I love 3 Brothers Tree Service!!! From Tina, the estimator, to Jose, the project manager, every person I've talked to with the company is very honest and cares deeply about customer satisfaction. They worked fast and efficiently as soon as they showed up. They wasted no time and made sure that I was happy with their work before they left as well. Their estimate was the lowest out of all the other companies I called up. I had one pine tree removed, three palm trees trimmed, and another pine tree trimmed all for under $600. You don't need to look further because no one will be able to beat 3 brothers in work quality, price, and customer satisfaction!!! read more

Wow! So impressed with Tina and 3 Brothers Tree Service. Called them yesterday and she came out to assess my situation of removing a tree that had overgrown in our back yard damaging concrete and near our pool and trimming back our tree in front. The bid was very fair for the work. Then she and her crew came a day early and delivered! So professional and efficient. Completed the job within a few hrs and cleaned everything up after. (Including the pool). Also looked at our irrigation system and made some observations that were helpful which will lead me to use them again for that purpose. Thank you so much Tina/3Brothers and those of you who left reviews here which helped us in our decision. Couldn't be happier read more

Great job! I had two trees that were overgo into the neighbors property that I had been meaning to get cleaned up for a couple of years now. I made arrangements for the neighbors so we could go in and clean up afterwards, but to my surprise that wasn't needed. These guys were on time competitively and reasonably priced and did everything. They said they were gonna do when they said they were gonna do it you can't ask for much more. read more

They did an excellent job on our tree. They shaped it so well and were very neat and clean.

We've used Tina & her crew every year (at least once a year) since we moved here & we'll never have anybody else take care of our trees! First off, Tina is so kind. Shes like a family member that comes around once a year. She knows my kids names, asks about them, chats with us, just a great person to have running a company. On top of that, I don't think I've ever seen a crew trim a LOT of very large trees so quickly and thoroughly! My yard never looks as good as it does the day Tina's crew leaves it. She's super knowledgeable about what does & doesn't need to be done for tree health & safety. The crew always does exactly what they say they'll do and it always looks fantastic. On top of that, the crew always cleans up after themselves plus whatever dead leaves etc were in the yard that needed to get cleaned up. They've never left the yard looking anything less than perfectly manicured each time they come. And, they've even managed to rescue us last second after the occasional wind storm that takes out a large branch! Again. I mean it sincerely when I say we will never have anybody other than Tina's crew take care of our trees. Can't recommend enough! read more

If I could give 10 stars I would. Found them on yelp and recomendations prompted me to call for an estimate. I am glad I did. The cost to trim two trees a mesquite and oak was very reasonable. Three men arrived on time. Discussed with us exactly what it was we wanted done. Then went over in detail what they we going to do and explained why. During the process they checked with us to make sure we were satisfied. They kept the integrity of the trees and were very conscious of the overall appearance. 3 Brothers was way better than the service we were using and significantly cheaper. The customer service and quality of work was excellent. Before you want your trees; trimmed, cut, pruned I would encourage you to call 3 brothers. You will not be disappointed. read more

We recently purchased our home in Henderson and it desperately needed a yard overhaul. We initially hired 3 Brothers to remove two side trees and trim a date palm. Tina came out quickly, gave a detailed description of the work needed and her bid was on target for what we had budgeted. The work was done a couple days later, they were timely, efficient and cleaned everything, 10 out of 10. I then contracted them to remove four smaller trees in he back yard and replace them with palms, add approximately 40 more plants, add 10 palms on the side yard and light the entire job. That too was done perfectly, another 10 out of 10. We then moved on to the front yard where there were two large leaks that had to be fixed, a broken fountain, dead plants, cracked concrete and no lighting. Tina once again came in with an amazing crew, demoed the fountain and concrete, repaired the leaks, put in all new irrigation, leveled the ground, extended the wall, brought in trees and beautiful plants, turf and lighting.... All in under three weeks. Tina was so easy to work with, is extremely knowledgeable, has fresh ideas, is a perfectionist when it comes to the small details, stays on budget and gets the job done in a timely manner. I would definitely hire her again and recommend her to my friends. read more

I stumbled across Tina and her team who was cutting down my neighbor's tall pine tree. They made sure my other plants were protected by covering it with plastic bins. I asked her if she can give me a price quote to take out my palm tree and agreed to take it out after their huge project. I'm glad she was ok to take it out the same day. It was super fast, affordable and efficient. Thank you so much! read more

I called 4 different companies for quotes. 3 Brothers beat them all. A woman named Tina came over took pictures and a gave a written quote. My Shoestring acacia tree was 40ft tall. It Had 3 very big thick branches and a very wide trunk. A team arrived with all the equipment. Very professional. I nicknamed the man who bravely climbed with a chainsaw 40ft up, "Birdman". They all used safety equipment and was very careful as not to drop branches or cuts on surrounding landscaping. They ground the stump very deep, pulled out smaller roots and raked and cleaned and chipped and used a leaf blower. It was like a tree was never there. I would use them again. I have referred them to all my neighbors. As everyone was driving by to check out the progress. Thanks again 3 Brothers Tree Service. read more

We had a palm tree that was blocking our solar panels on the roof. I called this company and was very impressed with their customer service. Tina is the Owner and I got a quote sending a picture of the tree with my phone. They showed up right on time and Tina supervised. They are very quick and efficient. They were very careful to protect the concrete patio with the sections of the palm tree that was cut and dropped down. They also made sure that nothing fell into the neighbors backyard either. Then after removing and shredding the sections of the tree trunk, they completely cleaned the backyard with blowers. This palm tree was two stories tall and they made quick work of it. Thank you 3 Brothers Tree Service and Tina for providing exceptional customer service! I would definitely recommend this company and will use them again in the future when needed. 3 Brothers was referred to me by a coworker who had used them previously and was happy with them. I called and spoke to Tina and discussed a time for her to come over and get an estimate. She arrived promptly and on time, gave me a price that I thought was very reasonable; I had to have one tree about 35' tall and 8 smaller trees cleared out of my backyard before they did anymore damage to my pool. I ended up having to change our original removal date to a week later to work with some pool repair plans and Tina was very agreeable about it. When they showed up, they brought 6 guys and had all the trees removed and most stumps gone as well in a matter of a few hours. I would highly recommend them and I'll be using them again in the future. read more

I had three HUGE eucalyptus trees planted way too close to the house. Tina came out and did the free estimate and their quote was less than half of all the other quotes we got. They were able to come out three days later to remove the trees, and instead of taking the two days scheduled, they got the entire job done in one day (three huge trees fully removed and ground down, a medium sized palo verde removed and four more trimmed). They left the entire area very clean. I am very happy with the service this company provided. I will definitely use them again if the need arises. read more

I was referred by another company to call this so called "tree service" We have over seventy Italian cypress who are beginning to show signs of mite infestation. Too many for myself to handle. The woman who answered the phone seemed more interested in telling me to go to Star Nursery and buying mite control then offering any kind of services. Her questions were redundant, if I had a couple of Cyprus I wouldn't be calling a tree service place. Needless to say I was appalled at her unprofessionalism and obviously not interested in my concerns. What a thing to say to a potential customer. Why would any employee or owner( if god forbid she was one) respond to a potential customer with a remark like that. Oh well cross this place off for ANY kind of service. read more

Made an appointment for 12-1, took time off work. Never showed. Called and Tina ended up coming by at 430pm. Made an appointment for a follow up to do the work. 12-1. Took time off work. Never showed. When making this one I said specifically to call me and let me know if they were going to miss it. She called and texted me at 4pm when I was back at work asking if she could come by in 10 minutes. Seriously? Do you think everyone just sits at home waiting for you all day? read more

I reached out to Tina from 3 brothers tree service to have a tree stump removed. I was frustrated that another tree company did not complete the job. Tina came to my property, looked at the tree stump, and gave me a quote with a detailed explanation of what she would do. We set an appointment, she came a few days later with her crew and they completely removed the stump within a fair price range. I also asked for a large amount of wood chips to augment our desert soil and they dumped a bunch of them in my front yard. Tina is a great communicator, excellent leader, and follows through with her promise of completing the job. I highly recommend 3 brothers tree service! read more

My only regret was not taking before photos. Tina and her crew did an impeccable job! We had two 20+year old trees in need of immediate removal and about half dozen more that had been woefully neglected for 12 years. Tina's bid was the lowest of three vendors. She showed up and finished as promised and made everything look tidy like nothing had happened!!! Tina was the only vendor who took good notes and provided a quote in writing on day of bid. I highly recommend her!! read more
