We have a newborn baby and were concerned when the hvac in her nursery broke and it became unbearably hot. They were able to send someone within an hour to help us assess the damage. Not only was he able to diagnose the issue quickly but he also found a few other areas that needed to be addressed. He quickly fixed our Fridgedaire and for a very reasonable fee. Sadly, our 27yo refrigerator went out suddenly a few days ago. After reading the reviews here (and elsewhere), we reached out to the company and Aaron was there that afternoon. As expected, the compressor had gone out (it had a good life) and it would be more cost-effective to replace than to repair. Aaron was thorough in his diagnosis and honest in his conclusion/ recommendation (where others might tried to upsell you on the repair versus just recommending a replacement). They ordered a new one and when Alex came back to do the repair, he discovered it was just the connections that were faulty. First Tech Service responded the same day both times and we were able to quickly book an appointment. The Tech they sent (Daniel T.) both times was very professional and quickly assessed the problem.
