The food was not good! There was a pasta bar....the pasta was over cooked and mushy! The food came out cold and everything was tasteless. The table looked like a child set it up. The pie was gross!!! We went to one of the farm to table dinners and Do not waste your money. It was my birthday dinner and was so disorganized, everybody was leaving plates of food cause it was inedible and it took forever. You eat family style which isnt my fave but in particular really isnt my fave if youre starving and running on a few 2oz shots of cider as there is no beer, wine, full pours of anything or even water? We sat at the end of the table and when the main entree (chicken) came out it was put in the middle so by the time it got to us we got about 2 bites of gristly thigh- and then the "chef" had the audacity to ask if we were full?! It was pretty clear that there was no edible chicken or pureed vegetables by the time it got down to us so when they cleared plates that didnt have food it should have gone without saying. We had to go home and order a pizza, mainly cause this took so long everything was closed. For the price point you could actually eat food you wanted almost anywhere else in Maine. I didnt feel comfortable complaining as it is generally not necessary in fine dining establishments and would have been rude in such a setting, particularly as we were sat next to a business associate of the chef. We attended Amy's amazing "Secret Table" dinners in 2023 and in 2024 and both were absolutely fantastic. If you're lucky enough to get a seat at this table, well, you're pretty darn lucky! We learned a lot at each dinner - one year it was about the history of Fort Scammel in Casco Bay and the next year it was about heritage apple cider making. For each dinner the menu was creative, the setting was gorgeous, the staff was enthusiastic and fun and the food was, of course, delicious. In fact, the food was so good that we've already asked Amy and her team if they'll cater a special event in August 2025. We booked way in advance because we knew how hard she and her team work to make every event super special. Absolutely recommend working with this lovely group! read more

Was given the gift of a "secret supper" which was an event where you attend a private evening at a private location with others and enjoy a farm to table prix fixe menu. Amy was very knowledgeable about all the ingredients and shared so much of what she has learned in her years of being a chef. I also must at her choice in food pairings was creative and original. The evening, private venue and meal were so lovely. I highly recommend this as what I would call experiential dining as opposed to the typical dinner at a restaurant. read more

From start to finish, the process was fantastic & SUPER easy & delicious. Dianna helped us plan the perfect menu and offered a lot of variety. She was responsive and very friendly. We were able to change the menu many times and they were patient while we coordinated specific needs for our group. Amy's food was amazing and presentation was gorgeous! We hired 2gether private chefs for our wedding of 86 people on 7/6/19. I really cannot say enough positive things about Amy, Eva, Jen and the rest of the 2gether team. Set aside the amazing food - their service and professionalism is top notch. They made the entire process seamless, from curating the menu to building out the timeline of events to even helping coordinate decorations. Instead of providing us a standard menu, they sat down with us and worked on the menu top to bottom based on "food memories" and our favorite flavors. It was so special to have an event loaded with delicious food that was either based on a memory (empanadas!) or one of our favorite dishes. It's been a week since our wedding and our friends & family are still raving about how good everything was. Amy was everything we hoped for. She was efficient and focused while blending in and chatting easily with 11 ladies on a bachelorette weekend celebration. My daughter gave her some requested direction for the menu, Amy surpassed our expectations on all courses. Everything my daughter asked for was delivered with a delightful twist. Amy had one assistant who was as professional as she, they had all courses served at the time agreed and their personalities added to the celebration! Amy spent the evening with us to help celebrate a family birthday. She was a fantastic addition to the fun! All the food she prepared was outstanding, my favorite was the salmon, but at each course she also offered just enough detail about how she was preparing the food, and even had us participate using chef techniques and tricks. She also engaged everyone at the party through food and memories of great dining experiences. It was a pleasure to work with the team in preparing the menu and details prior to our trip. The chef wore a mask the entire time and made us feel totally safe. We hired Chef Amy to help us pull off a surprise birthday dinner for my parents. It was fun working with her on the menu, and she was super flexible. We had a rental house and it wasn't as well stocked as a regular kitchen, but she brought what she needed to prepare an amazing meal! Everything she made was outstanding, and it was so relaxing to enjoy wine on the deck while she prepared appetizers and dinner. If you have never hired a private chef you have to try it! We had Amy (owner) come to our home earlier last year and it was so much fun we decided to give the experience as a gift for some friends and family. What a fun night! A few weeks before the event, Amy reached out to us to select the menu. She provided expert advice and was very quick to respond with any questions or concerns we had. We settled on the menu (a Mediterranean theme) and prepared for the big night! Amy was able to even help us with some dietary restrictions of some of our guests! The night arrived and Amy and Angela arrived promptly with all their gear and set up shop in our kitchen. It was just a few minutes before our whole house smelled of the goodness that we were about to experience. Amy shared with us how she was preparing the food as well as her inspiration for the each of the dishes.
