Naturally, we panicked and weren't sure what to do or if they could even be saved. I found RedGator Tree Trimmin' and Landscape on Yelp, and I am so glad I did! Alex and Ezra were phenomenal to work with. They were incredibly quick to respond, answered all my questions, and set everything up smoothly. When the crew came out to actually remove the trees and assess our irrigation system, they were fast, friendly, and left the yard spotles cleaning up completely after themselves. Alex and Ezra even helped us map out a game plan to replace the trees in the spring. If you are in the Henderson or Las Vegas area and need reliable, honest, and high-quality landscape help, I would 100% recommend RedGator. We will definitely be calling them back in a couple of months for our spring replacements!

We had two Palm trees, both close to the side of the home with one already touching and damaging our roof. The third tree was a super tall eucalyptus tree planted right at the corner of a block fence wall that was shared with our neighbor, and its roots were the reason the fence walls work cracking and falling apart. Quan was so quick to respond and we were able to get an appointment the next day for him to look at our property while we were out of town and get an estimate for everything. We got quotes from three other companies, and Juan's quote was the most reasonable imo. We were going to be out of town on the day the work was going to be scheduled, but Juan kept in touch consistently and us making payment for the job being done was also handled very professionally. Throughout the day Juan was sending me texts and pictures of what was being done and what their next steps were going to be. I would definitely recommend him to anybody and we will be using him again for any projects that come up next!

PLEASE READ THIS: I rarely take the time to leave a review…read morebut felt it necessary this time so others can benefit from my outstanding experience with Westco. Rey showed up on time and in roughly 30 minutes, had both of my palms trimmed and had cut all the oleander he was going to remove, cut down to the stump. Unfortunately, his "stumper" was too big to get through my gate into the yard so he went to Home Depot and rented one that we could get back there. At my expense of course. He returned the next day and finished grinding the stumps down in short order. Mind you, I have not been asked for a penny in the way of a deposit thus far. Jessica in the office is sending an invoice for me to pay now that the job has been completed. Both Jessica and Rey were completely professional and friendly. Palm trimming was 50 per palm and Oleander tree removal was 150 per tree. Rey cleaned up and hauled away everything leaving my yard clean and neat looking. I will never call another company for my tree issues. First time in 5 years of being back in Vegas that I have been satisfied with a contractor and that is no exaggeration. Great job Rey and Jessica.

Their pricing was fantastic and provided exceptional value for the quality and amount of work performed. A special thank you to Victor and Eliazar, who were absolutely amazing. Watching them work was like watching true tree artists at their craft. Their skill, precision, confidence, and teamwork were incredible to witness as they safely brought down my large tree. What impressed me most was the speed and quality of their work. The entire job was completed in about an hour, which included felling a large tree, cutting the wood into firewood-sized pieces exactly as I requested, and thoroughly cleaning up the work area. They left my property neat, organized, and looking great. It's rare to find a company that combines fair pricing, exceptional workmanship, and outstanding customer service, but Superior Tree Service delivered on all three. Victor and Eliazar exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend them to anyone in the Las Vegas area needing tree work done. Five stars all the way. I will definitely call Superior Tree Service again for any future tree projects.
