She responded that she "doesn't work for U-Haul," had other customers, and would not provide any discount--without even offering an apology for the inconvenience. This was especially disappointing considering I've been a customer here for the past six months. While I was in the office, she was also openly discussing issues about people living, cooking, and defecating on the property, which was very unprofessional. So here's the story, ready? Lol Wife and I made a…read morereservation with U-Haul for a 26ft truck. Needless to say they said we can't promise you we'll have it at the location selected nor guarantee we'd get the truck we reserved. Then changed locations in us 3 times. So I called Penske to get a quote. Not only did we get a great deal that saved us like $200! So my pick up location was Golden State storage off S Grand Canyon. Walked in and was greeted right away, even by their cute little pup lol. Darin made the process simple and was in and out. Showed me how to use everything as it was a new model of truck. Returned the truck the next day and was late by 7 mins! Penske charged me for another day and another day of insurance!! Darin called right away and got it all waived. Great going beyond for a customer. So if your in the southwest area, I highly recommend this pick up location and use Penske!! The storage facilities looked very clean and up to date as well.
