I also ordered the fried corn. The crew pack comes with fries, but upgraded to the Cajun fries. It also comes with veggie sticks, whatever that is. I also got the ranch, which is made in house for defy. The order totaled $38.88. The woman that took my order said it would take about 20 to 30 minutes for the order to be ready. The cajun fries are OK. Decent Cajun seasoning. They're rather soggy and not crispy at all. They are at least hand cut fries, as they're all different sizes and thicknesses too. The veggie sticks are carrots and celery. The mango habanero is probably the better of the flavors to me. The garlic Parmesan was just OK. Nothing special. The atomic flavor is not my favorite. I've been coming here for YEARS and out of nowhere the quality has really declined. Last weekend I waited over an hour because the receipt paper ran out and only printed half of my order. I decided to let it slide because things happen. This weekend however, after a 45 minute wait, the food was cold and my wings didn't have any sauce. You can see in the pictures how dry the wings are. I was lured into my first time eating at a wingstop because of a promotion. I ordered online and was told my order would be between 5:57 and 6:02. I walked in the front doors at 5:55 in case they were running ahead of schedule, which can be the case sometimes and I didn't want my food to get cold. I noticed the entire back of the store did not seem to be lit, chairs and tables strewn about, with straw wrappers and various containers all over the counters and tables. After waiting a few minutes to be greeted by a young employee who seemed to be whispering for some reason, I was told my order would be ready in a couple of minutes. Boy was that wrong. 6:02 quickly passed, and by the time it was 6:10, I went up to the front and waited for a few minutes for the cashier to make her way to the front again so I could ask for my drink. She obliged and I again confirmed that they did have my order and I was at the right location, again being told it would only be a couple minutes. 6:20 rolls around and customers, some not yet greeted, had begun piling up. Although I don't mind waiting a little bit, I was nervous how long it could possibly take to fry up some chicken strips and fries, considering I placed my order at 5:41. By the time 6:30 rolls around, the young employee finally calls my name and tosses me my bag. Just before she could scurry away to who knows where, I got her attention so I could speak with a manager. The "manager" walks up to me and says "what." "Hey, I was just wondering if there was anything you could do for me because I've been waiting in your lobby for over a half hour." He looks me dead in the eyes, and says, "Everyone else is waiting too." Befuddled, I agree since that is a factual statement, but has nothing to do with my current concern. He continues, "We only have 3 people here obviously its going to take some time." Unfortunately, he just barely miscounted that one, in clear view were 4 employees so I couldn't give him points for another unrelated factual statement, but I wasn't surprised by that. Since I could tell he was not interested in any sort of customer service I replied, "Mhm certainly looks that way, so can I just get my receipt please?" "No." "So you're refusing to give me the receipt that you are holding in your hand for the food that I just paid for?" "Yes." Turns out that was a very calculated move on his end, since I cannot submit the customer survey wingstop sent me in MY email for MY order without PROOF of the receipt. Very interesting. I left the store around 6:40, an hour after placing my order, with an unfortunate opinion of the restaurant without ever having eaten their food. I got the wingstop app and made my order on there. Very quick and easy to place an order. When i got there to pick up my order, i stood there for a good 15 secs while the workers were joking and goofing around and didnt pay attention to me at all. A nice greeting would've been nice instead of not taking their job seriously. I ordered the atomic wings, louisiana rub and mango habenero. The wings itself were delish. Super juicy, good sizes on the wings and reasonable price. I wanted to try the atomic to compare to the blazin wings from bdubs. It was very spicy and had a strong kick to it. Might be even hotter than blazin imo. The louisiana rub had to be my fav out of the 3. Very tasty and flavorful. I always get mango habenero from bdubs but this one didnt compare to it. It wasnt as good and hot as bdub's. The fries were pretty good. It had some sweetness to it. Okay place to get a quick dose of chicken wings. I was recently introduced to this place after moving close by. I have so far had a good experience every time I have ordered from here. The online ordering system is easy to use and the employees inside the store are friendly and efficient. my go to sauce for wings is mild. I generally like a more medium heat sauce, but they don't have an exact medium heat flavor. Overall the boneless and bone in wings are pretty good. This review is way long overdue. I'm not one to write reviews often but this place deserves it. I was one of the first patrons of this location when it opened years ago. I was familiar with Wingstop from Texas when I lived there so was super excited when I found out that it was going to be available in Michigan. Love their wings. I don't like wings that are flooded in sauce and prefer dry rub wings so this place is definitely the place to go to. My favorite is garlic parmesan and lemon pepper is a close second. This location is easily the best of the handful in Michigan. The wait is short and every time I phone in an order, they let me know that it will be ready in 14 minutes. All of the staff is very nice/friendly, the location is clean, and the bathrooms are also well maintained. The location in Southfield was pretty gross with rude/careless staff, so I would go out of my way to avoid that location and to go to Warren because they always treat me right. Not only is the food good here, but they are well deserving of your business. Shout out to Steve and staff! What better day to check out a new wing place than Superbowl Sunday? We headed over to try some eats in store and then grab some to bring to our party. Basic menu is wings, boneless wings, tenders or chicken sandwiches. They have like 10 different sauces or the option to stay plain. Sides include seasoned fries(which were legitimately good!), coleslaw, baked beans etc. They also have yeast rolls reminiscent of steakhouse chains you may be familiar with. I thought most everything tasted decent... though I would be remiss not to point out that the wings were smaller than I thought they'd be. We were told it would take 9-11 minutes depending on what we ordered, and they stayed true to that estimate. Ambience being akin to a Jimmy Johns serving wings was a good description - very true.
