I ordered two and, while my partner in crime absolutely LOVED his, I wasn't really a fan. The sandwich comes on a baguette and is filled with a slab of coconut curry marinated tofu, pickled veg (like carrots and radishes), spicy vegan mayo, and cilantro. Unfortunately, my bread was pretty burned - as such, that black toast char was the dominating flavor (and smell). It was also the dominating ingredient as the slab of tofu was much smaller than I was expecting. In the end, I tossed the bread and ate just the tofu and veggies (which, again, I wish there had been more of, and much less of the stems of cilantro). Loved the variety of spices that came from the individual components of the jalapenos, the curry, and the spread though! While I was disappointed in the sandwich I got (especially at $11 when compared to sandwiches of similar prices from other food trucks), I still think they're great. The person taking my order was super friendly, the person making the food was engaging, and their passion to use as much fresh, local ingredients as possible is impressive and appreciated. Also the presentation of their food is stunning, and proves that restaurant quality food can come out of a mobile kitchen. While they might not be my first choice, I definitely appreciate what they're creating and the flavor profiles they're exploring!

I got a Pork Belly Bahn Mi and a fry. When I dropped $17 for lunch I THOUGHT that was a lot until they handed me two large boats full of food that I couldn't finish! The sandwich was fresh and juicy. The fries were perfectly crisp and seasoned. I was able to share the fries with 2 other coworkers! It's not often that I walk away from a food truck thinking portion sizes align with both the quality and the pricing, but this one nails it. The menu isn't large, but that's because they choose to perfect what they are slinging, putting quality over quantity. Definitely give this place a try... and split the fries!

We were a little concerned they'd be busy from how full the parking lot was but once inside we got sat right away. It's not your typical old school diner vibes here it's more of a coastal vacation/cottage feel. Now that does not mean you miss out on all aspects of a diner. I overheard many regulars chatting with staff and saw the servers working hard keeping people's coffee cups full. Fast paced with a friendly smile so no complaints service wise. I went with their current burrito special which was the Country Burrito that came with peppers, onion, bacon, homefries and cheese. The burrito also had a side of homefries too, which i think with the special could have skipped on that since the burrito had them inside. My wife got the Irish Burrito which basically had a corned beef scramble in burrito form. Both tasted very good, my wife did wish the corned beef pieces were bigger though. Although we enjoyed them I think we would try different things next visit. The prices were very reasonable I think considering how expensive everything is. A welcoming diner with friendly and quick service with tasty burritos. If you are in search of a breakfast spot give them a try. They are also a bagel shop next door in a different sectioned area.

Has to be one of the worst sandwiches I've ever tried to eat. I took one bite and there was absolutely no way I was going to take another bite and so I just threw the whole thing away. I was going to drive back and give it right back to them without asking for my money back and just saying here you keep this and I was just a little too far away to be able to do that but I certainly would have. This is not a place I will ever come back to. I know a lot of people go there the place was busy the place was packed but my experience was absolutely Dreadful and I am not going to waste my money like that again! There's nothing worse than spending good money on horrible food! I only have a certain amount of time for a lunch break and I wasted it so now I got to go hungry for the next few hours. Poor me. I cannot get over how delicious and rare and perfectly cooked the roast beef is and yes still soft enough that you can bite through the whole sandwich and you're not tearing at me And ending up with a mess all over your face. However with all of the saucy goodness this is a sandwich that requires many napkins and probably hand wash immediately after, I would recommend eating it right away versus trying to save this one for later. The first sandwich I got was their standard three-way, and the second time I went I added the horseradish. Both were delicious and I think what sends these over the top is the onion bun. So so good

But, never one to shy away from trying new food, I threw my hat in the ring, and ended up here on a sunny Saturday morning. And oh my sweet baby Jesus am I glad I did. The sandwich, a super with pickles and horseradish (murdered of course, how could I not?) was divine. The child in me loved the messiness of it, the adult in me loved the complexity of it. And the roast beef hater in me sat the f**k down in the back, and began to question the foundation of his existence. This was one the BEST SANDWICHES I have EVER had. The roll, heavily buttered and crisped to perfection truly helped make this sandwich perfect. They could have given me just the roll and I would have reviewed 5*. But the beef was tender, juicy, and delicious, and paired with the sauce, extra of course, I couldn't wait for the next bite each time I swallowed. The pickles and the horseradish simply added to the sandwich, but I am 100% sure it would have been equally magical without them. I sat there on my picnic table bench and wondered if I truly didn't like roast beef, or if I had just never had good roast beef. And this place, is amazing roast beef. For a roast beef sandwich to blow my mind, you know it HAS to be good (Perfect more like). I also tried the fries, and they are both 35 year old man, and 4 year old girl approved! The prices are amazing for what you receive. And the portions are huge. The people working in the truck truly seem passionate about what they are doing, and they are so kind. We will definitely be back. I can't wait honestly! (Also, sorry to the owner! I promised to write this last night after apple picking, but I totally got distracted decorating for halloween!)
