I have been rent from Green Valley Storage on Gibson RD for four years, as well as six other family members. The Managers are the best there is in the business. They are for sure the best in southern Nevada. They treat you with respect and rent you clean and safe units. I will recommend their storage facility to one and all with the highest recommendation. Dale and his Wife are the best you can ask for. They are always willing to help you. Thank You for being there for us and our family. I have not been to many storage units, but this is honestly the only one you need to pay a visit to if you are needing a storage unit in the Henderson area. I had to move my storage unit for work from one location to another and they made the process so easy. I emailed them a week prior and they got back to me so quickly. I decided to scope out the place in person to see what it was like and I was greeted by the most incredibly friendly staff. I inquired about a 10x10 unit and when I asked if I could take a peak at one they had available before I moved forward with my purchase, they had no problem showing me it. I decided to move forward with purchasing the unit and they made the process so easy. I needed to put it under my company's name and they mentioned it was no problem. I just had to get an email from someone at the company stating it was okay. Super easy! I had my manager email them and we were all set in a matter of minutes. They walked me through the process very easily and explained everything before I signed. When I finished up, they even gave me a lock to borrow for the time being so I didn't have to purchase on there. If you're looking for good prices and kind people, this is definitely the place to go! I'm so happy that I decided to move my storage unit here and will be a customer for as long as I can! read more

Green valley storage is the only storage place you should consider. The absolute nicest and most helpful people you will encounter. I didn't know they closed at 3pm on saturdays. I pulled at at 2:57pm and MJ did not hesitate to help me get a storage unit. Still went through the whole process of showing me the storage unit even though she was suppose to be on her way home already. MJ you are the best and I greatly appreciate the 5 star customer service you gave me yesterday. Save your money and go to green valley storage!! They have the best prices for different sizes storage units. Thank you green valley storage! Keep up the great work! read more

This is the storage place to go to! You are not just another storage unit. The owners here remember your face and know everyone by name. Was so happy I got a storage unit at this facility. Dale and his wife were the best. I had put my stuff in storage during a hard time. Price was perfect, felt safe while on property, and even moving out of town with my stuff still there I felt good about it. I got my stuff out of storage and in Texas with me now, but if I ever go back I will definitely store here again. read more

Had a great experience with this business. Clean, friendly and always available. Will use them again.

Reasonable prices and clean facilities. Mostly, the costumer service was always so kind and consistent. The owners would regularly circle around the complex and offer my family and I cold water in the sweltering heat. We will use again if ever in need of a safe unit in the Henderson area. read more

I've used at least a couple of other storage units in the past few years, and GV Storage is by far the best I've used. Everything from the staff to the cleanliness and convenience are top notch. Definitely give them a try if you're in the market for a storage unit. read more

I have used this storage facility twice now. Family owned and operated, great people and have always been very helpful. They have always offered cold water on the hot summer days. I rarely use storages facilities but Green Valley Storage is one I will always continue to use. The owners are great, and I feel my things are very safe here. When I stopped in over the hot summer months I was always offered a cold water. I appreciate your business! read more

Just closed out my unit after finally buying a house. Very friendly and polite owners. I needed a large unit quickly and this is what we settled on. For outside units be sure to spend extra for some tarps to cover your belongings. The owners warned us, but I didn't listen lol. I put up some tarp, but the dust blew under it and all around. I was worried the rain would pool at the door, but there wasn't any water damage. Overall, it satisfied our needs. read more

I have been with Green Valley Storage on Gibson in Henderson for about 15 years. When I first rented a unit they were very helpful in determining the size I needed and letting me know the price. Now that I am moving out of state when the owner rounded he not only said he was sorry I was leaving but came back to the unit with bottles of water since it was so hot. Would I refer them to anyone most definitely. These people are totally genuine and caring about their renters. read more

We stored our stuff here while traveling for about 9 mos and we are very happy we chose this storage company over others in the area. The owners are so nice and welcoming, make you feel like old friends from the start. Prices were the best we found for the area and when we went to look at the units we were impressed with the cleanliness of the entire grounds. Our unit was swept out and clean when we put our stuff in and we were not worried because everything seemed very secure there. We would definitely use them again and recommend them to all. read more

Great couple that manages this place! Always friendly and helpful! The grounds are well kept, and they seem to have a lot of cameras as well as regular patrolling of the grounds. Always were super helpful in the office and offered help when dealing with storage. Good quality work with good people running it. A family vibe is definitely given rather than some type of corporation. read more

Janine does not listen to your needs and will hang up on you at her convenience. We asked super simple questions and instead of answering she responds "Thanks for calling - b'bye". Yep. Bye. read more

I was interrupted by this idiot that takes having a little power to a new level. He interrupted me so many times unnecessarily and with his horrible unprofessional actions on my first visit to my storage area in 13 years I am vacating and have moved to a new storage. They appreciate their customers and treat people with common decency and are professional . Telling a customer under your breath that they have no common sense is obviously not acceptable especially after you tell someone that is paid up the code doesn't work because they are late on payment without first checking. Once you confirmed I was current your attitude was still ridiculous. With you not wearing a mask during the Covid 19 outbreak says a lot about your common sense too. Then sending me an e-mail claiming a false law is even worse. A simple call to an attorney clarified that you were lying and or uninformed. Good luck with trying to get more customers with your pathetic attitude. Glad to see another empty unit and I spoke with another client that is moving out and happy not to be dealing with you. Also one day you will walk towards someone in an adversarial way like you did with me and you will be dealt with like you should have been that day. Have a nice life. This is my experience here don't do it. Many better choices and professional people out there willing to take you hard earned cash. read more

Green Valley Storage - Complete jerk. Do you want to look at that face 13 times every time you go to your storage - Self Storage Near Me - Henderson, Nevada

Janine and Dale are absolutely wonderful. They were very accommodating and always give service with a smile. The storage facilities were clean and secure. Unfortunately, I only needed my unit for a short period of time but I will definitely do business with them again in the future. If you're in the market for a storage unit, I wouldn't recommend anywhere else. Thank you both for everything! read more

These guys are amazing! I had to store my stuff here for a year during my fourth year of medical school, and they were always extremely helpful and kind. Everything is clean and accessible and they were always a pleasure to deal with. Thank you so much! read more

Only been here a couple times. Very clean and simple. The only negs is the code puncher is too far away to enter when I'm I. My truck haha I know lazy. Also I hate punching code when leaving although I get it for security reason. I'm not the contract holder my father in-law is but as far as I know customer support is good as well as billing process. Plenty of room for all our extra stuff. read more

Stored overflow until we could clean up our place. Clean, secure, easily accessed. Janine nice and accommodating.

We have rented from the before and come back time and time again for their excellent customer service and willingness to work with you. The dirst time was a year ago where we packed everything we own into a unit. The second was more recently when we received a shipment too large to keep at home. They were great and understanding with short term and we're always courteous. I'm sure this won't be the last time weren't with them and will refer everyone we know looking to them. Their friendly attitude and customer service can't be beat. read more

Best place for storage, also very friendly agents . Would definitely recommend using them for your storage needs

Inconvenient and the man is aggressive that lives there. There are better places to store your stuff and are considerably less expensive. They don't have online payment and they aren't open 7 days a week which is difficult in a 24/7 hour town. read more

The owners are super friendly and helpful. Spent 2 years here with zero issues and the site is always clean.

Don't use this place to store your stuff!!!!!!!!!! We made arrangements to bring in a trailer and unload while the truck (Rig) went away for 3 to 4 hours while we unloaded. We were doing all of this for my 86 year old mother whom is in the hospital here in Henderson and can't care for herself, so the unit was for her belongings from her house so she could live with us. They sold us on a unit after all details about the truck and trailer were laid out, we put money on the unit and then a lock. After several conversations and my wife explaining in detail with Janine the managers wife about where to spot the trailer and how long it would be there, my cell phone rings and Dale her husband, tells me that the truck won't be allowed on their property and he didn't care what his wife had told us. We then had to go find another storage facility to store our stuff and wait for a refund from Green Valley Storage. Well we got the refund and they kept $50.28 of the refund because Janine the managers wife lied about our conversations and we were charged for the few days that our lock was on the unit. So to save face with her company that employs them she lied about spotting the trailer on their property and we got less money back. So the bottom line is that I feel the company violated my 86 year old mother out of $50.28 of her Social Security!!!!!!!!!! My rating shows 1 star because I have to give them something to post! read more

we have been a tenant for about 9 years. The customer service we get is awesome. Janine and Dale really take pride in what they do and care about their tenants and property. My husband was having a hard time backing in his trailer and Dale noticed this and suggested a different unit to make it easier for him! When ever I have to go there by myself I feel so safe since I know they are always aware who comes in a out! Dale is always on it if some thing doesn't seem right. They are always waiving and smiling and truly a friendly and professional team! Karen and jerry!! read more
