The receptionist I spoke to said he'd call me if he had a problem locating my insurance, however, I never received a call. Today, the receptionist called me an hour before my scheduled appointment, saying they couldn't find my insurance. I talked on the phone with them for about 15 minutes, yet they were not able to resolve the problem, and they said I could call my insurance company. How am I supposed to do this an hour before my appointment? Obviously, a little heated, I said this was ridiculous. They admitted it was their fault, but they said there was nothing they could do about it. Had they called a week ago, I would have gladly located the information for them, and there would have been no issue. But now there's certainly nothing I can do about it either - except to not return to the office and write this review. I see no reward in going back to this doctor's office, especially with my experience today.

See, with most people who are nearsighted, trying to look for glasses IN the store is hard, because we want to see what we look like, but can't see without our prescription on... (I also brought my last 2 exam sheets from previous doctor) --The Pre-Exam tests were quick & efficient - done by a lady who knew what she was doing. --My exam was Awesome, Dr. Vincent was very nice & knowledgeable! She was quick, but spent enough time to answer all my questions and do a great job examining my eyes. She was even great at calming me down when I covered my right eye only to find out that my left eye had gotten super worse to the point I couldn't read the Top line With my glasses!! --Purchasing my two glasses was a bit more expensive than I thought it would be, even with the buy-one-get-one offer. It sucks that most insurance policies do not cover Eyes or Teeth, but yet they are both part of the body... Hum... Oh, and just to say, I got TWO PAIRS for $100. I have been to many eye doctors in my life, but this was by far the greatest experience I've ever had. Dr. Craig Naberhaus, O.D., is hands down the best eye doctor I've ever seen. His professionalism and bedside manner are beyond compare. Additionally, Julie Hohlmer in optical sales is extraordinary--she provided assistance that went above and beyond my expectations.
