Marc and Debbie have also provided service that's second to none! I am so pleased with the customer service here that, I have purchased glasses not covered by my insurance, unfortunately. My first choice for glasses is Walmart! Especially, this one. Management, I encourage you to hire more people like these four excellent workers!! So, I had chosen the 2 pairs I wanted before booking & going for my appointment. See, with most people who are nearsighted, trying to look for glasses IN the store is hard, because we want to see what we look like, but can't see without our prescription on... LOL Having the ability to see them at home on my large computer screen was Super Nice! Also being able to see the prices & organize them by price or COLOR (I wanted Purple!) was great too! --The Check-In Process was quick & the forms that needed to be filled out were thorough. (I also brought my last 2 exam sheets from previous doctor) --The Pre-Exam tests were quick & efficient - done by a lady who knew what she was doing. --My exam was Awesome, Dr. Vincent was very nice & knowledgeable! She was quick, but spent enough time to answer all my questions and do a great job examining my eyes. She was even great at calming me down when I covered my right eye only to find out that my left eye had gotten super worse to the point I couldn't read the Top line With my glasses!! --Purchasing my two glasses was a bit more expensive than I thought it would be, even with the buy-one-get-one offer. It sucks that most insurance policies do not cover Eyes or Teeth, but yet they are both part of the body... Hum... Oh, and just to say, I got TWO PAIRS for $100. LESS than getting ONE PAIR from my previous eye doctor!! So, yeah, I got better service & saved money too!! --Overall: I will be back when I need another exam & glasses!! Thank You!!! I can't wait to pick my glasses up next week... (I will update with photos when I get them!) --Pickup: 4 days later!! I love them... They fit great and oh my word, I can see! I mean a lot better...

Review Title: The Absolute Greatest in Vision Care!…read more If you aren't going to Our Vision Center at the Babcock location, you are going to the wrong place! I have been to many eye doctors in my life, but this was by far the greatest experience I've ever had. Dr. Craig Naberhaus, O.D., is hands down the best eye doctor I've ever seen. His professionalism and bedside manner are beyond compare. Additionally, Julie Hohlmer in optical sales is extraordinary--she provided assistance that went above and beyond my expectations. I'd give them 25 stars out of 5 if I could. Their excellence and dedication to their patients are rare to find. Thank you, Dr. Naberhaus and Julie, for everything you do! You are much appreciated.

Review of American Best Eyeglass Store in Melbourne, FL…read more If you are looking for a top-notch eyeglass store in Melbourne, FL, I highly recommend American Best. My experience at this location was exceptional from start to finish. The staff was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. One thing that stood out was their commitment to customer service. It was Thanksgiving week and a few of the staff were on vacation. I was there to pick up my new pair of glasses. Lee helped fit my new glasses and took his time with my adjustment, although the store was busy. After being fitted with my new glasses I asked Lee if he could replace the pads on the glasses I had gotten there last year. No problem, after I told him they are not comfortable to wear. Not only did Lee replace the old pads with a new softer pad he also replaced the pads with my new glasses to the softer pad. American Best 4100 N Wickham Rd Suite 120 Melbourne, FL 32935 321-701-6072 American Best is the place to go. I will be returning for future visits and highly encourage others to check them out! (Not including the time I took to browse frames.) My glasses came back in less than the two weeks stated. I do wish they had more coach frame options. I wanted a 2nd pair to get the 40% off of those. I saw some brown ones online but they didn't have them in the store & I wanted to try them on before I committed. You only get 30 days to order the 2nd pair. The store was organized & clean. They had two or three ppl to consult/ complete your order. Pick up was just as smooth. He had me try them on to make sure they fit properly & didn't need adjusting. Quick & easy. Overall, a good experience.
