day. All other companies in area refused to do it, this company understood my emergency, squeezed in my work between 2 scheduled job and got back on feet. FRANGIOSO'S TO THE RESCUE. THEY SAVED US THOUSANDS!!! We were working with a fabricator who installed new granite kitchen counters and an island and we had two major problems which they refused to rectify. DAY OF INSTALLATION: Problem #1. We discovered that the sink that was installed was tiny and we were told that we chose it. Their quote included a "free" sink that we chose from their glossy brochure. Problem was that the brochure listed one dimension. Anyone would assume that the dimension listed was the bowl size which we compared to our existing sink which was the same dimension. Come to find out, the one and only dimension that was listed was actually the "flange" outside dimension which sits under the sink. The fabricator never pointed this out to us.. The brochure was a Chinese manufacturer. American made sink manufacturers always list two dimensions: inside dimension (the bowl size) and outside dimension. Even though the faucet hole had not been cut yet, the fabricator told us that that was the largest sink that would fit in a 30" base cabinet after I suggested that a larger hole be cut out for a larger sink. Because I couldn't live with a very small kitchen sink, the L - shape counter would have to be done again. This meant picking out new granite that would hopefully match the island, fabricating it and costing us thousands of dollars. Problem #2. They tried to carry the granite for the island up 6 flights but couldn't. They told us that because the island was too big. It would have to be brought back to their shop and cut in half in order to get it up to the sixth floor. That would mean we would have a seam in the island. We immediately went to Frangioso's and told them about our dilemma. Carol, Beth, Shannon and Eric were all so genuinely concerned and sympathetic to our problem. First of all, they told us that having a seam in the island was unacceptable especially since they accepted the job knowing the weight and size of the island and that they also came twice to look at the stairwell and made templates. Taking their advice, we told the original fabricator that they would have to bear the expense of having the island hoisted up with a crane and into the sixth floor. Eric, the owner at Frangioso's immediately came to our condo to assess the sink problem. He gave us great news. Installing a large sink would be no problem. His team cut a larger hole and installed a larger sink. They did a spectacular job!!! The entire team at Frangioso's is professional, accommodating and knowledgeable.
