They only have 2 carts to move stuff from your car to your storage and people keep locking them in there units and I have been trying to move stuff for 3 days now and I have only been able to use a cart 1 time and that was cause I seen the guy go to his car without bringing the cart back out and we got into a argument and he went and got the cart out his unit moving is already frustrating enough they should have a checkout with your ID or something cause this is ridiculous ya all need to do something I'm on the 3rd floor and before I got the unit I was told that I will have access to carts to move everything up and that was a flat out lie I need to have all my stuff moved by the weekend but I can only take so much up at 1 time with my hands.. We rented a unit a month ago so we've been filling it up over the past 3 weeks. During the 6 trips to this facility, there has only been someone in the office once. We come during business hours every time and there is never any staff here. Office doors locked.. no one inside. Besides the fact it's inconvenient, it feels like a safety issue. There is no one here if you were locked in or there was an issue with the elevators?? There is only ONE cart for the whole facility. Today, for the THIRD time- it's gone missing. There is no one else here unloading. We ended up having to buy a dolly ourselves to move our boxes up to the third floor. We won't be back. read more

Gate didn't open on the 2nd day I was there. I moved in Friday. By Saturday night nobody could get in. The call box said "Service Interrupted" and the gentleman who was outside waiting even before I got there, his all told him the gate was open and it clearly wasn't. I was planning on storing equipment here but I'll be moving out ASAP. if I need things for a last minute gig or emergency I would've been in a lot of trouble thanks to Public Space. She sent me a rental agreement dated today and told me that she was going to transfer me to customer service right away to change my move in date. It's beyond hot in this place for it to be advertised as climate controlled. The representative at check in was incompetent and lied to me about pricing and sizing several times. The online system is seriously flawed and I am having issues accessing my account because the incompetent representative added my new unit to a new account that I cannot access through my account. There are several issues with this place: 1) Elevators are not secured (there is a keypad for them but it doesn't work as of March 2023). This means that anyone who slips past the gate can easily get to where your unit is. 2) Only one cart for the entire facility (Ridiculous considering how big this place is) 3) People constantly smoking in the loading area despite the "No Smoking" signs. Manager on duty did nothing to enforce this policy. Also the Manager was missing during the office hours, rendering us unable to check out the one moving cart. Overall it's an okay storage facility but they need to fix these issues. read more

Ashley and Andria are doing a great job of cleaning up this location. Unfortunately, my unit was broken into and some valuables were stolen. These girls did everything they could to rectify the situation for me. Although what happened was unfortunate, it was beyond their control and what they could control (customer service/support) they went above and beyond for me. read more

Gate never opened on the second day. Came by around 1:30, didn't open. Sticky note on the door says be back at 2. Come back around 4, gate doesn't open. Now the note says come back at 3:45 even though it's now past that time. No one answered the phones all day. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. This place is super sketchy. read more

Kristina has outstanding customer service but she misinformed me about a key being placed inside the unit that I purchased and when I went up there there was no key and when I came back down she was gone. So I had to wait well over an hour and a half almost 2 hours to be able to lock my unit. I don't understand how they can give me a unit that I am not allowed to provide a lock for and not actually make sure that the lock and key was in the unit. I'm a little dissatisfied read more

Do not rent here! A warning I should've heeded. The office is poorly run with a lack of effective communication and terrible customer service. I was quoted a price via phone, scheduled an appointment to come in and then given a higher rate in person. Everything from there has been a huge hassle and the worst customer experience. I've been renting a storage unit here for 7 months. They only have two moving carts that have almost always been in use when I've needed to move things in or out of storage. Frequently both carts are being used by the same person -- yes, management is cheap and inefficient. I haven't been there a year and they just increased my rent for a 10x10 by over 25%. Only good thing about this place is that they've inspired me to downsize and organize to eliminate the need for storage. If that's not an option for you, I highly recommend you keep looking for somewhere else to store your belongings. read more
