    Beach Cheese w/ Guava Jelly
    Tyler S.

Beyond worth the 30+ minute drive to Cogdons. Been wanting to obtain this food for a long time now and it definitely didn't disappoint! Had to go with the Picanha Steak after many friends have said that's the go to on the menu. Longer wait than most food trucks, but they cook everything FRESH TO ORDER! You need to get a bite of everything at once, including the Pao de Queijo cheese roll. Absolute explosion of flavor. These people clearly care about what they're serving and you can taste the effort. The guava jelly on the grilled cheese (beach cheese) is one of the best flavor combos I've ever tried. Can't wait to try more things on the menu. Doesn't hurt that they're cooking on one of the coolest food trailers I've ever seen.

The trend to use local products and essentially cut corners in quality really let my family down. We drove 52 miles to have a taste of home only to find an inferior and over priced product. No Yuca? The use of what seemed like ritz crackers in lieu of actual Farofa... Unfortunately there are no places in Maine to enjoy Brazilian food and Churrasco. Your closest bet is Nashua New Hampshire. This truck fell far from its intended mark, luckily most in the area know not what they are missing...

The Grilling Brazilian is a great addition to the Bangor food truck scene. Outdoor seating on picnic tables. Had the beer and bacon wrapped chicken. The price a little more than what I would like to be paying for lunch ($14) but the meal came with a lot of sides. Not a lot of meat but what you do get is amazing. Would definitely come back.

Let's begin with ambiance--there are outside tables charmingly arranged beneath stylish arbors--and the interior is equally warm and stylishly arranged.. concrete floors, wooden tables of various sizes, chandeliers, brick walls, mixed with rustic white washed wooden signs. The menu is extensive .. there are so many choices it was tough deciding.. The proprietary sauces fantastic... my favorite.. the Carolina sauce..but in addition to perfect barbecue staples, let's also mention the hush puppies and biscuits to die for.. and the fresh cut crinkle potatoes are sprinkled with out of this world seasoning. Service is very friendly and helpful.. Great cocktails added the right tone. I cannot wait to go back!

Delicious smoked wings, falling-off-the bone ribs and pork belly burnt ends are among my favorites. The pulled pork sandwich has a yummy tang with the slight kick. The seasoned crinkle cut fries stand no chance against me. Sides/appetizers are generously portioned and can easily be shared. Nicely curated beer menu to pair along with your hefty meal. One kiosk to order food, but it goes quickly and they text you when your order is ready. Lots of open seating available and in the cooler months, you can sit outside and enjoy the firepits. Very fun spot to do trivia on Wednesday nights!

This weekend I took my best friend and it was perfect, even in the middle of winter. The deck is still open with plenty of space heaters and even heated seat cushions. We actually got so warm we had to peel off layers, which feels like a small miracle in Maine. The two of us love a marg & taco outing, and make a point to scope out the best of the best. We started with chips and salsa and some queso, which were the perfect kickoff. Then we ordered the street corn succotash, my absolute favorite. It's packed with flavor and topped with the most delicious, salty cotija cheese that pulls everything together. I crave that dish. We split the smoked brisket tacos and the smoked pork carnitas tacos, and both were outstanding. The meat was smoky and tender, the flavors were bold without being overdone, and every bite delivered. And the margaritas? Excellent and refreshing. Exactly what you want alongside that food. On top of all that, the staff is consistently wonderful. Every single time we've gone, our waitstaff has been charming, attentive, and genuinely helpful with recommendations. They strike that perfect balance of checking in without hovering, and they make you feel welcome from start to finish. Terlingua never disappoints. Great atmosphere, incredible food, thoughtful touches that keep you cozy even in winter, and a team that clearly cares about the experience.

Signage from road is clear and unobstructed with two entrances to choose from, one on Stevens Ave and the other mid building from parking area. Lots of natural light inside with art deco lettering on the walls spelling out "Neighborhood" and "Noble". Plenty of seating options at noontime with an empty bar. Decided that's where we wanted to be. Bartender was friendly and answered all of our questions with a smile on her face and enthusiasm in her voice. At first we were going to go with sharing a pizza then we read the sandwich menu and heard the special and promptly changed our minds. I had the Brisket sandwich on the menu and my GF had the chicken sandwich special with a lemon flavor combination with spices. Tried a THC drink and found ourselves giggling before our food arrived. The pickled vegetables that accompany the sandwiches were yummy as was the corn bread we shared. The brisket was perfect not dry at all and not super fatty. Chicken sandwich was very good, the crispy coating did not diminish with the sauce on the sandwich nor when additional BBQ sauce was added. They offer two types of BBQ sauce at every table and worth trying as they are in store made. Cole slaw was the only thing to fall short as it lacked any flavor. Crunchy but nothing to write home about. Marvelous experience and will be back with my husband in the near future. Great addition to the community.

We were really excited to try this spot out and chow down on a bunch of meat. We came in at 5pm and waited to be seated. The host said table for 4? I said yes. I was caught off guard since I've never been to a restaurant that turned people away. I'm assuming kids/babies aren't welcomed here? There were plenty of large tables available in the front where the host stand was. I could count 4 tables on my way in, 1 or 2 of them larger tables. We were open to the grill tops or regular tables but he didn't ask us. I guess if you have kids, save the hassle and dine elsewhere. We ended up at Highrollers for the evening.

It doesn't matter what I order off of their menu, it never disappoints. This time around I tried the buffalo chicken dip as a starter. There was a good ratio of chips to dip and it brought a little more heat then the traditional sauce. For my meal, I got the chicken BLT wrap. This had some of their famous tenders inside. You got to pick if you wanted them coated and in what. This really hit the spot. If you know anything about their tenders, it's that you only need a couple to fill you up. They don't skimp on the size! Smoked makes the only cornbread muffin that I will even think about eating, so of course I had to get one of those too. If it wasn't weird to eat the accompanying butter by the spoonful, I would. The sweet cinnamon blend is amazing! Food wise, Smoked is a 5 star all day. I gave it a four this time around because the waitress completely forgot to put one of my friend's orders in. Besides the bartender, it seemed she was the only one on the floor. Fairly close to the classic tangy Buffalo, with some modifications to make it just different enough. A little salty, but it works. Exteriors more firm than crispy. Interiors ranged from slightly moist to full-on juicy, depending on the piece. Blue cheese was mild and creamy. No chunks. Overall, good.
