There isn't someone refilling drinks or taking your empty plates. Food is served on disposable plates and containers. And you dispose of your trash in the trash can yourself near the door. Super similar to a chicken hani at National Coney Island (breaded chicken, cheese, lettuce, sauce, tomato). They can get pricey. I think they start at $15 but you can probably get 2 meals out of one stack.
