Security is tight and units are clean. My last storage place had breakins disputed the alarm system. My unit got hit. Neighbors on both sides got hit. No video could be given to the police. No alarms, nothing. This place seems to be on lock down. If an alarm rings, someone comes out and checks. read more

I have been renting a space here for over a year and asked to be put on a waiting list for a another spot that was more expensive $135 a month for a non covered parking space. I have been in several times to check on space and they always told me I was the only person on waiting list, went by today and it was taken and that I was never on a waiting list. I will be looking for a new spot. Total BS read more

I was very pleased with the promt and friendly service with Silverado Mini Storage. Bekki and the girls are always very helpfull with billing and any questions that may have come up. The site is very user friendly and well kept. There is even an air conditioned public restroom on site. I would, and have recommended Silverado Mini Storage to my friends and family. read more

I used this storage place for only a couple of months, but my family and I have been using a lot of storage places in our long transition from Nevada to California and back to Nevada! This was one of my favorites. The staff here was very helpful. When I signed up one of the ladies took the time to show me and my husband a map of the area, explain the security, even walked us to the storage unit and showed us the lighting, explained the temperature controls.... Not once was I pressured to get a bigger unit and we weren't forced to sign a long lease to get their advertised special. The hours here worked for us too. One of our former storage places only gave access to our storage unit until 7 PM! It was hassle free to leave, I was even sent a "sorry to see you go" email. There were no hoops to jump through, no charges. It was pretty much take our stuff, and sign a paper! If I ever need a storage unit again, this is the one I would use. read more

It's nice to go into a business you patronize and them know your name. That's exactly what you'll get with Silverado Self Storage. Becky & Lynn are so nice and helpful. In Vegas you don't always get outstanding customer service, but here, you will. I will definitely use them again if I ever need storage space! read more

She responded that she "doesn't work for U-Haul," had other customers, and would not provide any discount--without even offering an apology for the inconvenience. This was especially disappointing considering I've been a customer here for the past six months. While I was in the office, she was also openly discussing issues about people living, cooking, and defecating on the property, which was very unprofessional. Based on this experience, I would not recommend using this location.

After a previous interaction…read moreinvolving my fiancé, I reserved a storage unit online under my own name, paid the required reservation fee, and received a phone call from the facility confirming my reservation and telling me to come in. During that call, I explained that I wanted the unit to store boxes. My purposes for reserving the unit had absolutely nothing to do with my fiancé. When I arrived, the on-site manager, Ronda, immediately informed me that I would not be allowed to rent because of my association with my fiancé. There was no discussion of my application, no opportunity to explain anything further, and no indication before I made the trip that my reservation would not be honored. What makes this especially frustrating is that someone from the facility had already spoken with me by phone before my arrival. If the decision had already been made that I would not be permitted to rent a unit, a simple phone call could have saved me the unnecessary trip, wasted time, and fuel. Instead, I was instructed to come to the facility only to be told upon arrival that I was not allowed on the property. After I escalated the matter to corporate, I was told my reservation fee would be refunded. The most frustrating part wasn't even the refund--it was the way we were treated. Forwarding a confusing internal email stating the fee had been paid by cash or check instead of answering a customer's questions directly, refusing to acknowledge obvious errors, and making us escalate to corporate for a resolution came across as childish, evasive, and deeply unprofessional. Businesses certainly have the right to decide who they rent to. What customers deserve in return is honest communication, respect for their time, and follow-through when a refund has been promised. Unfortunately, that was not my experience with the Seven Hills location, and based on my experience, I cannot recommend it.

We returned the truck exactly at the agreed-upon time and parked it in the same spot we picked it up from, keys locked in the drop box as instructed. The next morning, I got a frantic call saying the truck was "missing." I explained where we left it, but the woman insisted she couldn't find it anywhere on the lot. When I asked if she had checked the lockbox, she admitted she hadn't -- then said she'd call back if there were any issues. I never heard from her again. No apology, no confirmation that the truck was indeed there -- nothing. It was very unprofessional and stressful thinking a U-Haul truck might be missing under my name. Clearly, she hadn't looked properly before calling. If you're renting from this place, make sure to take lots of photos to confirm that you actually returned the truck.

My largest items were a couch, king-size bed and bed frame, TV, and a four-person dining table. Everything else fit into just 9 large moving boxes after they packed my belongings. I was also moving only one mile away. At their quoted rate of $185 per hour for three movers, I expected the job to be completed within their 3-hour minimum, or maybe 4 hours at most. To be fair, the movers packed everything carefully, and nothing was damaged. The office staff also communicated well whenever I called. The problem was the amount of time it took. The move ended up taking 7 hours, which I simply cannot understand. Five hours into the job, the crew was still packing, so I called the office to express my concerns. Their explanation was that my apartment had three flights of stairs. While I understand that stairs add time, I don't believe they justify turning what should have been a relatively small move into a seven-hour job. Even accounting for the stairs, I would have expected 4 hours, maybe 5 at the absolute most. Instead, I ended up paying around $1,600 for a move that covered just one mile. I walked away feeling like the job took much longer than it should have and that I was being billed for unnecessary time. If you're considering EcoMovers LV, be aware that this was my experience. While they did a good job packing my belongings and the office communicated professionally, the overall cost and time made me feel like I was being milked for every billable hour. I would not use them again, and I hope this review helps others know what to watch out for before booking.

After a deeper dive into reviews and past customer comments on the top 3 moving companies I settled on, I opted for Level15 Moving. I wanted to go direct with a company and NOT through a third party. I reached out to Daniel (owner) and even though he was busy on a job, he took the time to text me back. We exchanged texts talking about the locations and the amount of items I needed moved. I was extremely satisfied with his quick responses and by the next day, I have an official detailed quote which had been emailed to me. After reviewing, I agreed to the quote and my move date was set. Fast forward to the move date. I had two Level15 movers show up at my residence on time. They texted prior to their arrival letting me know exactly what time they would be arriving. And that time was spot on! I met Ryan first and Nate arrived shortly thereafter. Both were extremely professional. We conducted a walk through of my residence and once the scope of their work was identified, they got to packing up my personal belongings. I needed someone to haul all of the heavy items for me as I was moving much of the small stuff. Ryan and Nate were amazing! Both worked very hard and they made short work of loading much of my furniture and heavy items onto their truck. They did so while remaining engaged with me and if there were any questions, they were quick to ask. They took care in making sure my personal items were safely moved and loaded onto their truck. I watched every step and they truly worked hard while working in 105+ heat! Once the truck was loaded, Ryan and Nate met me at my new residence and the unload began. They reassembled anything that they needed to take apart and offered to help me move all of my furniture into the spots I had planned for them. They took equal care of my personal items unloading and reassembling furniture and others items. They made sure they did not bump any trim, walls, or doorways and they took extra care packing and unpacking. In conclusion, I've been involved with several moving companies over the years due to my profession. This is by far, the best move of all of them. I highly recommend this company for any move you have, big or small. Their price was spot on and the communication was beyond amazing. I can't thank Daniel, Ryan, and Nate, enough for such a great job. I will most certainly be using them again and I will be recommending them to coworkers, friends, and family as well. And they do more than just instate moves here in Nevada. My move came in cheaper than quoted as they were able to finish the job much quicker and not all quoted items were needed. Many movers would have just stuck to their original quote but Level15 only charged me for the work, transportation, and actual materials used. Even if another company might be a bit cheaper, I would do yourself a favor and just hire Level15 for the job. You won't be disappointed. I wasn't.

I was surprised at how they moved so quickly and efficiently. We had some furniture with legs loose and small broken spots, and they were very communicative whenever they noticed that something was off with the furniture. During the packing itself, they were super nice and conversational (not in a bothersome way). The next day, Daniel and Nate drove our stuff to our new home. They were super communicative about some delays in their journey, which helped me feel confident in the safety of our belongings. Unloading at the new place took under two hours again (potentially under one hour? It was so quick!). Again, we got to witness how efficient and careful they were. They also must have performed some witchcraft on my lawn because there's no way all my junk fit on their tiny little truck, but when they pulled away a short time later the house looked like nothing had ever happened. All my stuff (not to mention my worries) rolled away down the street with them. It was faster, cheaper, and easier than I could ever have imagined. Her coworker completed it the next day as Joy was off and I purchased the rental insurance for $12.00 a month and I paid a prorated rent for the rest of April plus a onetime account set up fee of $29.00. The next day my family and I moved my belongings in. We reserved their truck from 9:00-12:00, but called to request an extension of two additional hours. Joy upon greeting me at the storage facility, told me we could have the truck until 4:00 or 5:00 pm as there wasn't anyone else requesting it. The facility is nice, new and clean. The units are indoors and heated or cooled depending on the season. I recommend Morningstar Storage. I am a satisfied customer!

You get stuck not getting out by 9 and the alarms are going to blare and the cops are going to be dispatched. You aren't going to be 'just stuck'. And rude employees? They are all super nice. Probably just don't put up with people being a-holes to them about a 15 minute window of risk lol. Anyway. The facility makes me feel so safe! I come often about 4-5 days a week to grab inventory. Cameras everywhere. Have to use a code to get anywhere. Code for gate. Code for access to interior lockers. Code for elevator that will only allow you to go to the floor of your locker. Code for restrooms. Makes me feel very safe as a little woman to be going by myself! We've needed to upgrade our locker once so far as our inventory grows. They made it super simple. And we're very helpful. It's clean. No pest problems. No smell problems. One of the best storage facilities in the valley.

They have no problem denying you access even when you arrive within the posted hours. They also increase your signed lease rental amount with no given notice and for no apparent reason. - BEWARE! Rude employees, bait and switch pricing, and run the risk of them picking and choosing when you have access to your things. DO NOT RENT HERE!!!
