If I could give 10 stars I would. Found them on yelp and recomendations prompted me to call for an estimate. I am glad I did. The cost to trim two trees a mesquite and oak was very reasonable. Three men arrived on time. Discussed with us exactly what it was we wanted done. Then went over in detail what they we going to do and explained why. During the process they checked with us to make sure we were satisfied. They kept the integrity of the trees and were very conscious of the overall appearance. 3 Brothers was way better than the service we were using and significantly cheaper. We recently purchased our home in Henderson and it desperately needed a yard overhaul. We initially hired 3 Brothers to remove two side trees and trim a date palm. Tina came out quickly, gave a detailed description of the work needed and her bid was on target for what we had budgeted. The work was done a couple days later, they were timely, efficient and cleaned everything, 10 out of 10. I then contracted them to remove four smaller trees in he back yard and replace them with palms, add approximately 40 more plants, add 10 palms on the side yard and light the entire job. That too was done perfectly, another 10 out of 10. We then moved on to the front yard where there were two large leaks that had to be fixed, a broken fountain, dead plants, cracked concrete and no lighting. Tina once again came in with an amazing crew, demoed the fountain and concrete, repaired the leaks, put in all new irrigation, leveled the ground, extended the wall, brought in trees and beautiful plants, turf and lighting.... All in under three weeks. Tina was so easy to work with, is extremely knowledgeable, has fresh ideas, is a perfectionist when it comes to the small details, stays on budget and gets the job done in a timely manner. I called 4 different companies for quotes. 3 Brothers beat them all. A woman named Tina came over took pictures and a gave a written quote. My Shoestring acacia tree was 40ft tall. It Had 3 very big thick branches and a very wide trunk. A team arrived with all the equipment. Very professional. I nicknamed the man who bravely climbed with a chainsaw 40ft up, "Birdman". They all used safety equipment and was very careful as not to drop branches or cuts on surrounding landscaping. They ground the stump very deep, pulled out smaller roots and raked and cleaned and chipped and used a leaf blower. It was like a tree was never there. I would use them again. We had a palm tree that was blocking our solar panels on the roof. I called this company and was very impressed with their customer service. Tina is the Owner and I got a quote sending a picture of the tree with my phone. They showed up right on time and Tina supervised. They are very quick and efficient. They were very careful to protect the concrete patio with the sections of the palm tree that was cut and dropped down. They also made sure that nothing fell into the neighbors backyard either. I was referred by another company to call this so called "tree service" We have over seventy Italian cypress who are beginning to show signs of mite infestation. Too many for myself to handle. The woman who answered the phone seemed more interested in telling me to go to Star Nursery and buying mite control then offering any kind of services. Her questions were redundant, if I had a couple of Cyprus I wouldn't be calling a tree service place. She arrived promptly and on time, gave me a price that I thought was very reasonable; I had to have one tree about 35' tall and 8 smaller trees cleared out of my backyard before they did anymore damage to my pool. I ended up having to change our original removal date to a week later to work with some pool repair plans and Tina was very agreeable about it. I called 3 Brothers Tree Service to get a quote on removing a California Pepper tree in my front yard. Tina came out gave me a real good price and told me they would be there Saturday between 8 and 9 to do the job. This is a great team of well trained and organized individuals working together too bring a lot of value to you the customer. 3 brothers brought more than enough of crew members that handled the major cutting and removal of the largest tree we had partially removed. They were able to get us done before the scheduled date. That was beneficial! It was all done in about 3-3 1/2 hours. The largest tree we had was splitting in a Y shape and one portion of the Y was removed. So as not to destroy my neighbors high end sheed and our own wall dividing our properties. So it was a must. 3brothers also trimmed another large tree at 30 plus feet was overhanging our other wall we had that was interfering with neighbors and students walking to school. Tina was awesome. Got walloped in the July 20th Green Valley storm. 40ft tree was on my house. Storm was at 7:30 pm, Tina was at my house by at 8:30pm that same night! Gave a great estimate and suggested we call our homeowners insurance. Insurance said to get it done and her crew was out the next morning at 8:30am and the job was done in an hour! They showed up when they said they would and did a good job of trimming my palm trees then cleaned up before they left. The only thing I was unhappy with was the fact that I couldn't get a receipt from them to save my life! When they finished the job, I paid them and asked for a receipt but they said they didn't have any with them. I was told they would bring a receipt back later that day. I have called at least three times and texted to request a receipt, each time I was assured they would drop it off but they never did. A week later and I still don't have a receipt. They charged $650 which I think is a little high; I was expecting to pay like $500 for the job. They do accept credit card payments without charging a processing fee which is nice.
