We are So Blessed to have Dr. Ganiban for my husband's eyes. Said Previously: Dr. Gary Ganiban, MD is the best Doctor for my husband & his eyes. He is legally blind and has had several surgeries due to his bad retinas. Dr. Ganiban is so intelligent & kind! He is very caring & personable! I wouldn't trust my husbands eyes to anyone else. It took two weeks, and it was the most unprofessional business I've ever been to , I could feel the pressure in the air and the stress level was very high. The type of care I get is surgical outpatient, and I am done in less than 30 minutes every time. Dr Ross and his assistants are very comforting and reassuring, which does wonders for a wimp like me lol. I can rely on him to be patient with me every time. The billing department over the phone is cool too. It is sometimes hard to get ahold of someone, but they are nice when we finally talk. I've had no billing issues whatsoever. Overall, I am happy I found this place to take care of my needs.

Prices were reasonable and the gal who helped me was courteous and professional. My glasses were ready in about two weeks. I had to go back a few days later because the glasses were rubbing against one ear and causing slight discomfort. It was a very easy fix. Walked in, no waiting, and the gal fixed my glasses in about five minutes. This location is in a strip center with easy access and lots of available parking. So, my experience with this Optical Outlets store is very positive. I would recommend it to anyone.

After being left in the exam room for 45 minutes, then a 30 second exam of the operated eye, I expressed my dismay but was poo-pooed for doing so.
