While in the area, my youngest and I went to Grind and Go Cafe. We didn't realize we pulled in rigggght before they closed on a Saturday at 1:58pm. You wouldn't know it though. They have a parking lot with a few spots in the front of their business. Inside was so beautifully decorated. They were so friendly and kind. They did not rush us. My daughter appreciated the offerings in the case. She picked a chocolate chip cookie which was as big as her head. It was more crispy but soft on the inside. I ordered a hot golden velvet toffee latte. It came with the cutest and tasty mini sticky toffee muffin. Truly delicious. The latte was also perfectly sweet and tasty. The seating inside was so cute. She posted up right next to the tree. We're so glad we stopped in! Thanks for the sweet treats!

I love this place. It is always my go to when visiting from school. Although it is pricey, they have one of a kind beverages. My only wish is that they offered their specialty drinks in smaller sizes as they are only served in 24oz!

For a $9 coffee, it as just ok. I went and tried a blueberry specialty one, and their fluffy one. I feel like there's something gritty in the coffee, almost the consistency of a protein or slim fast. I didn't like it. Both times I didn't finish my coffee. The last time I went and got the fluffy seagull one the ice was all melted by the time I got to my car. So I tried to drink a warm iced coffee, not good. I tried going a couple times because they're new and I figured support local, but I won't be back unfortunately. The inside is cute if you are meeting friends or want to sit and drink there.

They have such creative coffee and food choices, and the menu changes with the seasons. It's usually busy when I go, but the staff never seems overwhelmed and are very friendly.

stopped here on the way to cider Hill Farm. I got the maple latte and my fiancé got a pumpkin pie cold brew. My maple latte was just okay. I really couldn't taste the maple at all so that was kind of disappointing and my fiancé's pumpkin pie cold brew was disgusting. The pumpkin pie just was like a mash purée flavor so it was just very offputting. The café itself is very cute though, so the ambience is great, but I wouldn't say the drinks or anything special.

This place is an adorable coffee shop with delicious house baked goods and elevated coffees and amazing service! When I first entered the building, grind and go had an instant cozy and warm setting. I had a blueberry muffin and the toasty seagull wich both were amazing! Will be back again!

This was my first time here, having breakfast with my special needs brother who really likes to eat, and especially breakfast. He ordered the Buzz Special with eggs, bacon, sausage, a choice of generous sides and two dinner plate sized pancakes which he shared with me. I ordered the Irish Benedict with homemade corned beef hash. It was amongst the best I've ever had..and I've had my share of hash and hollandaise sauce. The side of homemade baked beans was generous and delicious, with cooked onions, pieces of bacon, and just the right mix of salty and sweet. In hindsight I should've gotten an order of those to go! The blueberry pancakes were moist and fluffy, not overflowing with blueberries but enough to satisfy. Lastly, the coffee here is excellent. Unlike many good breakfast places whose weak and watered down coffee takes away from the food, their brew was the real deal. Four thumbs up from us! God willing, we will definitely be back.

From eggs Benedict to waffles and French toast to omelets. We went recently and got pancakes and one of their breakfast bowls (forgive me I can't remember the name of it). I got the bowl which was so filling. I couldn't finish it unfortunately... but for what you pay, you get an insane amount of food. The cheese in it was gooey, the chipotle aioli was perfectly balanced, and the avocado added something light and fresh. I also of course love the eggs Benedict (not pictured). And the home fries are definitely the best in the sea coast area. Crispy and seasoned! My boyfriend thought his pancakes were grainy, but personally I loved them. Everytime we go here, the service is quick and friendly. The ambiance is cozy! And we are never disappointed.

Was delightfully greeted by Madelyn and Melissa my bartenders. Was served and ate well like always!!! Power went out a few times and was given the option to leave but I decided to stay. After the fourth time I decided to cash out to make sure the place I enjoy didn't get shafted like the individuals who ran out when it went off. Upon paying for my meal and drinks I asked for the military like I always do and was rudely interacted with by the floor manger saying we don't do military I said well yes you do I come here almost daily. She snarled and said well WE did enough for you today, (you mean you served me my breakfast and my three drinks?) and we don't do that. I then showed her that you do have a military discount and she mumbled something under her breath rudely and finally applied the discount. Mind you the bartender apologized, though not her fault. This manager is absolutely rude. This would be the second time. First time I actually thought they didn't have one until the second time I came in and was told there is one and they said this manager is just lazy and rude. The entire time I was here she was sitting down laughing with friends leaving her staff with no help.... throughly enjoy this place, but man she doesn't belong and needs an attitude adjustment. But anyways eat here! Foods great and the Bartenders are sociable. P.S - It would have been a 5 star except for Lizzie...... see you all tomorrow

Both were fabulous. We also had a latte with soy milk but there were lots of different milk options to choose from. Parking is street parking or one of the nearby lots which is what we chose. It was pretty busy even in January so I'd be prepared to give a few minutes over to parking but it's worth it. You can order at the counter or through a kiosk. We tried the kiosk but oddly it doesn't seem set up to give you a receipt so I would order at the counter next time. The staff were very nice about following up to get me my receipt but I think they just need to configure the system a bit more. Whether you order at the kiosk or the counter you take a number and the staff will bring you your food. Everyone was friendly and helpful and the dining area spacious and comfortable. There are quite a lot of good things to choose from on the menu so it will probably be returning next time we're in Newburyport to try and test out a few other items.
