Dr Ross and his assistants are very comforting and reassuring, which does wonders for a wimp like me lol. I can rely on him to be patient with me every time. The billing department over the phone is cool too. It is sometimes hard to get ahold of someone, but they are nice when we finally talk. I've had no billing issues whatsoever. Overall, I am happy I found this place to take care of my needs.

Completely unprofessional for a 20 something front desk nobody to be discussing and insisting on dilation I was uncomfortable with upon check in. I rejected the appointment and left. After my initial appointment and exam at their Palm Bay location i had to go to their clinic on Nasa Blvd for a florescein angiography (a very thorough eye exam using special imaging equipment). It was an easy process and I and left there relieved that my eyesight is stable. I go back in six months for a follow up.
