It's pretty clean, so I decide to order an 8-inch grinder(z) sandwich combo with chips and a drink for 5.99. It didn't take long, I think I came in at an off time. I have to applaud the staff for being so friendly and helpful. Now the food. I had to stop by Lowe's and decided to eat it in the parking lot while it was still hot. The sandwich is quite a bit of food and comes with all kinds of toppings lettuce, mushroom, cheese, and peppers are what I remember at the moment. The bread is pretty crispy, a bit more well-done than I'd like but it's just a preference and still excellent. Now I have another option around the area. read more

This place is horrible. They drop a handful of menus off at our job an say they deliver in our area. So my co-workers an myself placed a delivery order at 11:40 for a 1 o'clock delivery. Delivery guy shows up at 1:05 with half the order. We asked for extra ketchup an please make sure we have forks knives.. Needless to say none of that was available either. Was very dissatisfied with the service all the way around. No way or form did they offer to make it right an brought the remainder of or order cold at 1:45 after our 30 minute lunch was over. Horrible customer service! First of all my mother ordered a pizza with light cheese. The pizza had tons of cheese on it and no sauce. We had a large with 10 slices and they gave us 9! When my mom express her dissatisfaction the employees and the owner are far most the most sarcastic people I ever heard dealing with customer service. What's even worst is that the owner himself told my mother "...we don't want customers like you." And hung up in her face. $5.30 for the 8 inch grinder is a no brainer. Not to mention they have 40 different types. I'm becoming an addict, and I'm so glad I have so many different ones to try out. I saw the low reviews here but decided to give it a try anyways. It was not good. My stomach is in knots trying to digest it. The "grinder" was two slices of pizza dough slapped between 4 pepperonis and a slices of ham with this chunky spaghetti like pizza sauce, and a handful of diced onions. Yuck. read more

This place has went downhill. At one time we enjoyed their grinders. Recently we ordered wing dings with ranch dressing, a 2 liter of Vernors, and a salad with tuna. The wing dings were over fried to the point the crust was hard. The ranch dressing was extreamly watered down. The tuna salad looked great. However the toppings were hiding old lettuce. Every piece of lettuce was a bit browned with age. The Vernors pop was warm because the driver got very lost. I feel like we wasted $24. Never again! read more

Our office orders from here. Some things are ok, some are not so good. Mexican sub is fake taco meat, it's kinda like the little balls of Italian sausage you would get on a pizza. Try keeping them on the bread. It is not ground beef made with taco seasoning. Boneless wings are the frozen kind you deep fry, and then cover in sauce. At times, some of them have been hard as a rock. The consistent good thing is the bread the grinderz are made on, but the contents of the sandwiches are not so good. read more
