It was 40 degrees outside, and rainy Leap Day 2024. The station has a large outdoor parking lot and a red brick building that handles checked bags from the train.

The first one saw I had a stroller and told me he would wait until I'm situated to go, which isn't super common honestly. Sometimes they drive away before you even find a seat. Then, the second driver made sure everybody up front was able to fit. There was a situation where my baby and I, a guy with a pretty large roller cart, and a guy in a wheelchair had to kind of shuffle around. I of course didn't mind getting up and moving so everyone could get a ride. The bus driver figured out how we would all fit. And because I couldn't fit between the two guys, I got off through the back door where the bus driver helped me deboard my stroller safely and effectively. He told me thank you for being flexible, and I thanked him back because he was so helpful. The last driver was just in such a good mood. she had a big smile and even said on the intercom that she hopes everyone has a good day. She actually seemed like she liked her job. I'm so glad to see that LTD has hired more people's persons because it's quite common to come across bus drivers who couldn't care less and have some lame attitudes. It truly brightened my day to experience the kindness back to back.

60,000 crazy Duck fans with a few visitors thrown in = parking insanity. So we (probably) wisely…read moredecided to park and catch the Duck Express. $3/person roundtrip (exact change only) from a number of lots around town (see map). Parking by the stadium was around $20. Worked great getting to Autzen Stadium, but it took a horribly long time to get back to our car. We had to wait more than 30 minutes to board the bus, then it took another 30 to get back to our lot due to traffic gridlock. And did I mention that we were soaked to the bone? Funny how you don't feel cold in the stadium cheering for your team, but the minute you stand up and start walking, you are freezing. It was very well organized and efficient, just a crazy amount of people. Also, the return shuttle only operates during halftime and for 60 minutes after the game. So if you plan to leave before the game is over or party afterwards, this isn't your best option.

They've waited through my flight being delayed, waiting forever for my bags and even when I had accidentally slept through my alarms and almost missed my flight. All of their drivers have lived amazing lives with so many stories to show for it. They always have a smile to greet you with and recommendations for the best food around town! Their rates are more than fair and I have never had any trouble getting ahold of them.
