On time, good communication and service. Explained what he was doing to correct the mini-split dripping issue and what to do to prevent in the future. read more

Yusuan gave me a fair and detailed quote to replace my old HVAC system. He and his guys came out yesterday to replace the furnace initially. They worked tirelessly all day, in the sweltering heat, and managed to replace the unit in my tiny attic. They did a great & thorough job and were very friendly with me and my pup the entire time. Happy to recommend his company. read more

Resilience Heating and Cooling - new furnace installed in a small attic - Heating & Air Conditioning/HVAC Near Me - Austin, Texas

Our condenser stopped working on a 100° day and the house was heating up fast. Resilience responded within about 10 minutes and came over just a few hours later. Yusuan got everything running again in no time, and did a full service on both our units while he was here. Super nice guy, friendly, efficient, used shoe covers when he entered the house and left everything clean and tidy. I highly recommend Resilience and will definitely use them again - but hopefully not any time soon! read more

Had an issue with our A/C and messages Resilience and a few others through Yelp. They got back to me super fast and came out to our house same day. They quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed it super fast. I asked them to go ahead and service the A/C since they were already there and they obliged. Super quick, super nice, affordable, and just overall excellent quality. read more

Yusuan and his crew are top notch. I had a response within 10 minutes of requesting a quote and that SAME DAY he came out to check out what was wrong -- FREE OF CHARGE. Every other AC company quoted $60-$100 just to see the issue. Yusuan spent the time to show me what was broken and explained why. I learned a lot just from my conversations with him as he pointed out issues. He was honestly the most informative HVAC professional I've ever come across. It was determined I could either buy a motor and pay almost as much for an AC unit or just buy a new unit. After deciding to move forward with a new unit, Yusuan and his crew came back the next day and installed the new unit within a few hours. Each time, Yusuan and his team were super efficient, super clean (with their shoe covers), and well-mannered. They were also well priced. Would strongly recommend. read more

We've used Yusuan and his team for several years now and we've been very happy with their service. They respond quickly and have done great service for a fair price. They've helped us work through "dirty sock syndrome" in our new HVAC system (not installed by Resilience). Yusuan took the time to explain the situation and help us work through the options. Overall, highly recommended! read more

Last week I requested bids for preventive maintenance (PM) work on my HVAC unit. I asked for specific information: What is included in the PM visit? How much would it cost? Was refilling refrigerant included? If it was separate, how much would it cost? Only Resilience Heating and Cooling answered my questions. So it was very easy to choose to hire them. I have had PMs done on my HVAC system many times before, but Yusuan worked at a wholly different level of personal excellence. It seemed to me that he took a lot of pride in his workmanship. I was delighted by such great service! If you're looking to have an annual PM performed on your HVAC unit, just hire Resilience Heating and Cooling. read more

I've lived in Austin for 16 years now and have had worked done by both large and small service companies(7 in total) over the years. I can honestly say I will never use anyone, but Resilience from here on out. Yusuan and his crew's workmanship, professionalism and attention to detail is unparalleled by any other company out there. Upfront, honest and clearly passionate about quality of service and getting it done right. Man, if there was a 6th star on Yelp, you best believe I would be flagging that sucker red as the rest. The best of the best! Do yourself a favor, pick up the phone and look no further. You've found your service company! read more

Been working with Yusuan and team for the past few years exclusively. He puts EVERY other HVAC company in Austin to shame... we have used him for numerous properties (rental properties, vacation homes, etc) and we basically trust him so much that if ever needed, I'd give him the key to my house and say, do whatever you think I need. He is that good, that honest, and that smart. You will thank yourself for giving him your business. read more

Our downstairs AC stopped working and we had an HWA warranty contract so we opened a ticket on May 20. It was 2 days before an EMS Home Services technician came out. He said the evaporator had a leak and it was going to cost us about $1300 for our portion of "non-covered" repairs. HWA didn't get back to us until May 27 after several calls and an escalation. They provided a quote with crazy prices for a drip pan, foam blocks, and overflow switch totaling $1290 for our portion of "non-covered" parts. So I contacted Resilience. Yusuan and his team came out to our Leander home on short notice within an hour for a second opinion and confirmed the diagnosis that the evaporator coils had a leak. He ordered the parts and had the evaporator replaced and cold AC blowing within 7 hours! Great job Yusuan, Daniel and your Resilience team! read more

Our AC stopped working pretty suddenly over the weekend. Yusuan was able to come first thing Monday morning and diagnose. He was very friendly and professional, and seemed to know what he was talking about. He diagnosed the issue, issued an immediate fix and gave me some long-term options. We had some issues with the Home Warranty and Yusuan was very understanding and accommodating about everything. Overall, great experience so far! read more

Yusuan is amazing. He responded within 10 min of me requesting a quote. I called him to check out why my AC wasn't cooling down the house. He came over but it was too cold outside to check the unit. He happily rescheduled for a time later in the week when it was warmer. When he came back he figured out the problem quickly and fixed the issue the next day. Quality work at a good price! He also wore booties over his shoes and laid down tarps when he was moving equipment inside. Also my dog loved him which I think says a lot. Highly recommended! read more

I came back from a trip to my place at 87 degrees and wouldn't cool passed 83. Through out a few requests and the folks at Resilience were the only ones able to accept a quick look. Yusuan came over really quickly and was super professional (and understanding since I no one from the front office got in until later in the day, so we couldn't go up to the roof). He came back a few hours later and hooked me up with some freon since it was so low. My place is finally comfortable again! He said I could give him a call if I noticed it starting to drop off in a week/month (indicative of a leak) and the follow-up test would be covered by the $85 service call. I'm hoping I don't have to call them back, but glad to know how responsive they are. I was a bit skeptical because of no reviews, but he said they were new so I'm hoping this positive one helps them and more people start reviewing! read more

So our A/C decided to give up this week and Resilience was there when we needed them. We had them service our unit at the start of summer, before a big event, and were told that the unit was very old but still working. Fast forward a few weeks and the nonstop 105+ degrees and humidity was too much and the A/C would work and then just stop. We had Resilience come out a couple of times to get us working but with the caveat that again, the unit was on its last legs. This week was enough and we had to have them install a new A/C unit. Yusuan and crew had a new one installed in less than 24hrs (I think he knew my call was inevitable). My house is less humid and so cool now! I should have done this earlier and appreciate Resilience's patience with me. Don't hesitate, call Resilience. read more

I reached out to Resilience along with other companies for a quote for replacing the duct work in my 1961 home that smelled stale no matter how much I cleaned. Yusuan was so responsive and communicated clearly. They send texts confirming when they are going to come and then you get a text when they are on their way. He showed up on time and sent a quote the same day. He is extremely pleasant. The work was done today. The team of three arrived on time and were so respectful of my home...laid tarps and cleaned up after the job. They were sensitive about my dogs and the stress the noise caused them and were flexible about their needs. I'm very pleased with the experience and glad to have this done. read more

My AC stopped blowing cool air, so I reached out to several companies on Yelp to get a quote. Yusaun was very responsive, and came back with a reasonable price and could work with me in my preferred time frame. Turns out my system is pretty old and has a leak, and I will probably need a new unit soon. :-/ However, Yusaun was able to top it off to get the cool air blowing again, and I hopefully won't have to call him back for a while. :) read more

Very responsive in answering questions and setting up appointment. They showed up on time, they wore mask and shoe coverings. My two power dampers were not working, they diagnosed the issue, one only requirement an adjustment the other needed to be replaced. They showed me the two units and demonstrated how the one was not working vs. the other. They had the replacement part in their office and they returned promptly and replaced unit. Price was fair (I have no comparison) but they did not charge me for the initial visit/diagnostics.. Both men were very professional and courteous and I would not hesitate to use them again. read more

We had 2 HVAC units (condensers, coils, furnaces, etc.) replaced by Resilience. They were prompt for the initial meeting to quote, as well as the day of install. Day of installation they took every precaution to limit tracking things into the house and upstairs. The whole crew was courteous and communicated clearly with us. The best part, they were considerably less expensive than most other companies. read more

Resilience Heating and Cooling - 2 brand new exterior units! - Heating & Air Conditioning/HVAC Near Me - Austin, Texas

Couldn't rate Yusuan any higher for the amazing service, ability to solve the problem and get the fix made. After purchasing a new house i have struggled for 3 years until I came across Yusuan. A noisy condenser unit located outside the master bedroom, moving the unit and this summer the performance was terrible. Prob had 6 different companies try fix the problems (and cost me money) with only Yusuan able to fix it. He was out to provide a quote free of charge, but ended up spending about an hour and a half of his time trying to nail down the solution. Managed to get a replacement compressor under warranty and installed in less than 24 hours. My system now runs about 50% of what it used to with all noise problems fixed. Can't thank you enough Yusuan. read more

I wrote to Resilience on Yelp with a request for AC help, and Yusuan wrote me back in minutes. He was the most helpful and professional HVAC rep I have ever come across online. When the issue I was having was resolved by the company that messed up (installing a coil and not setting the fan speed right when they did), I wrote Yusuan to cancel the appointment I had with him, and he was still extremely pleasant and refused my offer to pay him for his time and help troubleshooting my AC issue virtually. That is the true measure of an awesome HVAC professional: someone who stays positive even when they don't end up getting your business. He quoted me very fair rates for the work he planned to do, and I will be coming back to him in the future when I switch service contracts at the end of my current HVAC service contract. Highly, highly recommend Yusuan and Resilience! read more

My rental had a REALLY old system that needed complete replacement. Yusuan was able to not only get me a quote for what I needed really fast, but scheduled the installation the next day. His price was SIGNIFICANTLY better than the other companies. He was polite, a good communicator and responded very quickly. Highly recommend. read more

Fast response, timely arrival, great service, and great price. I highly recommend this company if you're needing any HVAC work! read more

Fernando came out and fixed out A/C issue in minutes. I used on one job before at a different address. Great, honest HVAC business. Will definitely call again if I have any issues. read more

This company did a beautiful job of replacing our AC/heating units and all of our old duct work in the attic. The attic looks like a completely different place now! Also, they were the most polite, respectful crew that I have ever had in my house. They all wore masks. They took care to clean up. They communicated regularly. They worked really hard to carefully complete all of the details. Highly recommend this company. read more

Yusuan contacted me within an hour of my Yelp inquiry at noon and had me explain the problem, a frozen heat pump. With a region-wide deep freeze, he was booked for the next three days, but said he'd try to squeeze me in. He was able to come at 3:30 between appointments, diagnose, explain and fix the problem, all for a reasonable price. I was completely blown away by his response and professionalism. I highly recommend Resilience and will use them in the future. Thank you Yusuan! read more

I could not be any happier with the service performed by Yusuan Llauger! He came over few days after contacting him. Got our AC clean, tuned up, running to perfection. Extremely knowledgeable and took pride in his work, not cutting any corners. I will definitely be calling Resilience AC for future service. read more

Had a great experience with Resilience for the replacement of my AC unit. During the estimate process Yusuan was extremely quick to respond and was able to provide a bid for a Trane unit that was well under the other bids that I had received. He and his team were able to get the unit replaced in a timely manner and were friendly and professional throughout the process.  I really got the sense that they took pride in their work and were equally happy with the result. Will definitely be using them to replace my other unit when the time comes. read more

They did a great job. Did a thorough maintenance and trouble shooting of my AC unit. Checked with manufacturer to see if the unit was under warranty. Unfortunately it wasn't but they proposed different potential solutions to minimize costs. Didn't try to sell me the most they could. They are a good honest HVAC company that I would definitely recommend. read more

Yusuan was very prompt on communicating right from the start. Our A/C stopped working during the evening and he came out the next morning and replaced the start capacitor and got us up and running. He was very professional and I'd definitely recommend Resilience! read more

Yusuan was excellent! He was timely, friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and solved our problem. Perhaps the best part was his expedient approach. A/C was not turning on. They were able to come out next day, on time and diagnosed the issue very quickly and was back up and running in no time! Great customer service and knowledgeable technicians. He even gave me a little walk through of the problem so I can perhaps DIY in the future. Would definitely recommend and would call again in a heartbeat! A+ read more

Needed to replace my 14 year old AC compressors before I had major problems.
