This place is a joke. The customer service at Heavenly Donuts was some of the worst I've ever experienced--rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. The staff acted like I was a nuisance just for walking in. No smile, no greeting, just pure attitude. And the food? Straight-up trash. The donuts were stale and dry like they'd been sitting out for days, and the coffee tasted like burnt water. Stopped by to grab some donuts and coffee on my way to do some sales calls. It is located in a gas station as a separate operation. The restroom was clean. So were the facilities. The people were very quick and friendly. The donuts were good too. The double chocolate was very thick, so you definitely get your money's worth. They weren't as oily tasting as some of the chain and warehouse store donuts are, which is a huge plus. Will definitely return when I'm back here. read more

The problem is not the pastry and not the employees , the problem is I am only able to give 5 stars. The fresh pastry and breakfast delights are a solid 7.6, stars however the Employees go above and Way beyond to start your day with hot coffee prepared exactly how you want, a smile and terrific attitude. I would give them a solid 9.75 stars. This place does not know how to make a coffee. Three days in a row I got and ice coffee that had zero ice in it five minutes after I got it. The coffee is different every day and the girls making food wear gloves and touch their face it's gross. And something needs to be done.
