However, when I arrived at the scheduled time, no one was there, and I wasn't helped until 3:45 PM. I explained that the delay put me an hour behind schedule and asked if she could offer a discount since I couldn't check in online without the keys she had. She responded that she "doesn't work for U-Haul," had other customers, and would not provide any discount--without even offering an apology for the inconvenience. This was especially disappointing considering I've been a customer here for the past six months. While I was in the office, she was also openly discussing issues about people living, cooking, and defecating on the property, which was very unprofessional. Based on this experience, I would not recommend using this location.

This place is clean, air conditioned, security monitoring, security access, and plenty of flat carts available. The best part of this whole experience was the manager Rick. He is very knowledgeable and personable. I had quite a bit of anxiety about getting a storage unit, but Rick helped to put my mind at ease. It has been two years now without any incidents. New air conditioning units are getting ready to be installed which is of major importance in the Vegas summer time. The cost of units varies by size, but the pricing does seem reasonable.
