I wanted to leave this review to say how kind the staff is from the groundsmen to administration they are kind, patient and helpful. The first day I was given a safety tour and small history lesson which I enjoyed. The next day the key to my lock (the one provided free upon purchase) broke and not only did they send someone immediately to help me I was given a whole new set of lock and keys no questions asked. The only reason I had to give 4 stars were for pricing. Now this business is worth the price it very organized, easy to navigate, great customer service, extremely clean and secure . I just didn't appreciate being told it was $110 a month for my unit until swiping my card and deep into signing I was told a extra $11will be added to the bill every month for insurance. Unless i get my own. $110 is a bit pricey so bumping it up to $121 it's not the best feeling. I also understand we need insurance but please be upfront before taking payment. This place is great otherwise even the salesperson that made the mistake. read more

I highly recommend using Storage Durango! My daughter flew home to hawaii for spring break. Due to the coronavirus, she needed to get her things out of her dorm at UNLV within a week. Needless yo say it was a very stressful situation. I made arrangements for a friend to bring her things from her dorm. MARK from storage Durango was amazing and so helpful at a time that was insanely stressful for me. Being that im in Hawaii he made it so easy for me to sign a lease and get payments set up. Jenny and her husband are awesome to work with! She's very sweet and accommodating. It's really hard to beat that. Great place for Mountain's Edge residents to grab a UHaul for their moving needs. I recommend booking it online so that their system has all your info already and it moves fast for you. You can even do self pick-up and use your phone to do the whole check-in and pickup process. I wasn't able to utilize this all the way since I used my name for the reservation but a different name for the driver. The system didn't like that and so I had to check-in in person, which worked out great since they were so sweet! At the end when we dropped it off, they read our mileage gauge and sent us on our merry way! Easy peasy! read more

Do not use. I had to leave two voicemails and one online message before I called them again and they happened to pick up to reserve a truck for my move. Reserved it, check in early online. I get to the location morning of at my reservation time of 9:30. At 9:36 a different number calls me and tells me this location no longer has a truck of any kind for me for my move. My reservation and 2-day early check-in didn't matter. The man, Mark, behind the counter clearly was aggravated by how absolutely inconvenient this was and did not help me at all. Gave me a 800 number to call to go to a different location and get a smaller truck and make my whole move late. Complete asshole behind the counter. You suck Mark and Storage BD. The employees that work here make this facility a pleasure to be associated with. Every time I went in here I was greeted with a smile, professional manner and helpful. I was a day late in moving my stuff to Vegas, they held my unit for me. Always greeted right away, offered water and made to feel welcome. The facility is modern, secure, clean, easy in and easy out. I just want to say how sweet and wonderful the owners Gil and Wendy are. Their dog Max is adorable too. I went in today looking to rent a dolly because I was expecting a stackable washer and dryer to be delivered to my home from someone I bought it from online. They were so nice and polite and they didn't even let me pay for renting their dolly. They just said to use it as long as you like and just bring it back when you're done. I was like, "whaaat really?!" I was stunned. I thought that was the sweetest thing ever! With COVID my husband had to go on unemployment and I was in the process of looking for work. So of course money is pretty tight right now for our family. That simple act of kindness on their part was truly amazing. U-Haul messes up my mobile order. I was scheduled to pickup, self-serve, at 6:00am (4 hours before the location opens). U-Haul wasn't willing to help me until 7:00am and relocate my pickup location knowing I was stranded at this location. However the property manager noticed I had been pacing while on the phone while he walked his dog. He didn't have to, but he helped me sort things out. He saved me valuable time and money (I had movers waiting). U-Haul sucks but the storage and storage management are angels! read more

This company does not comply with Covid CDC requirements. The salesperson wasn't wearing a mask as required in Nevada. Total turnoff and he wasn't very nice, very overpriced too. We decided to go with another storage unit company who complied with Covid standards and was cheaper and close to our home. read more

Called to see if they had a large storage since everywhere around me was all booked. Jenny was very helpful and friendly. Her husband Gil was also very friendly. He took me on a tour and helped me pick out which storage was right for me since I needed a bigger space for my belongings. The owners are a delight. My daughter and I made it a point to stop in the office and chat every time we went by. They made moving in and out very easy, and were accommodating and helpful -- they even gave me free boxes from another tenant although they sell them there. The facility is clean and dry and always cool, even in the middle of july, so it was never a misery to organize my unit. (I did have one of the interior units, of course.) I have had to move house six times in the past four years. I have used storage facilities in Summerlin and Whitney as well as Spring Valley. I met Jenny and Gil in 2013 when I started using the StorageOne facility at Mountains Edge Blue Diamond and Durango. From the first moment I set foot in their office I was met with warm smiles and gregarious expressions of welcome. Since that time I have had nothing but positive and absolutely delightful interactions with them. The facility is always spotless, comfortable and well-managed. Oftentimes I will stop by just to say hello even when I don't need to store, or retrieved anything from my unit. I know I will always get a big smile and hearty welcome when I walk in the front door. I am currently in the process of moving again to the East side of town. But I plan to keep my storage unit at StorageOne Mountains Edge Blue Diamond and Durango. I am happy to drive the extra distance just to be able to do business with Jenny and Gil.
