This place is very clean and has that "new Extra Space Storage" smell to it. I first got a larger unit (12X12) in October of 2025 and then downsized to a (6X12) unit again in January. I did enjoy having the code and being able to see every time I visited the unit with the date and time stamps. The facility was very clean and well taken care of. The only thing I wasn't a big fan of was a $10 increase AFTER I had downsized to a smaller unit. I went from $54 to $64 for the 6X12 unit. The staff were always friendly and helpful with every interaction. The guy who signed me up was awesome and I feel terrible that I forgot his name because he was very helpful. I would absolutely consider this a positive experience for the 9 months I was with them. If the situation ever arose again, I would absolutely use Extra Space Storage again. 4 solid stars.
