I'm not a big cheese person but this was really good. Both our meals were great. Nice quiet little place look for it.

This place was a gem! We ventured past it while walking to George St. Space - small, quaint, great artwork Ambiance - great throwback music, reminds me of a small neighborhood bar in Paris, just darker inside. Service - super friendly, we dined at 7:30 pm and service was great Food - we started with the The Warm Goat Cheese Salad...what a joy! The greens were super fresh, the 2 balls of goat cheese were perfectly cooked (soft on the inside and lightly breaded and crunchy on the outside), the dressing was a nice balsamic vinaigrette with hints of fresh herbs! The Night in Amsterdam Sandwich and The Loaded Steak Melt were YUMMY! Nice blend of cheeses, shaved prime Rib, caramelized onions, perfectly toasted bread..the side sauces were a nice touch. We plan on returning when we visit St. Augustine's again for sure! read more

Tasty food, friendly to go service, I prefer newer, cleaner, brighter restaurants. I like the upbeat vibe from staff.

Gave two stars because the food was pretty good. Service and ambiance was definitely a 0/10. The line to order at the register did not even move. We waited forever in a line that was no more than 2 people. There was also barely any seating. To top it all off, the AC unit was dripping on all the customers as it ran through the tiny restaurant. Overall, you can get a pretty good grilled cheese here, but I wouldn't go out of your way for it. read more

This place is so understaffed and unprofessional. When we ordered the woman skipped past the tip page, then loudly said "oh I skipped the tip page- will you?" We didn't have cash to tip (and it's a walk up counter) so we sat down. We ordered at 12:09 and as of 1:30, we still haven't gotten our food, despite asking and seeing multiple parties who ordered after us be served. After asking again and being promised we were next, 3 more tables were served. They never apologized, or explained that it would be a long wait even when we ordered. One of the 3 employees was constantly talking on his cell phone and walking outside to talk on the phone. The food looks good but it's just insane that it takes well over an hour and a half to get 2 grilled cheeses. Especially for the cost. I can only assume that she "lost" our order after we couldn't tip. read more

Excellent service and the servings are really big you'll get your money's worth. Would definitely go back and recommend it

I loved Grilled Cheese Gallery! They have such a unique selection or sandwiches that also include gluten free and vegan options! I got the Mac Daddy, which was stuffed with mac and cheese and so good! I also got the spicy chicken sandwich, which had such flavorful chicken! The grilled cheese sandwiches were large and filling with a reasonable price of about $10 each. Check out my TikTok @cfomoneyfoproblems for a full review! read more

Fun vibe and super creative options on grilled cheese, Mac n cheese grilled cheese, and soft serve desserts. Oh, and poutine - can't find that in too many places! All five of us opted for the Mac n cheese version and it did not disappoint! Loved the pulled pork n bbq option. The ice cream cookie sandwich was solid (literally frozen solid), but the soft serve in the two cones we tried seemed a little off. No matter. Very friendly service - our guy even comped us a couple of free waters. Definitely worth a visit. read more

My friend and I ordered the poutine to share. The fries were a great thickness, nice and crispy. Gravy was decent! A little on the sour side. It's hard to tell from the picture but the cheese was actually melted. I've never had poutine with melted cheese. Usually the cheese is left in chunks/bite sized. read more

While visiting St. Augustine for the night of lights, our group decided to grab a quick bite before heading home. Good thing there are many options in the main area of the lights in St. Augustine. The sound of a grilled cheese sandwich definitely had my attention. This location is small, like its neighbors, so grab a seat immediately if you have a group with you. What's awesome about the Grilled cheese gallery is they have more than simple grilled cheese sandwiches. With poutine, mac and cheese sandwiches, and salads. Some sandwiches come with seafood like crab and lobster which I find as a delicious option. I can't recall the sandwich I ordered, however it didn't last long on my tray. The basic cheese sandwich comes loaded with cheese! The fries were ok, but not spectacular. If you're having a drink at the brewery next door, you can have your food delivered! read more

The food was amazing! Deborah was welcoming and lovely, very helpful. Inside seating was cozy and nice.

A small space, but yummy grilled cheese. Right next to a mini donut shop. I had the country boy which had Mac & cheese + pulled pork. Loved it. It came with extra bbq sauce on the side and a marinara like dipping sauce as well. It seemed a little slow to get my order, but it was lunch time and they were pretty swamped. read more

Wish we could give this place more stars! Mitchell is very informative and answered all our questions as well as make recommendations. The Poutain was delicious. We ordered The #CGC, the Queen Brie, and The Country Boy. Each of them were delicious! All grilled cheese sandwiches come with a dipping soup, homemade tomato basil soup. To DIE FOR! The inside is interesting and quaint. We will be back for sure! read more

From the cool music, friendly staff, clean dining area to a creative culinary sandwich this was a good find in the middle of tourist traps. Three Florida locations and one in Cap Code. Salad and soup options for those not feeling the dairy fest. Didn't try the Poutine this go around but maybe the next time we are in Palm Beach. Sandwich was creatively plated and served hot! Counter order then go find a seat, typical here in St Augustine. Parking is at your own risk but that's the way it is in the city. If you want to order online or to go the option is available. Several local parks to picnic in or go sit down by the Lions Bridge just 200 years away. Cheers and Enjoy! read more

We had a really great experience here. My husband got the Country Boy, son got the Pimp Daddy and I got the Loaded Steak. They were all delicious and the tomato soup dipper made it all perfect! We had both the hibiscus tea and the lavender lemonade and they were both so good! The best part was the guy working and I am sad I didn't think to ask his name. He was so sincerely thoughtful and provided kind and courteous service. The restaurant is lucky to have him. So many places to choose from but do yourself a favor and go here. You will not regret it. read more

This is a small little restaurant with a main focus on grill cheeses. We got 3 different sandwiches and a side of poutine. The line took quite a bit of time to get through to order but after we ordered the food didn't take too long. We got the fries first and the gravy was very good. The fries were on the under cooked side but not horrible. My wife got the balsamic grilled cheese and we weren't fans at all. The grilled cheese with bacon was pretty decent. And the tomato soup was pretty average as well. You're definitely getting what you came here for. read more

Who doesn't like a delicious warm melted grilled cheese sandwich?! This location was a hidden gem in St. Agustin, FL. Very small/narrow entrance; worth walking into it! It is smushed between a Greek/Mediterranean restaurant and small shop to the other side of it. The place was super cute, decor was awesome. If the day is beautiful, there is a small park with open grassy area and trees that provide a luscious canopy with shade across the street. Perfect for a picnic, is what we did :) I've never had "anything lavender" flavor and for the first time I tried their Lavender Lemonade and it was delicious! I would definitely recommend this place and if in the area again, I'd stop in and get my grilled cheese filling. read more

Oh. My. Word. Grilled cheese lovers heaven right here. The Grilled Cheese gallery has every type of grilled cheese sandwich you could ever want. There's a whole list of "Magical Grilled Cheese" but there's also a list of "Mac & Cheese Grilled Sandwiches". What? Mac & cheese on your grilled cheese? Yes, please. Okay, that was cheesy. But also, let's talk about the poutine. Crispy, golden fries topped with savory gravy, melted cheese curds and a drizzle of balsamic glaze. Dead. The portion was HUGE, we kept trying to eat more because it was so dang good, but had to stop before we exploded. We split The Duke - lobster, Mac and cheese, cheddar, gruyere, and pumpernickel bread. And an order of poutine. And like I said, it was plentyyyy. And amazing. My friend also tried their lavender lemonade and said it was delicious. Definitely make your way to the Grilled Cheese Gallery. read more

Well after our trolley ride with my wife taking in all the beauty and history of St.Augustine we found a perfect little diner to eat one of my wife's favorite sandwiches, that being a grilled cheese sandwich but this establishment was no ordinary restaurant, the GC Sandwiches were of epic taste n quality, throw in some super fast service and it just happened to be my wife's birthday as well, let tell you these gentlemen didn't disappoint us in any way , they managed to put together a delicious bday desert and stopped what they were doing to sing to my wife Happy Birthday !! Yuuummm! So good, wish we had one closer to home. My daughter and I ate here after a day in St. Augustine, we split the classic poutine and Queen Brie Sandwich. They were both fantastic. The gravy on the poutine was flavorful but didn't make the fries soggy. Could have used more curds but really, there is never enough cheese. The Queen Brie was raspberry preserves, Brie, balsamic drizzle, and bacon on sourdough- basically all of my food groups covered. The bread was crisp and not greasy or soggy , the preserves sweet enough to balance the brie and the bacon was plentiful. We will definitely be back. read more

Very small and will walk past it if you're not looking for it, Grilled Cheese spot. They offer i believe 15-20 BIG AND EXTREME Grilled cheese and Mac & Cheese sandwiches. You read that correctly, MAC & CHEESE GRILLED CHEESE SANDWICHES. These are not what you remember as a child lol We were overwhelmed with the choices, but we decided to go big and go with the Playboy and the Country Boy. First off, I'm not a huge mac and cheese kind of person, however, these are sooo good stuffed into the sandwich. Cheesy, gooey, and filled with either BBQ Pork or Ribeye and several different types of cheese. They KNOW what they are doing here. read more

I was beyond thrilled when we arrived and this location was unicorn themed! I was excited to try the duchess grilled cheese. Which is essentially a lobster grilled cheese. We also ordered the poutine and one of the BBQ Mac n cheese grilled cheese. The inside is VERY small. This was not obvious to me in the few photos I saw online. There is very little indoor seating space. The staff is very friendly, but the location feels crowded. The prices are a bit on the higher side. It was around $35 for two sandwiches and the poutine. I can understand the higher price point though since I got lobster. I wish there was a bit more lobster inside my sandwich. I felt the to-go box was handed great with the tiny bit of tomato sauce/soup thing that came on the side. Parking is a bit challenging in this area as there isn't a specific parking lot but rather street parking. Overall positive experience, just wish the inside wasn't so crowded. Personally I think it would've been a better experience if they got rid of some of the indoor seating to allow more room for people to order to-go food. read more
