I was very sad to learn he's moving to Delaware and won't be able to do my other two surgeries. It's a very scary path when talking about eye surgery. The reason I had this issue is I used an Orlando plastic surgeon to do lower lid surgery and he just botched it. Eventually it healed good enough that I wasn't hideous. The right corner of my eye over the years started bunching and tightening in the corner. Scar tissue I'm guessing. Dr Ross asked who I used, and as soon as plastic surgeon came out of my mouth, he said people should never use a plastic surgeon for anything but body treatments like breast, tucks, liposuction etc. I guess people aren't aware of this, I sure wasn't. Said same about the nose & ears. Who know? Said most are not qualified to do eyes as they are a more complex surgery. So far I'm on day 4 and things seem to be healing well. Not too much bruising or swelling. My post op is this Thursday. Hope he's pleased. No pain at all. Some tenderness, probably from the bruising. The surgery center staff were the nicest people I've ever had at ANY surgery center. PLYS DUDNT MAKE ME COME IN 3 hrs prior to my time. My time was 12, to me in at 1130 and took me right back. By the time I was prepped, they took me right in. What's the purpose of a three hour arrival time? This was such a great surprise. Shout out to all of the surgical staff, especially Paula. She was one of the nurses. Just so warm and comforting. The nurse anesthetist could have been on the lighter side but she was ok. Now I found his scheduler not as pleasant or friendly as everyone else I had the pleasure to work with. Dr Ross will miss you! Best of luck in Delaware.

I continued and attended my appointments and was told TWO DAYS before my pending surgery that the lenses I needed were almost $3000 for each eye Due to my eye shape. I could NEVER reach the surgery scheduling person SHALANDA I had to call the front desk several times to have a message given to her. I was never told that the doctor only performed surgery "ONEDAY A WEEK" When she did finally returned a phone call I was told that there was an additional fee that my insurance does not cover an "ADDITIONAL 798.00 for everyone" almost an additional 7,000.00 for me. It took SHALANDA five days to call me back and she was already scheduling into the next month this is a huge waste of my time and I was never offered a discount for all the inconvenience from the doctor himself and nightmare this turned into. I have asked for every penny to be returned to my account, but considering how badly this is all turned out I have my doubts on how well that will be completed. My time ....I guess they think a "I'm sorry" is good enough.This is a business, accept responsibility for all the errors that you caused. I called to make an appointment as a new patient and they demanded that I get an referral frim my primary (I have an HMO). I explained that my plan does not require a referral or a primary. They didn't believe me. I had my primary send a referral but Ho's office never called me back to make an appointment. I called them after a few weeks to see what's up and they told me they have no record of receiving a referral and that I would need to have another referral sent. My primary was kind enough to send another referral and Ho's office called me the same day. The person on the phone made an appointment for the first available. The day before my appointment the office calls me and tells me that the referral had expired on the 1st. The first available appointment THEY gave me was on the 3rd. I said that the person that made my appointment must have seen the date that they claim was an expiration date. They said they know nothing about that. People! This is 2021! Their scheduling software surely documents the date the appointment was made and by whom! They had the nerve to ask me to request yet another referral from my primary. I refused! I mean come on; my primary knows that a referral is not even required by my insurance plan. I could go on & on about how the office manager calls me back that same day and offered to call my primary for another referral and a week goes by and I call back and the same office manager has no recollection of our previous conversation and asks me if I'm a new patient!!!!!!!!!!! I had one appointment with Dr. Tres in Merritt Island, I was there almost 3 hours "waiting" most of the time, the actual time with Dr and exam was maybe 45 minutes at most. You leave the office after consult with ZERO information, they do not give you prices or procedure information, they say someone will contact you within 3 days. NOPE. The office staff could not answer any questions at all and offer zero options. After my initial consultation I left 3 messages and an email none of which were ever returned, I had a second appointment scheduled three weeks after consult to prep for surgery and the only contact the office made with me was to call and confirm my appointment today for tomorrow, I of course canceled it. If I cannot trust the staff with enough care to return a phone call with vital information, I'm not going to trust them with my eyes. Unfortunate, I did like Dr. Tres.

Someone took down my credit card number so is my card information just lying around the office? I have been trying to get in touch with someone for weeks left messages. No one has called back no answer on the billing line and a left a message in the office no call back.
