I choose to stand outside and got to listen to the fries hit the sizzling HOT oil. What a great sound.. the fries were delicious crunchy on the outside and so hot and tasty. These fries are good size bit steak fries not shoe sting but a great mix of both. I am not a ketchup fan so they offered me a spicy mayo for dipping, which just enhanced the flavor and deliciousness.

But, never one to shy away from trying new food, I threw my hat in the ring, and ended up here on a sunny Saturday morning. And oh my sweet baby Jesus am I glad I did. The sandwich, a super with pickles and horseradish (murdered of course, how could I not?) was divine. The child in me loved the messiness of it, the adult in me loved the complexity of it. And the roast beef hater in me sat the f**k down in the back, and began to question the foundation of his existence. This was one the BEST SANDWICHES I have EVER had. The roll, heavily buttered and crisped to perfection truly helped make this sandwich perfect. They could have given me just the roll and I would have reviewed 5*. But the beef was tender, juicy, and delicious, and paired with the sauce, extra of course, I couldn't wait for the next bite each time I swallowed. The pickles and the horseradish simply added to the sandwich, but I am 100% sure it would have been equally magical without them. I sat there on my picnic table bench and wondered if I truly didn't like roast beef, or if I had just never had good roast beef. And this place, is amazing roast beef. For a roast beef sandwich to blow my mind, you know it HAS to be good (Perfect more like). I also tried the fries, and they are both 35 year old man, and 4 year old girl approved! The prices are amazing for what you receive. And the portions are huge. The people working in the truck truly seem passionate about what they are doing, and they are so kind. Their truck is quite simple with a gray paint job with their logo as well and text saying "Your Mom's Favorite Meat". They had a good sized menu on this particular day including brisket banh mi, brisket sandwich, pulled pork sandwich, tacos, mac n cheese, and burnt ends as some options. My wife got a Brisket Sandwich while I got a Pulled Pork Sando. The speed at which our orders and everyone else's came out were impressive. Exactly what you would want from a food truck. I will say my only negative would be the prices seemed a little high. Despite that I do know it being BBQ and a long process to make the meats a high price can be expected. So just be aware of the prices. Both sandwiches were very tasty and both pulled pork and brisket were tender and well made. I do think both sandwiches could have had a little more sauce to them as minor adjustments. Definitely a food truck worth checking out if you want some BBQ.

He is the nicest person we have ever met!…read more We tried his famous fried rice (yum), the egg rolls (excellent) and the prime rib korean BBQ sliders (amazing). He took the time to talk with us and made me an origomi heart with flower petals and a diamond. My husband has cancer so every day is a struggle. He left there with a smile and a new friend. Barry Larry is saving for a house so he can get married. Please support his business. His entire staff and the food is amazing!

Not only did I see a grilled chicken sandwich, but I saw one with onion rings even though I think it said onion straw on it but that can all be forgiven. I got the chicken sandwich. I expected to like it but I loved it and wanted another which I resisted temptation. The chicken is seasoned so well And the onion ring on it is the perfect crisp with the barbecue sauce on the side for me because I don't like to get too messy but it was delicious and I would definitely be back.
