Outstanding service! My 15-month-old Whirlpool washer was making terrible noises and not working. HVAC & Appliance Service First responded quickly to my request for help. They sent repair tech Vladimir to diagnose the problem, which he did and it was a major replacement. But they ordered the part and when it came in, Vladimir returned and fixed my washer which is now working as it should (and the terrible noise is gone). Repair tech Vladimir and this company were at all times professional, courteous and responsive. I am so grateful. read more

Great service and fast. Will use the service again the tech was friendly and knowledgeable

Great communication. Quick scheduling. Fair pricing. Polite service tech. Knowledgeable.

Our outdoor drink refrigerator stopped cooling and they were able to come out right away to evaluate the issue. A new part was needed for the repairs which arrived in only a couple of days. The repair was done quickly and we have not had any issues with the fridge since. read more

Thank you Alex! My AC unit was not cooling. Alex did a wonderful job diagnosing the real problem and he quickly made the necessary repairs. I loved his honesty and the pricing was suitable. Incredibly honest and knowledgeable technicians. We had them fix both of our older AC units that we thought will need to be replaced. I am really happy with the service and cannot thank them enough for all the work that they have put in. read more

I couldn't recommend them more! I want to say a huge thank you to Kiryl who was so kind and helpful and went above and beyond to help us fix our hvac. We have a newborn baby and were concerned when the hvac in her nursery broke and it became unbearably hot. They were able to send someone within an hour to help us assess the damage. Overall things were functioning so it was challenging to find the problem but Kiryl went above and beyond to be very thorough and determine the cause of the problem. He spent hours on both Saturday and Sunday to diagnose and fix the issue. Kiryl was very knowledgeable and spent time educating us on the issue and making it clear what needed to be fixed and how he planned to do it. He was so kind and didn't mind our yappy dogs and was so patient with the challenging hvac plug. Thank you so much for helping us Kiryl!! read more

Fantastic service! From the service request call to when he left, the service was impeccable. He arrived on time, was very polite, and communicated clearly throughout the entire troubleshooting process. read more

Ali was extremely prompt and helpful. He was up front that the problem would cost more than a new machine. He gave me tips on types of machines to look for as I searched for a new washer. I will use him in the future if I ever need repair services. read more

My LG washing machine drain pump broke friday afternoon so I went on yelp and requested companies do the repair. They responded within minutes offering to come the next morning at 8 am. The technician showed up on time and was very nice and resolved the issue. I did request them to give me a price before they proceeded with the repair but had to leave quickly so the miscommunication could have been on my end. As a result of the miscommunication they offered to do the labor for free to make it right. I would use them again in the future as my washing machine works great now. read more

Kiryl did an amazing job and was very pleasant to deal with. He replaced the a few parts on my system and also added more coolant. He was fast and efficient. I will definitely ask for him again if I ever have any issues!! read more

Our oven stopped working abruptly (on a Monday/Holiday). Daniel @ Fuse was able to come out that same day and diagnose the problem after a thorough check if all the components. He was able to source the part and had it installed and working again by 9am the next day. Extremely courteous, and respectful of our home. This being the second appliance I've had repaired by them, I will eagerly recommend Fuse to anyone! Honest, reliable, and fair read more

They sent Alex, the repairman, to diagnose my problem with a leaking washing machine. He thought it was the filter. They ordered a new one and when Alex came back to do the repair, he discovered it was just the connections that were faulty. Instead of charging me for a new filter and going ahead with the repair, he was honest and saved me $$ by just fixing the connections instead. If there's a problem in the next 6 months, the call is covered. I am going to recommend Fuse and Alex to everyone who needs appliance repair. They are absolutely honest and competent. And their prices are fair. . ! read more

Great service! Timely and really kept focused on problem solving until everything was figured out!

Great service! Daniel was very responsive and direct. He did a wonderful job and would contact them again.

Thank you very much to Vladimir who did a phenomenal job replacing our microwave. It ended up being quite an ordeal, and I appreciate that the three times someone had to come out it was him each time and he was very professional and patient. The first call was for a repair -- our microwave went on the fritz. He examined it and explained it was probably the logic board and the price for repair but that it may not fix it -- the microwave was from 2009. I decided to order a new microwave and above oven trim kit for new install. When it arrived, he came out to install it but the trim kit was severely damaged in the box and the old trim kit we had wouldn't fit the new model. The third trip was a success but our old cabinets gave him some trouble which required a custom fix to make sure the kit was level and could securely attach. Very, very much appreciated and happy to have a working microwave again after almost a month without! The finished work is beautiful, as well. Would absolutely hire again for any appliance repair or replacement needs. read more

This was awesome service all around -- I'd say look no further and hire these guys Old LG washer gave up, needed help quickly. Called a few places, pretty clear they didn't take the Customer Service 101 class. Reached out on Yelp past 10pm, got a response from Ailaksandr within minutes with basic info (availability, diagnostic fee, etc.). Fee was very reasonable in comparison. Extra points as the email didn't feel automated (which would've been ok given the time). They got me on schedule next day. 2-hr window, Amal arrived a couple minutes early (when was the last time you saw *that*) And here's the most important part: customer experience. Diagnosed and explained that age and cost of repairs would be more than getting a new machine. Now really this industry is plagued of greed-on-wheels shops, so I appreciated his honest, professional opinion. Benefit of this? not a quick sale, but repeat business. I know where to go first next time, and who to recommend to my friends. Thank you @Ailaksandr @Amal. read more

I contacted HVAC & Appliance Service first Thursday night after my 5+ year old dryer started squeaking loudly. They were able to send out Alexey Friday afternoon to diagnosis the problem. After a quick run to the office for a part, Alexey was able to fix the dryer the same day. Alexey did a wonderful job. He was very polite and thorough. The price for parts and labor was very fair. I am amazed how quickly they responded and took care of the issue. 100% recommend this company! read more

My woven wasn't heating correctly so I called and was able to schedule an appointment quickly for the next Monday. They even called to confirm what type of oven so they could send the correct crew. The gentlemen came and worked quietly to diagnose. Come to find out repairing would be more expensive than buying a new stove. They even looked up prices of the same type of oven for me. Great service, would use again! read more

I requested multiple quotes through Yelp on a Saturday and they responded almost immediately. They had a technician available on Monday to inspect the problem (they offered three different time slots). We had several issues with our Whirlpool refrigerator, and the technician Daniel resolved them all in about 10 minutes. The diagnostic call fee is $70 ($75 with tax) and that's all we paid. Extremely pleased! read more

Have used a few times. Responsive, very quick actually, and reliable. Would recommend

High quality work, but expensive. Responded very fast and was on time. No surprises. The refrigerator is now cooling well.

Knowledgable techs who know what they are doing. Always on time, they explain what they ate doing and why. The tech was thorough and cleaned up after the work was done. The Tech wore a mask without complaint because I asked him to (i have a compromised immune system) and was really nice overall. I will hire again for any appliance work. read more

Sadly, our 27yo refrigerator went out suddenly a few days ago. After reading the reviews here (and elsewhere), we reached out to the company and Aaron was there that afternoon. As expected, the compressor had gone out (it had a good life) and it would be more cost-effective to replace than to repair. Aaron was thorough in his diagnosis and honest in his conclusion/ recommendation (where others might tried to upsell you on the repair versus just recommending a replacement). In the end, an ~$80 service/ diagnostic charge that I thought was more than fair. We will use them again in the future without hesitation. FIVE STARS. read more

Very conscientious owner who knows a lot about vacuum cleaners and who I trust to give good advice.

Awesome service! Definitely recommend and was very thorough with the maintenance and cleaning up things I didn't even know needed to get done for our Fridge. Thanks! read more

Do not recommend. Ice maker repair. The technician did not fix the problem and basically thawed by ice maker and wiped it down and said he thought that would work. I knew more about the appliance than him. They did refund my service charge of $75 when I called and complained. Their service call is cheap but you get what you pay for. DO NOT USE!! read more

Vladimir was quick to respond and do the diagnostic. The service was above and beyond! Highly recommend.

Great service! Fast response, came by quickly. Super professional. Amal was very knowledgeable and friendly. Would definitely recommend using this service! They did a microwave repair for us. read more

A technician - Kyril Y - was sent out quickly after scheduling, was nice enough to walk me through the process as he was checking on issues with our gas oven, and had things up and running in no time at all and at a completely reasonable cost. I have had a couple of occasions recently to need some service on a refrigerator first and later our LG washer. First Tech Service responded the same day both times and we were able to quickly book an appointment. The Tech they sent (Daniel T.) both times was very professional and quickly assessed the problem. On the recent visit he came prepared and had the needed part in hand so no need to re-schedule for installation. He explained the failure and showed the failed part for inspection and cleaned up after. We are very pleased with the services provided so far and will keep them on "speed dial" as a service provider in the future. read more

Dmitry arrived on time and was meticulous in his diagnostics. He determined what was needed to get our freezer working and told me I would receive my quote shortly. I received, reviewed and approved the work order. The next evening, a Saturday, I was calling to set a time for the repair on Monday AM. Again, Dmitry was on time and got right to work. He said replaced the control board and began defrosting the freezer and didn't stop until it was perfect. This is customer service! We are very pleased to have everything working again and thank this Team for their efforts. read more
