These are probably the nicest stops/stations, route mapping (there's an app for that), and on time bus/drivers I've ever encountered in the Western states. And I've been to a lot of them in many urban and rural areas. Excellent. The (choose your descriptor) people who happen to be on the bus are not a reflection of the transit district or the bus itself.

REVIEW: It would be helpful if Yelp were consistent on its business pages, and it might be helpful for other Yelpers. This isn't the page to review for Amtrak.com. It's literally for the Eugene, Oregon station. Was on a road (train) trip on the Coast Starlight, and Eugene is one of the very quick stops heading north to Seattle. I ran off the train to see if there was a gift shop or a place to get a soda, etc. There wasn't, but that's OK. Inside, the station was clean and quiet. I didn't see a staff member, but as we only had 3-5 minutes, I didn't have time to even look. But I was happy to see such a neat, historical depot, if only for a couple of minutes. The Amtrak.com website has the following data for this station (good to know for next visit!): Staffed station ATM not available No elevator Payphones Amtrak ticketing kiosks available Restrooms Ticket sales office Unaccompanied child travel allowed Vending machines No WiFi Arrive at least 45 minutes prior to departure if you're checking baggage or need ticketing/passenger assistance How long before departure to be at the station if you need ticketing, baggage or passenger assistance services. We have used them in the past and have been very pleased but this year the small party bus was…read morebooked so we got the medium party bus. When it arrived, it was a big green airport shuttle bus basically. Had luggage racks. Not a party vibe at all. Did have a set of lights on the ceiling, but they were stuck on green and half of them didn't work. No other lighting inside. They were aware that we had 12 people in our party and put six mismatched wine/champagne glasses on the bus. Most party buses have a nice ice well to put your bottles of wine or champagne in this had a cooler built into a wooden box basically. We also let them know the places we wanted to go and we're under the impression they made the reservations, which is what has always happened in the past with any wine tour company I have used, and with them the year before. We got to the first place and they weren't open for another 30 minutes and had no idea we were coming. We had to sit on their outdoor patio waiting for them to open, wasting our booked time, and having to reschedule our second location for a later time. Fortunately, they felt bad and were very nice and tried to accommodate us, knowing that the party company made a mistake by not booking it. Our driver was not very communicative at all. He would pull up and sit there not saying anything to us, until someone said are we supposed to get off the bus now what is the plan, what is our time schedule etc. The driver did not offer to take any pictures of our group. When it was time to leave the first winery that we sat around and waited for the driver while he was inside talking to the staff about football while we stood outside the Locked bus. The overall experience was not good. When I reached out, they said they felt bad and that they would make it up to us and then didn't do anything. This bus that was a converted airport shuttle bus was $250 more than the actual nice party bus. Probably won't use this company again.

I literally changed the pick-up location 3 times and he assured me everything was fine and he was happy to accommodate. With 4 kids between 9 and 11, 3 of us sisters (one super pregnant), and a mom following us to the next destination. Aaron was on point the whole time. I sincerely appreciate (as the one planning the day and a little stressed) Aarons demeanor. He was adaptive and calm and there to make sure we all had a wonderful time. It was an amazing day for all of us as we will request Aaron going forward. Highly recommend him if you need someone to assure you are your party will be in good hands and he'll go above and beyond to make sure you do.

I stumbled upon the lights tour and talked to someone who was very helpful with information, costs, and options. Communication with the company was great from the time I made the reservation until we were picked up. Ian was our fantastic driver who picked us up on time and with chocolates . We started on the west side of Eugene in the hills, to the east, and then dropped off at the restaurant where we had dinner reservations. Ian made several stops to take pics of us and drove thru many neighborhoods with beautiful displays. We loved talking to him and hope he enjoys his upcoming Wyoming trip! The limo was clean, stocked with water, drink, and decorated with Christmas garland. We were able to play our own music (sorry about the Richard Cheese songs!)

I've had to reschedule my daughter's ride a few times due to weather, flight delays and have had nothing but helpful and accurate results. My daughter's first year in college, and me being the helicopter mom, I'm helping as much as I can, (Esp since she was down to 15% on her phone). I've used this company a few times now as it's quite reasonable in cost and stops close by her dorm. The whole experience from booking online to the many rescheduled pickups, have been nothing but the best! Thank you for helping this mom breath a little easier :)

He noticed my Little Mermaid shirt and Disney suitcase and the rest is history. The whole ride to the airport was epic, we talked Disneyland the whole way. We talked movies, rides, food, the whole way. He's awesome and wish he would of picked us up from the Portland airport but it was a no go. Owell, I'll book again just to hope I get Curt again. Not to be confused with Gruelhound, which provides really awful food…read more I was pretty sad to see this beautiful yellow and brown building that was one of the most historic and lovely places in Eugene, and one which I used on many occasions, with their huge busty (I mean Bus) sign in the old days, replaced by the smaller Greyhound sign in the newer days, and now of course it no longer exists. The iconic double white doors will never be opened again - by bus travelers anyway. Greyhound has been changing a lot of things in the last few years, and it's a shame because they were iconic for a century. So they're now located over in Springfield, so Downtown Eugene no longer has Greyhound service - except for a little roadside stop. I only give it for stars for the memories, and I'm glad I got to come in here before it didn't exist anymore. You gene? Me gene. Genie.

This Greyhound Bus Depot in Eugene, Oregon is CLOSED. The building is empty and is no longer being…read moreused. Tried to pick up a friend that had been dropped off by the bus. She said she was on Pearl Street. I assumed it was the depot. When I got there I found no one and nothing. Turned out they had dropped her off, in the middle of the night, on the corner of Pearl and 5th. This is NO WAY to run a transportation company. People don't even know where passengers are being dropped off!
