Rey showed up on time and in roughly 30 minutes, had both of my palms trimmed and had cut all the oleander he was going to remove, cut down to the stump. Unfortunately, his "stumper" was too big to get through my gate into the yard so he went to Home Depot and rented one that we could get back there. At my expense of course. He returned the next day and finished grinding the stumps down in short order. Mind you, I have not been asked for a penny in the way of a deposit thus far. Jessica in the office is sending an invoice for me to pay now that the job has been completed. Both Jessica and Rey were completely professional and friendly. Palm trimming was 50 per palm and Oleander tree removal was 150 per tree. Rey cleaned up and hauled away everything leaving my yard clean and neat looking. I will never call another company for my tree issues. First time in 5 years of being back in Vegas that I have been satisfied with a contractor and that is no exaggeration. My husband and I needed two very large and diseased African Sumac trees removed from our backyard. We placed bids through Yelp for both of the trees to be removed with the stumps ground down. I received a quote almost immediately after clicking "send request" from Rey. His price point was extremely fair compared to the other bids that came in shortly after his. Other company bids came in anywhere from 25% to 250% over his quote. There was only one other company that was slightly lower but did not have a Yelp reputation yet. WestCo had many positive reviews from lots of happy customers. We decided to go with Rey's quote. His communication through Yelp/SMS was prompt, clear, and friendly from the initial quote to scheduling the work and even after the work was complete with the billing. We were able to get the work completed during the same week. We were super happy with the tree removal service and how efficient and quickly the work was done. The crew (which consisted of two very strong, hardworking, and capable gentlemen) showed up on time and did an amazing job removing the two trees, grinding the stumps down, and cleaning up before leaving all within around 90 minutes. They were respectful of our property and made sure they didn't damage anything during the project. We received a call a few days later to complete payment and was pleased there weren't any surprises with the billing. We had a palm tree that was pushing on a retaining wall. It was a very large tree in a very tight space. Rey did an incredible job! WestCo Tree Service is great! We reached out to them after a windstorm broke the stake holding up one of our trees, and our other tree was leaning. I was worried the one tree would have to be removed. We reached out after hours and they responded first thing in the morning, and after reviewing the pictures they said they could save, re-stake and trim our trees to avoid them falling in the future. I sent a request through Yelp to Westco and they responded within an hour. The quote seemed reasonable and I liked the fact they came to look at the job to ensure my final costs beforehand. They arrived on time 7-1-25 and got right to work. You could tell they knew what they were doing and worked well together as a team. I was thoroughly impressed with their communication before and during the process. They ran into some difficulty removing roots that had grown closely to my back wall and worked extra time to get it done with no damage to my yard. I even noticed them going through the debris to remove small pieces of roots, which I assume is to ensure the tree doesn't grow back. We desperately needed someone to trim our trees and clean up our backyard. They contacted me really quickly. I was able to get an estimate right away Just buy a picture I texted. I was able to set up an appointment with an a matter of days. They showed up right on time went straight to work, trimmed all of our trees and cleaned up the backyard so quickly they also gave me a very reasonable price. I was able to make a payment just through a link in my email they gave me the option of paying credit card , Zelle, cash or check.
