REVIEW: It would be helpful if Yelp were consistent on its business pages, and it might be helpful for other Yelpers. This isn't the page to review for Amtrak.com. It's literally for the Eugene, Oregon station. Was on a road (train) trip on the Coast Starlight, and Eugene is one of the very quick stops heading north to Seattle. I ran off the train to see if there was a gift shop or a place to get a soda, etc. There wasn't, but that's OK. Inside, the station was clean and quiet. I didn't see a staff member, but as we only had 3-5 minutes, I didn't have time to even look. But I was happy to see such a neat, historical depot, if only for a couple of minutes. The Amtrak.com website has the following data for this station (good to know for next visit!): Staffed station ATM not available No elevator Payphones Amtrak ticketing kiosks available Restrooms Ticket sales office Unaccompanied child travel allowed Vending machines No WiFi Arrive at least 45 minutes prior to departure if you're checking baggage or need ticketing/passenger assistance How long before departure to be at the station if you need ticketing, baggage or passenger assistance services. I've used My Party Bus for local events, birthdays, wine tastings, and networking events. Sean, the owner, is a stand up guy and always goes above and beyond to ensure everyone is taken care of. Also, good communication is often times something we take for granted, and they always have been great in this regard. It takes out a lot of the stress of planning and any last-minute changes that occur. I'd highly recommend this company!

We had a great NYE that started with a Christmas lights tour from Sunshine Limo! We are new to…read moreEugene so didn't know of any NYE events. I stumbled upon the lights tour and talked to someone who was very helpful with information, costs, and options. Communication with the company was great from the time I made the reservation until we were picked up. Ian was our fantastic driver who picked us up on time and with chocolates . We started on the west side of Eugene in the hills, to the east, and then dropped off at the restaurant where we had dinner reservations. Ian made several stops to take pics of us and drove thru many neighborhoods with beautiful displays. We loved talking to him and hope he enjoys his upcoming Wyoming trip! The limo was clean, stocked with water, drink, and decorated with Christmas garland. We were able to play our own music (sorry about the Richard Cheese songs!)

He noticed my Little Mermaid shirt and Disney suitcase and the rest is history. The whole ride to the airport was epic, we talked Disneyland the whole way. We talked movies, rides, food, the whole way. He's awesome and wish he would of picked us up from the Portland airport but it was a no go. Owell, I'll book again just to hope I get Curt again. There's a lot of stops going to Portland regardless if there's a scheduled pickup or not. My flight…read morewas at 2:09pm and my pickup was in Albany at 9:20am. and Portland airport is about 2hrs with traffic. It's a lot of time to be on the road, it goes to Corvallis (with no pickup) and then zigzags back to Albany. The drive back from Portland to Albany, we were packed like sardines, every single seat was used and we were still missing 1. If you don't mind being on the road long and packed in, it's a great deal. Employees are great and always friendly with great drivers. Long term parking at the airport is $15 a day with shuttle svc, I'll be going that route next time.

Not to be confused with Gruelhound, which provides really awful food…read more I was pretty sad to see this beautiful yellow and brown building that was one of the most historic and lovely places in Eugene, and one which I used on many occasions, with their huge busty (I mean Bus) sign in the old days, replaced by the smaller Greyhound sign in the newer days, and now of course it no longer exists. The iconic double white doors will never be opened again - by bus travelers anyway. Greyhound has been changing a lot of things in the last few years, and it's a shame because they were iconic for a century. So they're now located over in Springfield, so Downtown Eugene no longer has Greyhound service - except for a little roadside stop. I only give it for stars for the memories, and I'm glad I got to come in here before it didn't exist anymore. You gene? Me gene. Genie.

This Greyhound Bus Depot in Eugene, Oregon is CLOSED. The building is empty and is no longer being…read moreused. Tried to pick up a friend that had been dropped off by the bus. She said she was on Pearl Street. I assumed it was the depot. When I got there I found no one and nothing. Turned out they had dropped her off, in the middle of the night, on the corner of Pearl and 5th. This is NO WAY to run a transportation company. People don't even know where passengers are being dropped off!
