Dr. Boyle has been my doctor for many years and is exceptional. Unfortunately I was sold a pair of designer prescription glasses, my choice of frame, that their sales tech added various additions on to my lenses without my knowledge. After a few months of wear the lenses turned yellow prompting my inquiry. Their office manager was immediately defensive and less than professional. I left the glasses at their office and had to dispute the charge. BEWARE when told that you have a year warranty. They allow ONE exchange of the lenses only within a year, and then you are stuck with the frames no matter the issue, per their "policy" after only 30 days. read more

My family will not be back. Dr Stevens is very nice but beyond that the office is very mismanaged. I gave my credit card number over the phone to order my son's contact lenses amounting to over $700. Apparently my card was never charged, but they shipped the contacts and I got a letter at the end of the year stating that they didn't receive payment and that I was delinquent - never received a letter before this and that was over six months ago. They claimed to have called my phone, but I don't have record of a message from them. You would think they would have mailed a bill sooner. Someone took down my credit card number so is my card information just lying around the office? I have been trying to get in touch with someone for weeks left messages. No one has called back no answer on the billing line and a left a message in the office no call back. Finally today I got an answer and I gave my credit card number again so hopefully they have their money now but that will be the last dollar they get from our family. I missed out on the $200 rebate due to never getting the receipt. read more

I was a patient of Dr. Locke's for 25 - 30 years. Dr. Locke is an excellent doctor. He retired this year and I was called and told I would be seeing Dr. Zippi. My first appointment with Dr. Zippi was ok until he said that I had macular degeneration, but at my age I didn't need to worry about it. I am a senior citizen and I have a sister who is almost blind and two other sisters currently being treated for the disease. This was very concerning for me so I called the office and explained why I would like to see another doctor. I was given an appointment with Dr. Collette for early in December. When I arrived for my appointment, I was told they had cancelled my appointment and I had to make an appointment with Dr. Zippi. She kept telling me I would only be allowed to see Dr. Zippi. Eventually after telling her several times I was not going to see Dr. Zippi again she left the room and after quite a while another staff member came out and said if I would go sit down they would call me if another doctor had time to see me. I asked her how long I would need to wait and she shrugged her shoulders and said she frankly had no idea. I said thank you and turned to leave and she sarcastically said have a good day. I will not go back there. I will not recommend them to others. I did not even receive an apology. read more

To qualify, I have not been to my appointment yet but wanted to mention that when I called to get appt for my husband and I, the person o the phone was not very nice or inviting. She acted like I was annoying her. We just moved to the area a few months ago and we are going to keep our appt as we are in need of a new prescription for contacts. Today I had my first vision appointment in a very long time, and Ryan took excellent care of me in my initial exams. He explained everything thoroughly and was very kind and even gave stickers to my daughter. Then I saw Dr. William's who was also very sweet and considerate. Getting your eyes dilated is never fun, but these two made it not so bad! We will definitely be going back to them in the future! read more

I still couldn't see very well with my new glasses so I ended up taping my old ones back together not to mention most of their glasses are for women or very effeminate type males two times I went I got an ok pair the first time and the second time I settled for a pair and they just weren't any good to see out of, I was almost better off not wearing them at all.. read more

I have been going here for about 8 years or so. These guys are heads and tails better than where I used to go. I love Dr.'s Naberhaus and Dr. Boyle. They are thorough and informative. If you don't know what you need to, I don't think you've asked. I haven't met anyone there that doesn't give you the answer to any question... Might not be the answer you wanted, but it's always been an informative and successful visit. MD's are good although a bit not in the game. Optometrist assistants really help out. The girl who comes in after your eye exam trying to get you to buy contacts needs a reality check! I am well aware that my vision benefits are MUCH better toward glasses so STOP trying to pull one over on me and quit being sassy "oh well you'll regret it" ! Brevard Vision care only cares about your money. The service is slow the results are expensive glasses that a least in my case did not hold the lens tight. Their solution was to make come back three times and always you are asked to wait, wait ,wait. If you do not want to were a mask then the real fun starts a you are asked to go outside and wait. I was a patient of Dr. Burns for over 2 years. I learned more about my condition of Glaucoma then I ever had all my life. I am 69 yrs. old. Dr. Burns also has a personality that makes you feel like you are very important to her as a patient. We have moved to Ocala but I had to go back for one last appointment and say good bye. My family and I have been seeing Dr. Burns-LeGros for years and we absolutely love her and the staff at the Suntree location. She takes the time to know her patients and is the only doctor I have visited who genuinely enjoys her job. She's inspired me to go into the medical field and become an optometrist. She has the biggest heart and KNOWS what she is doing down to the smallest detail. If you're in brevard and need an optometrist look no more because Dr. Burns-LeGros is the best. The office staff always greet you when you walk in and the technicians there compassionate towards patients. Weeeellll... They've obviously been doing this quite a while, based on their old equipment. Some of this stuff looks like it was pulled from the old Apollo missions. Three of those machines are in a tiny little hallway which gets crowded. There's a ton of unused room in the waiting area that could be used for something. But my main concern is that old equipment may miss something important that newer, more sensitive equipment might catch. Things like impending retinal tears, early glaucoma, or issues with circulation. Many other types of health problems as well, even before your general doctor will be able to tell there's a problem. Diabetes, hypertension (high blood pressure), autoimmune disorders, high cholesterol, thyroid disease, stroke, some types of cancers and tumors can all be caught during your eye exam. My previous eye doctor had much newer equipment, and my appointment seemed to go much more quickly. Here, I had a 1pm, and I couldn't leave until about 3, and they still tried to funnel my dilated eyes through eyeglass selection. I'm a busy brother - I had stuff to do, and I couldn't see a darn thing! I heard there are un-dialating drops now, but this joint didn't have any. Some curt chick dressed as Wonder Woman said they were all out. Guess she thought I was joking. Service is pretending to be friendly, but could use some work. Saw two different techs who kind of stumbled over each other. I didn't get a sense they were coordinated, since no one took the time to explain what they were doing. The optometrist was quite thorough when he finally got to see me, about an hour into my visit, and that's obviously the most important factor. He was quite pleasant and handily addressed all my questions and concerns, no matter how far out in left field. Well done. Ordered contacts, heading back to pick out some new glasses when I can see again. read more

I absolutely love this office and the staff! I had been going here for years and before moving about a month ago I needed to get my RGP contact lenses fitted. Dr. Burns and her staff went above and beyond to guarantee I would have my new lenses before I left. The entire staff is so sweet and from what I've seen they honestly take such wonderful care of every patient that comes in. I have keratoconus and Dr. Burns has been so informative, kind, and patient over the years.I'm extremely thankful to have received the care that I did. I would recommend this office to anyone looking for a new eye doctor. Nowhere else I've gone has been able to compare. read more
